Such a clean and comfortable hotel. Nice pool, fitness center, hot tub. Easy access off highway and was close to places we needed to be. Only issue was temperature of room - too hot and had to be adjusted, but once it reached the perfect temperature, it was extremely comfortable. Great bedding/pillows, etc. Wonderful stay

Perfect for a business traveler who needs a comfortable bed, extremely clean accomodations, and convenience to I495.

Room was great, ammenities need to be fixed. Iron broken, DId not receive new coffee after each night. When I called down to the front desk to request coffee /creamer for the machine, it was never brought up... Hotel was nice, but the service was not.

Nice, new , clean hotel. I would definitely reccomend this hotel. It is right off the highway which makes it easy to get around as well.

THE HELP AND ACCOMODATIONS ROOMS MADE IT A PLEASURE TO STAY THERE.

Much preferred over other motel-type options on Long Island.

We were very pleased with our one night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Hotel is very conveniently located off the LIE. The staff at the front desk were extremely welcoming and the atmosphere in the lobby was very cheerful. Our room was extremely clean and quiet - we didn't hear a single sound outside the room the entire time. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about this place is high class , the food , the staff , the location are as good as it gets . i will stay often when im in the area doing business

We came to NY for my boy friend's daughter's wedding, in Brooklyn. He also had a family gathering in Long Island two days before the wedding. The hotel location worked well for our needs. We enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi, as well as the business center. After getting a really great two night rate at an Atlantic City Hotel, we had hoped that a one night's stay in NY wouldn't have been so pricey. All in all, we were pleased with our choice, and would stay there again, if needed.

Very comfortable, nice decore, good breakfast. Would stay again without hesitation.

Very nice breakfast- not free, but so much nicer than usual, even if just choosing the $6 'cold' option. Room doors are loud in the closing, entrance to hotel parking lot a bit tricky to find ( don't trust your gps for this one), but extremely nice staff and an enjoyable stay.

I have stayed here many times for business and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We (2 adults and 3 kids from 10 months to 6 years of age) stayed for one night. The service was good. The room was very clean and neatly organized. The breakfast buffet was standard and a bit overpriced ($17 for hot buffet). The pool was open early. It was clean also. It had a ton of chlorine. So much in fact that we had to give the kids a bath afterwords. Biggest complaints. The beds were not very comfortable. We were tossing and turning for some time. The A/C was right next to one of the beds. It was loud. And it blowing right at the bed which was not great at all. But I don't think that all rooms are like that. The bath tubs were made of cheap plastic and felt slippery. Overall, it was not bad all. I would give it 3.8 out of 5.

This was my second visit at the hotel in 2 months but my first stay was better and the reason I felt comfortable booking this time. The main issue with our stay this time was how hard the mattress was. Apparently the mattress firmness is adjustable, but I didn't know that. I wish the receptionist had told us about that feature at check-in because I think it would have made the difference in my review! Breakfast is not complimentary but there is a decent buffet for a small charge and a more comprehensive buffet for a little more. Overall, I'd stay here again, especially now that I know I can adjust the mattress!

We were very impressed by the comfort of the room. It is decorated so nicely and the beds were really great. Breakfast was very busy the next morning, but the staff kept a very cheerful demeanor and were very helpful

New hotel service was great. Only one small problem no breakfast included but .2 miles down the road you can get just about any food you wanted.

I was very pleased with my entire experience with the hotel from start to finish~no complaints other than the coffee could be a little warmer and thats not a deal breaker. Everyone was nice, accomomdating, the hotel was super clean the rooms were really clean and nice; very happy! Thank you!

The hotel itself is in very good shape, the rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The problem is it seems the walls are very thin, while we were staying there it sounded like a herd of elephants was stomping around in the room upstairs from us and this made sleeping very difficult.

We spent 5 days at the hotel and were quite pleased with everything overall. The staff was great, our room which was a handicap room was large, clean and very comfortable. I told the front desk that the tub was very slippery and they could not find a rubber mat, but one of the maids brought me 3 bath floor towels to put in the tub., which worked great. I also mentioned as we were leaving that there was no place to hang a towel by the bathroom sink and was told that they would look into that and take care of it.. We would definitely stay with them again.

Very satisfied with our stay except for the shortage of lighting as we like to read in bed. Buffet breakfasts was nice however there was a mis-communication. We were told when we checked in at night that the buffet breakfast was included in our hotel rate. The following morning, we were told it was not. Additionally, after checking out of the hotel I discovered I might have left my sweater. I was told to leave a message and that the person in charge of lost and found would get right back to me. However, to date, I have not heard back. In spite of the above comments, the hotel was clean and comfortable and we did enjoy are stay. The front desk and dining room employees were helpful, polite and efficient.

Great weekend !!! Comfortable, CLEAN, and the personnel were extremely pleasant and courteous. My only observation ... you have a hanging tag about conservation and reusing towels and linens. I have no problem with that, as I am all about "green". However; I left my towels on the rack, hung the shower towel on the shower door and the hand towel stretched out on the sink. When I came back, all new towels were in place. No big deal; thank you for the coutesy, but I would have gladly reused them. I will certainly will be using Hilton in the future, I just hope that they live up to the high levels of satisfaction excellence that the Team in Melville has set as the standard. Thank you to all !!!

Great stay for the money. I will come back. The only think I would chang is the food in the restaurant ... it wasn't very good. Excellent staff so it made up for it.

The hotel was in a great location to where we needed to go. It was easy to find. Once we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpfu. The rooms were clean and comfotable. The kids loved the pool. I would definately stay there again and also recommend to friends!!!

Room was clean. Very convenient to our destination. The bed was the absolute worst. It was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Supposed to be like a sleep # but it didn't adjust at all. Other than that didn't spend much time in the room.

Finding the hotel means you have to pay close attention to the address of where you are, but apart from that you will love it. The environment and atmosphere was great, and you can order breakfast and dinner right there in the lobby. I will be going back

We thoroughly enjoy our stay. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. We were able to enjoy the all-star game on the flat screen TV. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. A big plus is that it was smoke free and pet free!!! The beds were very comfortable which is very important, since we had such busy days during our stay. The hotel is located near major highways and thoroughfares, but far enough so that it wasn't a disturbance. My only complaint would be that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast, but that's because there is a full service restaurant for breakfast, dinner and room service. No problem, we just went to a few of the local diners on Old Country Road and saved a few bucks. Therefore, I am unable to comment on the hotel's food. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it.

My friend and I really loved this hotel. We found it to be in a very nice area, the staff were very helpful and the room was clean. We found it to be very conveniently located to the event we were attending and the restaurant had a very reasonable buffet. They also provided free Wi-Fi, however, it is not secure, so we used our own internet service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed in my room was the hardest and worse bed I have ever slept in. The dial on the side to make it softer or harder was pointless because wherever the dial was the bed was HARD!! Then once I got the dial in a almost reasonable position the cleaning person changed it when the sheets were changed. Additionally, I needed to add an extra night and the new rate was outrageous. No customer loyalty..... I will not be staying there again!

First time to New york..! Came for the New Year holiday and several job interviews.!! The room was exceptional. Clean- large and ALL ammenities ..!! Loved the 24 hr use of the business center and was able to print resumes, cover letters, ect. Breakfast was fantastic and the people were gracious and helpful. I've stayed in many hotels, this ranks top of my list.!! Very close to the LIE (Long Island Expressway) which also made it nice. PS... I GOT THE JOB I WANTED !!

The room was beyond our expectations. It was very nicely decorated and comfortable. We loved our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Looking forward to staying there again in the near future.

This hotel had everything we wanted: a comfortable bed, a clean room, friendly service, a well-stocked sundry store, and a restaurant. Excellent!

I travel ALL the time. I am really picky about noise and comfort. This hotel was perfect in both areas. The beds were awsome! In fact ... I had to come back to Long Island the following week ... I tried to book this hotel again but it was sold out. Big Bummer. I will stay again.
