Clean room, friendly service, good price. I would highly recomend.

Had a great stay at this hotel, friendly employees, clean and close to all our planned events.

The Staff people very accommodating and helpful with directions and mapped out good place to eat and visit. We would definitely stay there again. If fact planning to do that the middle of May. Was very please with the price of the room and the service and room was very clean. thank you

The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom clean and updated. However no towel bars in the bathroom. Close to interstate but no problem with traffic noise. Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was hot and quite good. The common areas of the hotel (stairways and halls) were in need of cleaning and repair. Would stay there again.

Only issue I had was with toilet being easily clogged. That said, the stay was excellent. Customer service at this hotel is top notch!!!

Outstanding - super comfy bed, very clean and quiet. Just as good as some competitors who charge considerably more.

Just a hotel. Nothing special but easy on/off from I-24. Staff seems friendly. We will use again-no problems.

The rooms were clean and the bedding was new. Nice upgrades. The hallway and common area carpet could use a good cleaning. Unbeknownst to us, they allow smoking in the rooms. When we called down to complain about the smoke (it fills your room when air kicks on) the night staff ask what she should do about it, knock on the doors? Finely, we stuffed towels under the door so we could sleep without our heads under the covers. YUK!!!!! The rooms were great, but the smoking was a deal breaker.

The employees are very helpful and attentive. Very clean and remodel. A little far from downtown Nashville but if you are on your way or need to be in the area, I believe is a good choose.The breakfast was good too and it is included.

It fit the bill. A bed to rest my head. Nothing more. The neighborhood is a glorified truck stop, but it was conveniently located for my visit and close to the airport. Strangely the guests were almost all men. Not sure why. Only saw one woman in the hotel the whole time I was there.

There are other places to stay at the I-24 exit to LaVergne which appeared to be nice hotels. Perhaps we should have stayed there. This Ramada was 2 story but had no elevator making luggage difficult, although one of the staff did help us with the luggage. The exit stairs did not latch at the top and bottom doors, a fire code violation and a life safety issue. The exterior door at the end of the first floor corridor did not lock at night allowing anyone to access the first floor and the stair to the second floor without monitoring. Although there are cameras in the corridors and stairs, this open door was a security concern. This hotel did not deserve the rating listed in hotel.com

The management (and possible owners) of this hotel are exceptional and tho I have rewards with other nearby hotels, their price and their genuine demeanor created a comfort for me and my staff while working nearby at a major auto manufacturer. I would highly recommend this hotel for your cost effective travel and friendliness of staff.

Courteous staff, well maintained facility, convenient location.

I used to work in the hospitality industry, so I hate to rate a property down. However, this property suffers from serious security and safety issues due to poor maintenance. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Asked for a different room and was told that they had no other available. Outside entry door away from front desk has lock broken/removed and no security monitoring. Stairway doors do not close automatically and are hard to close due to maintenance issues. These are the only fire doors preventing fire from spreading from floor to floor. Notified front desk and they showed no sense of concern. Overall clean property. Staff was nice and hot breakfast was fair for price. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

Hotel was clean. Staff very friendly. Rooms are very nice size for multiple night stay. Breakfast was typical, good selection. Surrounding are was more industrial but there is fuel, convenience store, and fast food. Next exit down however is shoping, every kind of restaurant, movie theatre. The only complaint is they could use new sheets as they are knotty and thin.

The room was very clean with nice amenities. Comfy beds; pillows and linens are very nice. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. Very convenient location, just off interstate. Very good breakfast. Awesome value!

Pros: Clean! Comfortable bed; good water pressure; good shower; drains work well (no standing water during shower); great price; fridge ; micro; heater works good and does not smell bad. Cons: minor concerns: windows don't open at all (no fresh air if you are a smoker). However, my smoking room was fresh when I checked in and did not smell bad at all. Limited TV channels Overall great stay for the money. Highly recommend!

From check-in to check-out, my stay was enjoyable. The room appeared to be newly renovated. Bed was very comfortable, the room clean, and all personnel were helpful and friendly - real southern hospitality. The breakfast area was well stocked and kept tidy. A computer was conveniently located in the lobby area for guest use. The only thing bothersome was the road construction on the road in front of the hotel. I will be returning to LaVergne shortly and will not hesitate to rebook at this Ramada.

Hotel was convenient and close to the highway. The sale price was good, but the room wasn't up to the Ramada standard we've experienced in our travels. Our room's smoke detector was missing, bare wires and hole exposed on the wall, unvacuumed floor, plaster on ceiling of bathroom was disintegrating, and the A/C vent in the bathroom had an inch of dust and debris on it. Obviously hadn't been cleaned in several weeks or months. Also, we were in the non-smoking wing of the hotel and the hallway and our room reeked of cigarette smoke. When you charge less for non-smoking rooms, you get that I guess. Also, not sure why a king bed would cost more than a set of doubles.

The Staff, a young man, was great and highly professional. The room, facility and complements were comfortable and modern. It offered Refridgerator and Microwave. We were very impressed with the facility especially that the price was reasonable.

This hotel would be ok for just one night but find someplace better if you need a hotel for more than one night. There is no elevator so you will need to carry your bags if your room is on the second floor

The room was clean and quiet. The surrounding area felt safe. No complaints, especially for the price.

The hotel had been recently remodeled and was in very good condition. The room we had was close to the highway but did not hear the traffic at night. Will stay there again the next time traveling through.

I have stayed in this hotel three times since April 2010. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. We will continue to choose this hotel as we visit family in the area.

This hotel was nice and clean, the only thing that I didn't like is there wasn't an elevator to the second floor so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs.

Good, basic accommodations close to my meetings. The room was clean and comfortable. No traffic noise, no noisy guests, very quiet. Breakfast was ok for a free buffet. There should be more yogurt varieties, tho. There's a couple fast food restaurants within walking distance, and many more chains and local food within 5 minutes drive.

Room cleanness is average, but hallway, stair is very dirty, no vacume seems over 1 month. I have never been stayed this dirty hotel.
