H10 Roma Città - روما

Overall, disappointed with stay here, the room looked nice but had no sound proofing and we could hear everything, birds singing outside, guests walking, rain etc. We could not sleep the first night as numerous guests checked out and it was raining. Also the shuttle is not much use, it stops at 5 and is a small cab, 8 people max, if it's full it leaves without you. It is far, travelling is not easy, no nearby metro stop, half an hour walk. Also the pool is only open in summer, we were there in April and the pool area looked terrible, dirty water in the pool and jacuzzi, and no seating. Gym is small but ok. Pro's were free internet, the food was nice too and hotel staff were nice. However I would not recommend due to all the cons.

Shuttle service is great. This is a good 20 minute drive from the heart of Rome. Immediate location is a little sketchy. Pool area was beautiful but closed. They do not open their pool area til June which I wished they would have mentioned when we booked. Rooms are beautiful and bathroom is big. Wifi was slow. There was this amazing restaurant 2 blocks away which we ate at both nights (Osteria Mavi)

Excellent value for money. Ultra modern hotel and very clean. Staff helpful too. Also experienced the sauna-like air conditioning problem, but this wouldn't put me off staying again. Not within walking distance of Rome centre but the hotel runs a free minibus shuttle service and the train station is very closeby. Didn't opt for breakfast so unable to comment on that.

Gorgeous hotel, with brilliantly helpful staff, made for a fantastic stay.

Phenomenal hotel for the price. Even thought they are a bit outside the center, one needs not to worry as they have a free shuttle in and out of the city center. They recommended a great neighborhood restaurant nearby that served contemporary roman cuisine and was one of the best meals of our stay in Rome.

This is a good hotel for the price, clean and comfortable. It is out of the way, however, it has a shuttle but it ends at 7:00 pm.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel recently and i can't rate it highly enough. The quality and finish of the rooms is top class and very chic. The roof top pool is great for late afternoons after sightseeing and the levels of service were excellent too. One slight irk was on the first night when the air conditioning in the room wasn't working corrrectly. After awaking at 4am in what felt like a sauna i went to reception to ask to be moved. The guy on the desk was great and we had a new room within 10 minutes where we could sleep in comfort! The coutesy shuttle bus is a great idea and makes the stay all the easier even though it really is only 15mins south of the centre and all the sights. If you choose this hotel you won't be disappointed. Would choose this the next time on a visit to Rome without any question.

The hotel is located in the Trastevere neighborhood. The closest metro bus access is the 170 bus that takes you directly to the centre of Rome in about 20 minutes. The cost of bus is 1 euro but honestly, we saw absolutely no one pay the fare. I assume the 75 mins validation period is being used via the honour system but no one ever checked during my 3 nights there so don't buy the Roma Pass for 25 euros if you really don't need to as it does not include the Vatican Museum and only worth it for subway system use and the subway does not take you to everywhere. However, you should go on the city sightseeing tour on the red double decker bus as they hit up all major routes and runs until around 6pm. It's easier than you trying to find your own way around if you do not like being lost as the subway is not very intuitive and lacks signage. The hotel has shuttle buses going to the colosseum area every hour or so with last bus back to the hotel at 7pm. We used public transit and not the shuttle as the main road for bus is about 5 mins walk from the hotel and the buses were pretty frequent with the last bus towards the hotel around 12am. Note that the subway closes at 9pm until mid 2012 right now in Rome. Also note that the public buses do not have AC and seats are very minimal! We upgraded to the superior room upon arrival for 20 euros more a day for the 3 nights. We were hoping for free upgrade but did not bother arguing as we were exhausted. The only difference between the standard and superior seemed to be the size (roomier in superior) and some complicated expresso kit that can be uses with the expresso machine in the room. I say stick with standard and no need for upgrade as the modern decor is consistent on both rooms. The washroom was standard size and the bed was pretty comfortable. The curtains were very effective and the windows were very sound proof! There was a lot of music outside our room during our stay but we did not hear the music unless we opened the do

This hotel is situated in the Trastevere district of Rome - not within walking distance of the main sites but only a short bus / train / tram ride away. The hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. The bathrooms in particular are very very nice. They have a roof terrace with pool and hot tub for relaxing after a days sightseeing, and offer a free shuttle bus to the city centre several times a day (though this is first come first served and gets full quickly). The surrounding area is a mix of residential and commercial with a variety of shops and cafes / bars nearby. I would definately stay in this hotel next time I am in Rome and would recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights. Great service at the reception! (surprising for Italy), new, clean, beautiful rooms and public areas. Even the cleaning lady was so kind when we asked for additional soaps etc. It is about 5 minutes from Trastevere by car, which you can park anywhere in the center of Rome for about 20-25 euros per day. If you do not have a car, they do offer free shuttle to the city from morning to afternoon, and you can take a cab to the center at night. We will definitely stay again at this great hotel, and would recommend it to anyone that wants to have a quiet, clean, beautiful hotel, with free swimming pool, wireless internet and good service. BTW - there's a supermarket about 50 meters from the hotel and about 10 cafes and restaurants just 1 street away, so, very convenient and friendly area.

Friendly staff, free shuttle to Rome center, close proximity to 170 busline and train station to make your own schedule for trips to see the sites. Quality bedding and very clean made for peaceful sleep. Wonderful little shops and deli's just steps away. Found the best espresso around the corner. Don't be alarmed by the graffitti around town-this seems to be everywhere. Playground next to hotel. Peaceful area with locals walking dogs and gathering at park/playground. Will seek this hotel again when I revisit Rome. H10 also has amazing pizza :-)

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Although it was not in the Centre of Rome, the hotel runs a free shuttle service and the local bus runs quite close by and is inexpensive. There was no food included but there were cafes very close by where you could buy coffee and a pastry for next to nothing. Having the pool was a big bonus and compensated for being outside the centre.

In short, we were so pleased with this hotel that we canceled a reservation at another place to extend our stay. The only reason not to stay here is if you prefer to be right in the center of the tourist attractions, or want to be situated in a neighborhood with fine dining/shopping. The hotel is modern, clean, and stylish. The staff were professional, helpful, and spoke fluent English. The bed was very comfortable, air conditioner worked well, bathroom was spacious, and rooftop pool deck and bar were a lovely retreat. The spa and restaurant were average -- avoid the extremely pricey breakfast. The hotel is easily reached from the airport on the regional train (Trastevere Station) and the #170 bus is cheap and convenient. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Very modern hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. If breakfast is not included in the deal, it is expensive to take it at the hotel. You can get a good a cheap breakfast at a coffee place just across the street. Location is really quite a ways from city center, and there are not too many restaurants in the area. The closest metro station is a good 25 min walk. Best way to get around: the bus, on Marconi. Line 170 takes you to Piazza Venezia, and from there you can get everywhere you want.

This place is great. absolutely nothing to fault. Its just outside the city... they do a shuttle bus 4 times a day for free, or you can get the 170 bus from the end of the road.. (we never waited longer than 15 mins for this.) when we did get a cab is was 15 euros.... rooms spotless, staff helpful and polite showing us the best way to get around/best places to go... cant think of anything to complain about...

If you are travel savvy and don't mind taking the bus (No. 170 on Marconi, which takes you to the main train station from where you can get anywhere in the city) this is a great place to stay. The hotel is very modern and the pool is a great place after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was very helpful and the free internet terminals were a great help.

I recently stayed in this hotel and I have to say I was really impressed. I work in travel and as such have been able to travel quite a bit and this hotel would rank amongst any hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is fantastic, it is very modern and incredibly clean. The bed, ohh the bed, it was massive and really comfortable. The bathroom was quite big, and really well presented. The inbuilt sliding wardrobes ensured that you had plenty of space, as well as ample room to hang your clothes. The rooftop pool was excellent, very clean and was a great place to relax after walking around all day. Staff were very helpful and friendly, organising our taxi to the airport, informing us when we would have to leave to reach te airport on time, and also giving us maps to help us find our way around. The area of Trastevere was an ideal base for our trip as well. As we were only staying for 4 nights we needed somewhere close to the train station, and with shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel ticked all of these boxes. I had a great stay here and would definitely return.

We arrived at this Hotel and could immediately tell that it was really nice for the price that we paid. We had been all over Europe and stayed in many hotels that were in the same price range and none of them came close to the excellence of this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful with all of our questions. They offered shuttles that would take you to the center of the main attractions. They offered tours of rome for a reasonable price. There was a pool. The rooms were awesome! They were clean, comfortable, and had an excellent air conditioning system. The shower was amazing and had a wonderful pressure. The only thing that i really have to complain about was the room and bar service. They only serve room service in the morning and at night which was inconvenient with our schedule. They did not have a wide selection of food to choose from. The worst was the bar service, the bartender did not know how to mix a drink to save his life. I tried multiple drinks thinking that they would be impossible to mess up and each one was terrible. The hotel should not put drinks on the menu that they don't know how to make. Do not waste your money at the bar. All in all the hotel was a pleasure t stay in and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Great hotel! It is very modern, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and spoke english well... the only downside is the location. The hotel is not close to any of the tourists spots, but it's 1 block away from the bus stop, which you can take to the subway which you can take to the center of Rome and the all of the tourists spots. If you take the subway, its about a 15 minute ride. You can take the bus to the center but it takes longer. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle, but it stops running at 5pm. Also, the hotel is located 1 block away from plenty of shopping, and even a farmers market. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel. Would stay here again. Restaurant has somewhat limited menu, but acceptable. For longer stays, most would want to use local restaurants, as menu would not offer enough variety.

CE QUI EST EMBETANT, C'EST LA LANGUE. TOUT LE RESTE EST ACCEPTABLE.

Hotel confortevole, personale gentile, camere modernissime e pulite. Prezzi concorrenziali La colazione non è incluso e si paga indipendentemente dal prezzo della stanza.

Sicuramente di qualità superiore. Giro abbastanza per alberghi in Roma e posso dire, senza timore di essere smentito che e' uno dei migliori finora visti

Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti, tranne a quelli che vogliono necessariamente soggiornare nel centro storico di Roma. L'hotel si trova comunque a circa 10 minuti d'auto da Trastevere, ed è collocato in una zona tranquilla che consente un pò di shopping. Nulla da ridire sulla struttura, l'hotel è nuovo e pulito, ed il personale è cortese.

Tillbringade en vecka i ett standarddubbelrum i augusti. Valde detta hotell, som ligger lite off, med tanke på att det hade takpool och såg allmänt fräscht ut. Poolen är inte jättestor, men ack så välkommen att relaxa i och kring några timmar innan man ger sig ut i hettan på stan igen. Det är heller inga problem att hyfsat bekvämt ta sig in till själva stadskärnan. Hotellet har en liten skyttelbuss som rymmer ca 20 personer, som är gratis och åker till cntrum flera turer/dag. Men den blir snabbt full och alla som vill åka kommer inte med på alla turer. Dock är det bara ett hundratal meter till buss 170, som tar dig till och från centrum. Taxi är inte heller jättedyrt i Rom - tvärtom. Hotellets standard är mycket bra, sängarna stora och bekväma och städningen var tiptop. Serveringen vid poolen var dock inte bemannad 24/7, men det var å andra sidan inga problem att, med personalens goda minne, ta sig ett dopp runt midnatt. Intill poolen fanns även ett litet gym, för den som vill hålla nere kilona efter den fantastiska maten i den eviga staden. Hotellets omgivning var mycket lugn och tyst, och likaså var det inne på hotellet kvälls och nattetid. Det är m a o inget för den som söker lite rajraj. Kvarteren i närheten av hotellen är genuint italienska, med lite eller inga turister och ganska schysst, men fancy free, shopping. Inte minst tack vare den närliggande och välsorterade Roma Store, där vi som håller på I Giallorossi kan ekipera oss och köpa våra matchbiljetter. ;)

Ett väldigt fräscht, modernt och prisvärt hotell med hög standard och bekvämlighet på rummen. Bra område att bo i med flera bra restauranger och caféer i närheten. Gratis transport till city centre med flera avgångar per dag, dock begränsat antal platser. Det var även smidigt att åka med buss. /A och C

Très bel hôtel mais extrêmement mal situe et loin du centre de rome.

On arrive la grande porte est cassée, il y a des fuites monstrueuses dans le hall de l'hôtel, avec des bassines pour recueillir l'eau. Pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. L'hotel est loin du centre ville, il faut compter en tout environ 1 heure pour aller au centre en bus. La piscine est ridiculement petite pour la taille de l'hôtel, il y a 10 transats pour 300 résidents... Donc en 4 jours on n'a pu aller qu'une fois a la piscine dont l'eau est gelée... Bizarre il faisait 32 c* pourtant. Il n'y a qu'une chaine francaise c'est les infos en continue. Le personnel ne parle pas français. Les chambres sont bruyantes, et encore on était loin de l'ascenseur. La navette pour le centre ville est bondée, il faut souvent attendre la prochaine et encore a condition d'avoir réservé la veille sinon le bus. Le petit déjeuner est a 17 euros... Le repas 27 euros en buffet qui ne vaut pas du tout ce prix. Il faudra rajouter les taxes de séjour 3 euros par personne et par jour. On avait choisi cet hile pour la piscine car après des heures de visite il est agréable de se délasser, mais vu la petitesse de celle-ci et l'impossibilité de s'allonger aucun intérêt. On aurait du prendre un hotel au centre ville. On est très déçus par cet hôtel Et comble du comble pas de connections internet durant les 4 jours, et bcp de monde se plaignait, d'obtenir un anglais qui était la depuis 6 jours sans connexion. J'ai eu 60 euros de connexion personnelle avec mon téléphone du coup. Ils ne savent pas qd ils vont le réparer, par contre eux a l'accueil ils ont internet... Choisissez un autre hôtel !!!

Un grand hôtel avec le confort attendu, du petit déjeuner au dîner excellente qualité des produits. Les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses, parking au sous-sol et piscine en terrasse. Le personnel est présent et discret, l'espace salon avec accès libre à internet et bar-TV est agréable. L'accès au centre historique peut se faire par la navette gratuite de l'hôtel, le bus à 100 mètres ou le métro à 6 arrêts de bus. Très bon séjour, check-out rapide.

Tres bel hotel tout neuf, personnel competant,chambres propres mais peu spacieuses et sans balcon, piscine tres appreciable pendant les grosses chaleurs de l'ete. La situation excentrée de l'hotel a un avantage : le quartier est populaire, peu de touristes et magasins bon marché et un desanvantage : il faut compter 20 bonnes minutes pour arriver a la piazza Vennezia avec le bus de ville n°170. Notre sejour d'une semaine en juillet s'est tres bien deroule et nous retournerons volontiers dans cet hotel.

We chose Roma Citta well aware that it was a bit out of the way, deciding to prioritise quality and comfort over location. "Out of the way" is of course a relative concept - local buses that take you to Piazza Venezia, Termini etc leave frequently from around the corner, and the hotel also operates a free (and very comfortable) shuttle service to the city centre a few times a day. The hotel is absolutely excellent. I am a discerned traveller, and have stayed at many hotels for both business and pleasure; Roma Citta certainly met my expectations in every way. It is clean and well air conditioned, the beds are comfortable and the sound proofed walls make for a good night's sleep. The rooms and all the indoor areas are non-smoking, which to us was an essential criterion. The rooftop swimming pool is heavenly after a long day in the heat of Rome! The staff are friendly and all the people we dealt with at the reception spoke good English. There is free WiFi if you have your own laptop, and computers for guest use downstairs. The latter leave a fair bit to wish when it comes to speed and programme updates, and there are only four of them; but then again, we certainly did not go on holiday in order to sit in front of the computer. It is just very handy to be able to look things up when you wish to. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, as it was ridiculously expensive. Nor did we try the restaurant for any other meal, but it looked to have a nice menu with plenty of vegetarian options, some even vegan by the looks of it.

Jeg var i Roma i slutten av juni 2011 med en venninne. Hotellet var et pent, rent og moderne hotell. Vi trivdes godt ved hotellet. Det var gode rom og serviceinnstilt personale. Det var forholdsvis varmt når vi var i Roma og det var supert å trekke på bassenget etter en varm dag med opplevelser. Her var det stort sett alltid ledig solseng, eller kort tid til det ble ledige solsenger. Treningsrommet var også bra. Det største minuset med hotellet var matserveringen. Vi bestilte en dyr og smakløs middag i restauranten og var generelt skuffet over det de serverte oss der. Vi bestilte en hamburger i lobbybaren som var rå inni og når vi fikk en ny var tilbehøret kaldt. Det er forsåvidt bagateller, men vi endte opp ganske skuffet hver gang vi spiste der. Det var enkelt å komme seg til og fra sentrum, vi brukte mest lokalbussen og det var enkelt å nytte. Pga årstiden prioriterte vi basseng og ville nok gjort det igjen om vi skulle dratt igjen. Skulle vi reist til Roma i en kjøligere årstid, ville jeg nok heller prioritert å bodd mer sentrumsnært.

Jag bodde på hotellet med min sambo under en vecka i juni. Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse, allt var mycket rent och fräscht, poolområdet trevligt och personalen var mycket hjälpsam. Vi provade kvällsmaten på hotellet och även den var riktigt bra. Frukosten kan jag tycka var lite dyr i förhållande till vad man kan hitta ute i staden men där fanns mycket att välja på. Hotellet har någon typ av luftfräschare som sprids i ventilationssystemet i de gemensamma utrymmena vilket kan vara ett minus för den som är allergisk. Hotellet ligger även en bit från sevärdheterna men med buss går det mycket snabbt och smidigt att ta sig dit. (Bussen går var 10:e minut och kostar 1 euro för en biljett som gäller i 75 minuter.)

Hotel muito bom. Moderno, limpo, muito confortável com funcionários prestativos. Apesar de um pouco afastado do centro de Roma, possui transporte fácil. Recomendo

Hotellet är utmärkt att bo på men ligger en bit från alla sevärdheterna i centrala Rom. Shuttelbuss till centrum ingår men frekvensen något låg.
