Hotel Haven - هلسنكي

Location in Helsinki (which is a pocket city) is perfect; right in the middle of the best bits. Staff and hotel were great. Wouldn't change anything apart from the price.

Went to Helsinki on business and for once I decided to not go for one of the chain hotels in Helsinki, but to go for something different. During my 3 days at the hotel, I decided that this is now my default choice whenever I go. Here are some of the highlights (I actually don't have a single bad thing to say about them): -Room was very nice and had a personal touch, with very nice furniture. -Staff was very professional and extremely helpful and genuinely wanting to help out. -Breakfast was outstanding. I had heard many good things about their breakfast before, and it certainly didn't let me down. The fact that they'll make you any coffee you desire, is a huge plus if you're like me...tired in the mornings. -Room-service was quite fast, even though I ordered food at 1.30am on a Wednesday. -Location is superb, you can't get more central than this. So if you come as a tourist, you'll be in walking distance from everything.

The hotel was fabulous, great location, immaculate and furnished very tastefully. I would rate it very high in every aspect. I would defitely stay there again.

Everything about this hotel was excellent - location, rooms, restaurant, very friendly helpful service and best of all the elegant, tasteful lounge area and bar. Perfect place to relax after a day of sighseeing.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with very attentive and helpful staff. I only had a 24 hour layover and asked what I should do to see the best of Helsinki in that short window of time. I was given outstanding recommendations of restaurant and sites. The room was extremely nice and comfortable with great accessories such as a TV in the bathroom a Nespresso machine, and other items.

We had a great stay at Hotel Haven. The staff were attentive, friendly and worked hard to deliver on every request. The location of the hotel is perfect, just near Helsinki's biggest park and only a short walk to Helsinki's best shopping and fantastic transport system. Other places are marginally cheaper, but this hotel is clearly worth the bit extra.

I have stayed at Hotel Haven in Helsinki before and it meets up to alll my requirements for a perfect get a away. The rooms are generous and comfortable and the overall feeling is luxurious. You want to spend time there. Two things could be better - you can hear a dull sound from the ventilation system in the rooms which sometimes is a little annoying. You can't turn it off. And the other thing is the lobby bar which is quite expensive, but not that special. We have ordered drinks and food there and we thought it was very overpriced. But for a glas of wine or a cup of tea it's ok and very cozy.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Haven. The room was as spacious as described, very clean, nicely decorated, and very quiet. Alhough my room (a "style" single,) had several padded chairs for relaxing in (instead of a sofa, as described on their website) the extra chairs and area provided were adequate for having a couple of guests over and no one having to sit on the bed. The entire room was well designed with a traveler in mind. Electric outlets were plentiful and conveniently placed. The closet space was well designed, well lit, and very clean. But by far my favourite part of the room was the bathroom! Two lighting options, a heated tile floor, and impeccably clean fixtures made me want to copy some of their design details for my own home. (When is the last time you thought that about a hotel bathroom?) Service and atmosphere in the common areas of the hotel, from reception to the bar to the restaurants, was equally well thought out and enjoyable. My only real complaint about Hotel Haven is that I felt torn between going out and exploring Helsinki and staying in the hotel! I will definitely return.

For a great stay this hotel is a solid choice located perfectly for a short walk to most city attractions. Also only 3 blocks to Stockmanns Department Store and great shoping. Great rooms and very clean...first class accomodations. Take a shuttle from the airport only 25 minutes and 27 euros to hotel.

Great hotel, lovely rooms, bar, people and good location, 2nd stay in this hotel, highly recommended with free adult movies after 12:00

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was excellent in every way, even the 'small' room was massive, the bathroom superb, the attention to detail spot on and the facilities great. Only downside, a previous guest had decided to drink the beer in our fridge and re-fill the bottles with water and carefully re-place the lids. One call to room service had the bottle replaced with no question.

This is the finest hotel in Helsinki...tremendous location, warm and luxurious rooms with great style and decor. Excellent staff, the whole experience was truly a pleasure.

Hotel Haven was hotel heaven. It is a great place to stay, its like home away from home. The location is convienient to everything. I would most certainly stay here again.

Hotel Haven in Helsinki is a beautiful hotel with exceptional service. It is exactly as its name implies - a haven, a peaceful and quiet oasis centrally located in a busy city. We enjoyed their daily breakfast and one evening, when we were too tired to go out, we had supper in the bar - fantastic!

We spend only one night in Helsinki on the way to St. Petersburg. Would have stayed longer had we known what a wonderful hotel and charming city it is. Everyone at the hotel was spot on and the property itself is gorgeous. Location can't be beat.

The room was large, well appointed and had all of the expected amenities and a few more. The location couldn't be beat. The staff was gracious, welcoming, courteous and professional.

Stayed on a thursday night with a colleague. The hotel is stunningly designed and decorated, and unlike many 5 star hotels, the standards don't drop from the public areas to the guest rooms.....if anything it gets better. I would not want to stay anywhere else in Helsinki after 12 years of regular visits.

The standards of the hotel were very high. The bathroom was large which was a plus for this trip as most were much smaller than what we are used to. The breakfast buffet was nice.

Recently opened and very nice. Room was very comfortable, high quality bathroom and decent view of the harbour. Liked the bar and the outside quad for breakfast. highly recommend staying there. Probably needs a couple more PCs with internet access.

Location, decoration, cleanliness, comfort etc. were all fantastic! The only disappointment was the breakfast :( There was not much choice and the space was so small that if there were 5 or more people queuing, it was packed.

Iloinen yllätys kaikin puolin. Tulemme varmasti uudestaan. Aamiainen saa erityismaininnan

Aivan ihana paikka! Hienot puitteet ja palvelu loistavaa. Huone oli todella siisti kauttaltaan eikä kaupungin meteli yltänyt sinne lainkaan. Jouduimme lähtemään hotellista jo aamuyöllä emmekä siis olisi saaneet aamupalaa, mutta henkilökunta tarjosi heti järjestävänsä meille oman aamupalan lähtöhetkellemme, joka oli siitä huolimatta todella kattava ja maukas aina tuoreista hedelmistä lähtien. Joka sentin arvoinen ja odotukset ylittävä eikä edes ylihinnooteltu. Ihanan lähellä rantaa ja keskustan palveluita. Helppo lähteä tutkimaan Helsinkiä ihan vaikka vaan kävellen. Palaamme varmasti tänne mikäli aiomme toistekin yöpyä Helsingissä

Hyvä aamiainen, tuoreita marjoja!, kaunis huone + merkinäköala. Miinus siitä että radiota ei ollut/saanut päälle - hotellikanavia oli vähän + surkeita illanviettoa ajatellen: yle + joku muu.

いわゆるブティック・ホテルの感じです。ロケーション的に（荷物がなければ）ヘルシンキ駅から歩いて10～15分ほど、またホテルの裏口を出るとすぐオールド・マーケットだし、メインストリート(エスプラナーデ）までは徒歩1分。ショッピングにも市内観光も殆ど歩いて行けるので、大変便利です。また、スタッフの方々も皆さん大変にこやかで、先を読んだ心配りが嬉しいです。夕食は食べませんでしたが、バイキングスタイルの朝食は美味しかったです。宿泊料金に見合ったセンスの良い部屋、アメニティ、質の高いサービスで大変満足でした。次回も利用したいです。

O Hotel no geral é muito bom, porém os preços dos pratos existentes no cardápio referente ao serviço de quarto são muito elevados e a qualidade é muito ruim.

一泊だけでしたがとても良い時間を過ごせました。 フロントにチェックインした瞬間からチェックアウトしてタクシーに乗り込む瞬間までとても快適でした。 サービス・朝食・室内・水回りどれをとっても不足はありません。この価格帯でこの満足度が得られるホテルはそうないと思います。 もちろんもっと高額の宿泊料を支払えば別でしょうけれど・・・・・ チェーンホテルにない心地よさがあるホテルだと思います。 すべての都市にこのホテルがあるといいのに・・・・と思えました。 またヘルシンキを訪れる事があったら、迷わずハーヴェンにします。

Het hotel was vrij klassiek en alles was heel en schoon. Service was prima. Parkeren kan in nabij gelegen parkeergarage. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de winkelstraten.

Helt underbart! Ville inte ens kliva ur den härliga sängen på morgonen. BangOlufsen-system i hela rummet. Tv i badrummet!!! Glad och hjälpsam personal. Har hittat ljuspunkten i Helsingfors! Kommer alltid att bo på Hotel H(e)aven!
