Awesome!!!!! The very best in Miami!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much and absolutely recommend this hotel.

I was pleased with the EPIC hotel, but was surprised it was lacking in certain areas (newspapers were not provided each morning, nor were they available for purchase in the hotel), the neighborhood was not particularly wonderful and I was extremely disappointed in the fact that my friends and I who stayed in the hotel had to wait in line with people who were NOT guests of the hotel to get into KYMA. We also had to pay a cover charge to get into the club. As a guest of the hotel, I would have expected to get entry before outside guests and no cover charge since I was paying to stay in the hotel. This really rubbed me the wrong way and after talking to my friends who also stayed in the hotel with us, we will look elsewhere the next time we are travelling to Miami. We expected more from a hotel like this......

This was our first time in Downtown Miami, we normally stay in Miami Beach and we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is beautiful, our room was very comfortable and the view was satisfactory. I would have preferred a waterview, but I didn't realize it was an option so I didnt' ask for it. Our room was right off the elevator bay so it was quite noisy, but that is to be expected for the location. The AREA31 Restaurant was Excellent and the KYMA Lounge was incredible, but I would have expected hotel guests to be preferred entry. We had to wait in a line to gain entry to the club, several of the members in our party decided to go back to their rooms rather than wait in the line. Staff were very attentive, I would consider returning, but we would probably travel to another dance club next trip. My friends were not pleased with the wait.

when I arrive to hotel,they sold my room. I was reguested and book 2 queens with sofa but they sold all that rooms and they had only one king room avail.They didnt even upgrade or do anything. They didnt give a considiration that we drove 10 hours with 2 kids. They sold hotel 4 star. Its just like an apartment complex. Its nothing 4 star hotel. Its like 2 star looking hotel.

There is a lot of wind where the hotel is situated, as well their service was horrible. We had to wait an hour before getting water and other simple things. On top of it we had left some cash which the maid stole from our room and she never really cleaned anything. The service by the pool area was disgraceful. It took 25 minutes for simple water and they would never check up on us.

Picked up the hotel last minute by calling hotels.com since everywhere was booked around town due to the season and a large Boat show happening. All the employee's were very nice and helpful. Rooms had plenty of space and clean.

There is not one thing negative to say about this hotel; from its luxurious accommodations to its great restaurants/lounges, the stay was wonderful! To boot, the staff was always smiling and quite helpful. Cannot wait to make a return trip to the EPIC in Miami!

The EPIC Hotel is very well situated in Miami. Walking distance to the cruise ship ports.The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay again.

A funky hotel in the heart of Miami. The staff here literally bend over backwards for guests trying to establish the best customer service of any hotel in the World. The facilities are excellent and decor very tasteful. It's really the who's who that seem to stay here if you are in to that. It was almost a little over the top but very nice all the same.

Most has already been said. It is brilliant! It is in Miami, which some may say is not the best location. Bit it is a short drive to the beaches, which if you have a car is no issue. Also being in Miami there is not quite as much to do as down at South Beach area. Highly recommend here as it is truly faultless.

The EPIC was a great hotel. Very comfortable and in a decent location, although it is about a $20 ride from South Beach.

Stayed one night pre-cruise. Lovely hotel. Large room. Would stay there again if taking another cruise. Only groans are that there was no coffee making facilities in the room and that our room had a connecting door (though we were not disturbed by any noise). To enjoy free wifi you have to join their hotel points scheme, which is free of charge.

Stayed here on arrival in USA. Our airline lost our bags and staff at the EPIC were very helpful here. The hotel is immaculate and our room was lovely with internet etc. Will go back next year without doubt. Highly recommended.

We stayed here pre & post cruise. The location was perfect. It was just a few minutes from resturants, the Bayside Marketplace, and the Port of Miami. This hotel is very modern and the furnishings are very nice. The staff was most helpful, friendly, and very professional. Our room had very nice views of the bay and downtown area. We spent a lot of time in the pool area which was very nice and at night provided a nice setting. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel. Pictures provided on website depict the hotel exactly like it is.

Nothing else but compliments to this hotel. The staff, the location, the facilities, the service, the in room amenities and views are breath taking.

I received a great deal on Hotel.com and this hotel was much better than I expected. The pictures online are definitely true to life. For those of you interested in visiting this hotel please beware that the entrance is not on Biscayne BLVD!!! You should also beware that overnight parking costs $30+. Overall my stay was excellent and I will be returning the next time I go to Miami

Superb, the kids absolutely loved this hotel. Apart from the steep valet parking fees tere is no way to fault. The hotel is great, pools and gym are superb, very close to the free to use MetroMover and walking distance to Bayside.

I stayed at this hotel on a budget and definitly got way more than I payed for. Everything was above and beyond, I truly felt I got value for my money. Depending on what your in miami to do this works out great as it is a 10 minute drive from south beach and relitively good location. For younger people traveling you will get style class and comfort but if your looking to club and party a hotel located closer to south beach would work better but you definitely wont get such great value for your dollar.

This hotel was unbelievable from the minute you walk in. The hotel is so beautiful, the room was out of this world, and it was huge with a jacuzzi tub and balcony overlooking the pool. The staff was so friendly and recommended a great place for brunch. The gym and pool are perfect for relaxation and they have trendy lounges in the hotel, with an awesome DJ. Downsides: downtown Miami has nothing going on, so we drove to South Beach every day, but it's only 10 min over the bridge. Also, valet at the hotel is $30/night, which is steep for Miami. Overall, this hotel is incredible and I would stay here again. You've gotta try it! For the price, it will blow you away.

Stayed June 25th for one night. Booked city view room and was immediately upgraded to water view upon arrival. I recommed the water view. The balcony's are huge and the view may be unrivaled in downtown Miami. Room was comtemporary and clean. Everything in the room and hotel had a quality feel. Some hotels look nice at a glance but upon closer inspection are cheap imitations of wood and metal. None of that at the Epic. The hotel isn't five stars and that's obvious but it is the the benchmark for what a 4-4.5 star hotel should be. I see the star ratings on some of the hotels I've stayed in and they don't compare to the Epic and many cost more. The pool area was pretty nice and the surrounding area seemed really safe. That may explain why there were three yachts docked at the hotel. Service was friendly but not forced. I've stayed at many nice hotels around the country but outside of Las Vegas I've never recieved such a great value in a hotel. Stay here instead of paying more money for a less nice hotel on SOBE. I'll be returning to Epic.

We found all the staff from the maid to the Concierge to be the kindest, most helpful and attentive. They were over & above all we experienced in a one month visit to the USA which incorporated 6 different hotels from Las Vegas to New York

My stay at the Epic was great the staff gets a 10 for custmer service. My Balcony view was excellence facing towards the Ports. I also sign up for the Kimpton membership.

EVERYONE who worked at the hotel was amazing! New my name upon check in, offered me a glass of wine or food. I would stay here and recommend this hotel to everyone. Another guge suggestion is paying a few bucks extra and book yourself the Club LVL level. SO worth it!

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Nice Miami style, luxury yatchs, lambourhenis, etc. parked in front. An "in-place" to stay but quiet as well. Are 31 great rest.

This was a perfect overnight stop-over between 2 weeks in South America and returning home to Texas! We were grateful for an early check-in, as we had been traveling all night. No coffee pot in room, but complimentary coffee/tea available in lobby in morning. Rooms are lovely and have gorgeous bathrooms and lots of amenities. Beautiful pool area and restaurant/bar. Concierge helped with great suggestions for seeing local area and for dinner - all walk-able or within easy reach of the free "people mover."

Wonderful location, especially for cruise ship departure. There is convenient shopping and eating places within walking distance. The desk staff was very helpfull in supplying directions and ideas for sightseeing. The Club level rooms and lounge were outstanding. for brakfast and late afternoon appies. One of the staffin the club room was exceptional and the others good. The swimming pool and amenities were great. The cost was reasoanble in early May

We had a wonderfull stay in the Epic. To a person, the staff was attentive, friendly, and very well trained. The Hotel is centrally located, and easy to access. The facility is new, very clean and well appointed. Highly recommended!

Myself and my boyfriend stayed at the Epic for two nights. After reading reviews we decided to spoil ourselves and go for the Club level, which was completely worth it. From the beginning we were treated like royalty, shown to our room personally, and introduced to our concierge for the duration of our stay. Our room was gorgeous, a fabulous big bathroom, two sinks, and huge shower and bath. We were both very happy with the room, lovely touches from the list of items available in case you forgot them, (such as hair and make-up items, etc.) to the fold down service at night where they even closed the curtains and set the air conditioning. Lovely balcony also. One tiny tiny issue was the beds perhaps fell a little short of luxury of everything else. They were a little hard, and the dressing gowns were not very soft. But it is only because the rest of the hotel is such an incredible standard that I am even pointing this out! They were still comfortable. The club level food was lovely, 5 dining times a day. Just light food, but tasty. We also ate in the Area 31, where we tried the Chef's tasting menu which was a treat as it was very unsual food, paired with unusual sides and flavours, but it worked! We took full advantage of the free bar until 11pm in the club lounge. In particular, Lucia and Ruby were an absolute pleasure in the Club lounge. And the selection of drinks were excellent and they were far from meagre with the measures. The pool area is gorgeous, though it loses the sun in the afternoon. Service here was also impeccable, with chairs being set up and water brought and a nice touch of sunscreen available too. I would absolutely recommend this place. Every one of the staff were absolutely lovely, and made our stay a pleasure.

Hotel and staff were great! As a frequent 5 star traveler this place did not disappoint! Stayed in the club level and the staff was excellent. Highly suggest Zuma too! I will return on my next trip to Miami!

Rooms, service, clubs, pool, view were all amazing. My girlfriend so happen to be on crutches the weekend I stayed over but the staff was so friendly an helpful our stay was amazing. Last but not least if you have somewhere to be please do not lay in any of the epic beds. This had to be the eat part of the stay the shower and the bed were amazing

Excellent hotel and got a very good rate which included the 29th floor special service, a must!! Excellent service and you have munchies all day. Went with my 2.5 year old, crib is great and service. Congratulations!

Located on the river, a few minutes drive from the throngs in South Beach, nestled in the heart of the new Miami downtown, rises the Epic Hotel. The decor is outstanding, the rooms exceptional, but it was the staff that made the hotel stay both memorable and extremely satisfying. They were all courteous, helpful and extremely friendly and responsive. I will stay here again, and would recommend others do consider staying here as well.

A superb hotel and a real treat to spend time there. After a busy day sightseeing it was great to return to the coolest pool,gorgeous room,awesome views and faultless staff. The hotel is situauted in the business district and is a good drive from the beach and Ocean Drive so if you want to stay out clubbing or drinking into the night, The Epic is probably not for you. However if you want to relax and have a great meal in your hotel and not have to check out 'til noon the next day this place is hard to beat.
