We were in transit and it was the best experience in years. Very beautiful, clean and the hotel personnel provided a very good service. The price unbeatable.

1) walking distance to airport. Great if need to catch early flights. 2) rooms are large and comfortable. 3) pool was very invitating. 4) however check in staff was insensitive.

I had a layover in Bangkok to fly to Chiang Mai. This hotel in the airport is beautiful with excellent service. A must stay if you are traveling.

We booked 2 rooms for our family of five and found the hotel to be clean, pleasant, with good food. Check in was efficient and the hotel allowed us to store our bags for a week while we were traveling down South which was a big plus. We would definitely stay here again as it's so convenient to the airport and very clean and comfortable.

Location is perfect for those who need to stay overight before catching another flight. Hotel pays a lot of attention to detailsin the rooms. Mine was quiet and clean.

Handy having an underground link to the city. Food a little pricey then normal but guess there is no competition except going back to the airport.

This place is perfect if you have a stopover at Bangkok. You can walk from the airport to the hotel and there's also a regular shuttle service. The hotel is lovely with a beautiful pool area. An added bonus is you can check-in at any time, the rate is based on a 24 hour stay so if you have an early arrival you can check straight in. Would definitely recommend it.

Stayed here several times through Bangkok. Perfect location, especially for early flights.

This is my 5th or 6th stay here. It's very convenient for early morning connections. But it's over priced, food so-so & service not on par with what hotels in BKK at this price range offer.

This is perhaps one of the best airport hotels that I have stayed in. Very convenient location, frequent shuttle connection to the airport and excellent value. My only criticism, which is fairly minor, is that check in was a bit haphazard and took longer than I woul have liked; given that it is a busy hotel attached to a busy airport I would have expected there to be more reception staff available and for the process to have been more efficient. Overall, excellent!!

This hotel is about convenience for a midnight arrival and a continuing flight the next morning to the final destination. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the pool and gardens are a very nice place to unwind before or after a long flight. The hotel is connected to the terminal via an underground corridor, or you can take the shuttle service. It takes the same amount of time either way.

The perfect hotel if You just want to stay close to the airport. There is minivan service to the Hotel but it is also possible to walk there trough an underground tunel. Any uniformed man in the arriving hall will show You the way to the door were somebody will be waiting for you with a list of the hotel guests. I arrived late at night and found that the restaurant at the lobby is open 24 hours.

The location and cleanliness of hotel was great. The only disappointment was the variety of available TV channels. This hotel had the smallest selection of channels of any hotel we had visited whist in Thailand.

Best situation nearest to Airport. Wonderful rooms and very confortable and modern. Good breakfast buffet with international and thai food. Nice pool area and fitness center. Best stay if you have an early flight in the morning and you don't want to have problems with traffic jam in Bangkok.

We stayed here for the second time and had a room on the top (5th floor). Rooms are spacious and have great marble bathrooms which are in good condition. However the room furniture looks like its about 20+ years old and needs to be refurbished - not in terrible condition, but rather shabby. Also the carpets need to be replaced. Beds reasonably comfortable but, again, could be replaced. Check-in and out were among the worst I've ever experienced - slow, slow, slow and then was handed the papers for someone else!!. The staff must be doing this all the time, yet it seemed to take at least 30-40 minutes to check us in after a long flight from Sydney. We love the pool here which is in a courtyard in the centre of the hotel and a very peaceful oasis while waiting for flights. There's no other hotel as convenient to the airport, so they have become a bit complaisant about their rooms and service.

Basically that. Hotel is very big and very high end literally across the street from the terminal - saved us at least an hour of sleep to catch a 6:00 a.m. flight and $100 in cab fare had we gone into Bangkok city and back. Nice fitness center as well. One of the better experiences with Hotels.com. Gary T

This hotel is perfect for transit time in Bangkok, whether coming into or leaving SE Asia. Excellent rooms and service. Lovely swimming pool and well equipped exercise room. Excellent dining is available, though quite expensive. Shuttles to the terminal every 20 minutes 24/7.

Free Shuttle bus provided from level 2 gate 4 to and from hotel. Varied buffet breakfast; continental and asian tastes were catered for was included in the price. 24 hour checkin so no matter what crazy time you have to be up for your flight you can check out and catchthe Shuttle bus which runs every 15 minutes. Despite being so close to the air port you would think you were somewhere else in Thailand, lovely gardens outdoor swimming pool. 4 Different restaurants in main loby open until 10.30pm. 24 hour room service. Friendly efficient staff.

The hotel was okay, at best. They nickel and dimed you for just about everything (i.e. internet charges every 15 mins). We asked the front desk for assistance with directions, and all they gave us was attitude and why we had bothered to disturb them from whatever they were doing. The staff was incredibly unhelpful, and border line rude, the toilet in our room was stopped up the minute we walked in, and we were nickel and dimed for just about everything. Aside from the convenient location, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This airport hotel is linked to the main airport by a subway/tunnel which although very well lit was completely deserted when we investigated how to get from the hotel to departures. It looked as if it was intended that this subway would be lined with shops but this had not happened so it was a little eerie walking from hotel to airport but having said that this subway did link also to the train station where there were people about. We did not in fact use this to get to the airport as there was a shuttlebus just leaving when we checked out but if we had missed the shuttlebus we could have got to the terminal via this subway in 5 minutes. We thought this hotel was perfect for an early flight or late arrival --we liked the fact it had a pool area with no aircraft smells and also were happy with the restaurant options with a good buffet but also other options.

with the exception of being checked into a room that was not ready, which was shortly fixed; it's a fine hotel. it's certainly convenient, and the pick up from the terminal is really optimal too.

I am pleased to say that this hotel is welcoming and for a westerner woman on my own it is safe and everyone was very helpful. the room was a 5 star standard and I would stay here every time I need to go from one airport to another. it is not a hotel to have a Bangkok holiday, but is great for transit travel or business travel. Thank you!

Lovely hotel .enjoyable stay . Not enough computers in lounge and free Wi Fi for I Pad though. Good service ..

Great hotel right within the airport property. You can even walk to it from the terminal, but they do have a shuttle. Check-in any time, check-out anytime (I guess within reason), but it isn't like a normal hotel that makes you check in at 3pm. We checked in at 7:30am and check out at 6am the following day. Very nice, very clean. Not a lot of options of stuff to do, a few shops, a couple of nice places to eat and a bar or two. Great pool, quiet rooms considering you are at an airport (all rooms (I think) face the courtyard - not the runways! I would stay there again.

No body lotion in the bathroom. Only draw back. Good breakfast but if before 6 am no one there to cook eggs.

Unbelievable that they don't offer free wifi, and charge for 1, 12, or 24 continuous hours. Dinner buffet looks nice, but at 899 baht (approx $30) it would have been the most expensive meal I would have eaten in Thailand. It's conveniently located, but a lot more expensive than others nearby.

this hotel is right across from the airport, and runs a free shuttle every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. It's a little pricey, but worth for the convenience if you have an early morning flight. Hotel room very comfortable, and staff is very solicitous. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was tasty and reasonably priced given that we were "captive audience." My one gripe is the (excessive) charge for computer use, including Wi-Fi.

Hotel has a welcome counter at the aiport, but when I arrived in Bangkok, nobody was there. Waited for 10 minutes and decided to walk to the hotel. It wasn't easy to find a way there, and you can't take a trolley for your luggage. There was nobody to greet me at the entrance fromt the airport side or to help with my luggage. Internet is very expensive and inconvinient to use. You need to call business center to activate, and if you log off, you lose it. The hotel itself is great, great food in the restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Suvarnabhumi Airport with free shuttle service that takes around 5 minutes. Restaurants and a food hall is located at the airport, so you can take the free shuttle service from the hotel to get there if you do not fancy hotel meals Also, with the new MRT line to the airport, you could catch a train that takes 20-30 minutes to reach Bangkok city. You need to transfer to another MRT line or BTS (Skytrain) station depending on where you are heading (Note that catching a taxi from the airport to Bangkok city during peak hours takes around 1 hour). The hotel is a great place to stay if you need overnight accommodation without having to carry your luggage all the way to Bangkok city.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel at about 1230 AM and spent the next 45 minutes waiting to check-in. Not sure about the problem as there were 4 people behind the couter rushing around in a state of confusion and 4 lines of guests waiting to get to their rooms. The couple in front of us had two small children and waited for an hour. Not sure I ever would stay there again.

Despite it being a higher nightly rate, it was worth the cost. I decided to treat myself to this room since it was literally at the airport and I wanted a good night's rest before my long flight back to the USA. The room was clean and inviting. The bed was a California king size....very comfortabe. Staff was beyond friendly. Apple computer in lobby for free internet use although limited to 30 mintues. Wi-fi cost for room was high so didn't get it....think this should be included with the rate considering you pay more than average. The bathroom amenities included all the things that you would expect for the price. 2 complimentary bottles of water. as well. There was cable tv but had limited English movie channels. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was overpriced but at least tasteful. Overall I would stay there again for the convenient location and luxury of the rooms.

My flight arrived at 9:30 pm so I decided to stay here one night before heading to Pattaya the next morning. The staff was very friendly. Room is clean and nicely decorated. However, the price is a little too high.

It is easy to get to the airport or using train to down town.

Super convenient and the 24H checkout is a blessing for late night arrival/departures. The place seems very sterile although its probably a littel hard to not have this seeing as everyone is in transit no doubt. For convenience its great

We didn't eat in the hotel, since there is so much food in the airport (especially the Magic Food Point - a great food court - on Level 1 near entrance #8) The room was very comfortable, quiet, and the short shuttle to the airport was great!
