كانت تجربتي جيدة جدًا بالإضافة إلى أنها أحد أفضل المرات التي أقمت فيها في أحد الفنادق. الفندق نظيف للغاية والخدمة فيه جيدة. باستثناء الجزء المتعلق بالطعام- فالمطاعم قليلة وباهظة مقارنة بمطاعم أخرى في دبي

فندق متميز للاستمتاع بالرفاهية، ويحتوي على مطاعم راقية، ومرافق ترفيهية، والعاملون فيه لطفاء ويقظون. مساحات غرف النوم جيدة وملحق بها حمامات كبيرة. المستحضرات وأدوات النظافة الموجودة بالحمام كافية. المناظر التي تطل عليها الشرفة رائعة. متنزه أكوافينتشر (Aquaventure)، والحجرات المفقودة (Lost Chambers) في منتهى الروعة. منظر حديقة الأحياء البحرية بديع. يقع أقرب مركز تسوق (مركز الإمارات التجاري) على بعد 20 دقيقة بالسيارة الأجرة، بينما يقع مركز دبي التجاري وبرج دبي على بعد 30 دقيقة بالسيارة الأجرة. يوفر الفندق خدمة التوصيل مجانًا، لكن توفير المقاعد يصعب ضمانه، حيث إنه توجد حافلة واحدة فقط تغادر كل فترة محددة. بينما تتاح العديد من سيارات الأجرة في أي وقت. سأوصي بشدة بالإقامة في هذا الفندق، وأتوق للرجوع إليه في المستقبل.

لقد أقمنا في فندق أطلنطيس أيامًا قليلة فحسب في شهر يوليو من هذا العام، وتمنينا لو استطعنا قضاء فترة أطول! يبدو الفندق جديدًا تمامًا وبراقًا، كما يقدم العديد من الخدمات للكبار والأطفال على حد سواء - وإذا كنت أحد النزلاء فسوف تستمتع بعرض توفير مدهش - حيث ستتمكن من الدخول مجانًا إلى المتنزه المائي أكوافينتشر (Aquaventure) وحديقة الأحياء المائية في الحجرات المفقودة (Lost Chambers) ذات المواضيع المختلفة والتي تضم آلاف الأسماك والمخلوقات البحرية الأخرى! الخدمة لا تشوبها شائبة. لقد سررنا بانتقالنا إلى طابق أعلى يتمتع بإطلالة رائعة على جزر النخيل وميناء دبي. المطاعم باهظة إلى حد ما، لكنها تتمتع بأعلى مستوى للجودة العشاء بأسلوب راق لذا يجب التعامل مع هذا الأمر على أنه تجربة. أكلنا في المطعم اللبناني لافانتين، واستمتعنا حقًا بعرض الرقص الشرقي الرائع، بالإضافة بالطبع على استمتاعنا بالطعام. لا يوجد حقًا ما يعيب المكان إلا ربما الأسعار وأرضية الحمام التي كان من الممكن تنظيفها بشكل أفضل قبل وصولنا. والمستحضرات وأدوات النظافة المتوفرة بالحمام كانت بالفعل خيالية!

كان الفندق رائعًا. وكان الطعام عبقريًا. والمتنزه المائي كان ممتازًا. المشكلة الوحيدة التي عانينا منها كانت تتعلق بالخدمة. فعندما طلبنا تناول الطعام في الغرفة، لاحظنا أنهم رفعوا سعر الطبق. ولكن عامل خدمة الغرف قال أن هذا السعر كان وفقًا للقائمة القديمة، ولذا فعلينا الدفع وفقًا للسعر الجديد. ولكنني لم أوافقه الرأي وجعلته يشاهد السعر الذي رأيناه في القائمة عندما طلبنا الطعام، ولذا فقد شطبت في الفاتورة على السعر الجديد وكتبت السعر الصحيح، ثم أعطيته الفاتورة. لقد فزعت عندما تلقيت مكالمة من مديرهم ليطالبني بدفع 4 جنيه إسترليني، لأن سعر القائمة كان قديمًا. وعندما سألتهم عن عمر هذه القائمة، عرفت أنه لا يزيد عن شهرين، لكن نتيجة لعدد الغرف الذي يصل إلى 1500 غرفة لم يتمكنوا من تغيير هذه القائمة المعنية. و ربما يكون ذلك نتيجة للكساد الاقتصادي وغيره من الظروف الأخرى، لكن لماذا لم يشطبوا حتى على السعر القديم أو يضعوا ملصقًا عليه بالسعر الجديد أو يلجأوا إلى غير ذلك من الحلول؟ من يدري؟ كنت سأقيم خدمة الفندق بمستوى 5 نجوم، لكنني قيمتها بثلاث نجوم فحسب بسبب تلقي مكالمتين هاتفيتين لمطالبتي بفارق السعر وهو 4 جنيهات إسترلينية وذلك بسبب خطأهم/كسلهم أو أي كان السبب. وباستثناء ذلك كان المكان ممتازًا، وبالتأكيد أود معاودة الإقامة فيه!

أفضل فندق للتمتع بإقامة ممتازة لمدة أسبوع، لكن إذا طالت الإقامة عن ذلك فقد تكون مملة. لكن بالنسبة لنا كانت جيدة جدًا.

هذا الفندق يعج بالحيوية ويستحق الأموال التي يمكن أن تنفقها فيه (في الصيف عندما يتم تخفيض الأسعار). هذا الفندق أفضل بكثير من أي فندق سبقت لي الإقامة فيه. إنه فندق جميل، ويشتمل على أماكن ممتازة يمكنك أن تتناول فيها الطعام بالإضافة إلى المتنزه المائي. إنه جميل للغاية.

Fantastic family break with child. Waterpark superb. Look out for restaurant vouchers in voucher book Dubai Entertainer Fine Dinning to save on eating at top restaurants.

Cant say enough about staff who from door men to room cleaners were amazing. This place oozes luxury and for a large building doesnt feel impersonal at all. The beach and pools are great and the water park is amazing. Us two forty somethings spent a great day there being teenagers! Food is great, particulalry the steak house and Italian. Prices are premium but that is expected. The only fault that we had was broadband was charged for which was annoying and it was slow at times.

We booked to stay at Atlantis as a luxury end to our Easter vacation to Australia. We used the fabulous chauffeur service from Dubai airport and travelled in style, cool, and comfort for the 30 minute (or so) transfer onto Palm island. The chauffeur was very friendly and full of local information and showed us all the points of interest on the way. On arrival at the hotel we were blown away by the grandness and size of the hotel. Check in was very straight forward and we were shown to our room - our luggage was taken by the bell boy! A quick change a we headed straight for the Royal pool which was beautiful and extremely safe for the children. An array of lifeguards were on duty anyway. The following 2 days we made use of our pass into aqua adventure which was amazing, and again very safe - with lifeguards every 10m along the rides we had no worries. Our stay was not long enough to try out all 17 restaurants but we were more than happy with the Kaleidscope restaurant which catered for all tastes. Our family room was a superb size and had all the little touches you would expect from a 5 star hotel. One plus was the endless supplies of bottled water! Our stay came to an end all to quickly, and although it was not a "cheap" stay it was definitely a very luxurious end to our travels. We have already promised to take the kids back when they reach the height restrictions for the adult rides!! The hotel definitely lives up to its strap line 'the 8th wonder of the world'.

Once you get there you do not want to leave. There is so much to do and see at the hotel. The malls etc are a bit further out so you need to go by taxis everywhere.

we were in three 5 stars hotels. bab al sham, atlantis the palm and min a salam. this one was very croweded and many helicopters flying around.queing for check in. but for the family absolutely worth to be there.

I have booked one night stay at The Atlantis Palm. The hotel is excellent with superb facilities. Staff is very helpful.

For the chill out break this is the place, so many restaurants/bars to relax in, lovely beach area and if you want a bit of excitement then that is not a problem as it has it's own nightclub and bars within the whole complex for your entertainment. Probably not for the budget minded person (unless you have a big budget)!!

This is a resort destination and it is not intended to be a quiet place to vacation. You come here to have fun; if you are not interested in fun than it is best find another type of hotel. The food was excellent. The beds in the room were outstanding! Very comfortable. I had been here before and that time I was a little awed by everything. This time I was a little less awed and probably had a more critical eye. Just know what you are getting into and you will certainly have a great time.

Everyting is nice, but the Water Park which close at 6pm everyday. So early, and no staff told us when we got in at 5:45pm.

Wonderful stay by all means..... can't wait to go there again.

Hotel is amazing. wiew from the room is very nice and relaxing. If you go to dubai you should stay there.

Don't get me wrong, this place was nice.. I I wouldn't say it was AMAZING.. The prices were outrageous.. For no reason. 39$ for a can of spray sunscreen. $125 dollars average lunch cost(no drinks) 300 Dollars average dinner cost. 12$ beers $25 dollar cocktails. I liked the place but that doesn't mean I like playing 32$ for a plate of enchiladas. The food and drinks weren't even great. Maybe i can pay 32 bucks for enchiladas if they were the best i ever had, but the food was decent at best. Just saying, atlantis is way way way over priced and you deff do not "get" what you're paying for. Would not stay there again, even if I won the lottery.

A fantastic place except for the rocket high prices at their restaurants. There are no other or eating places in the area that means you have no other options . 20 US for a bowl of spagetti and 10 for a glass of beer was the cheapest we found. Nice place but if I come back it will be to the Jumeirah beach hotel.

Place was awesome. Took the wife there for our 30th anniversary. Will visit again for sure.

Travelled a lot of places and found Atlantis to be one of the best. A must stay when you go to Dubai. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Thank you for an awesome stay :)

For the view, all the hotel in the same area may be the same and the room is like other 5 stars hotel, if you go Aquaventure and Lost Chamber, it would be fine as the hotel fee included both tickets. If no, you can choose other hotel in the same area because it become expensive. If you just want to have a look of lost chamber, it is AED100 only.

I was looking forward to staying in the Atlantis for the first time. When I got there I felt totally cheated. I felt that the hotel had the atmosphere of a Zoo for people. Too many people walking around taking photos and looking lost. I started to wonder if the people were watching fish or the fish were watching the people. The reviews on this hotel are so positive that it concerns me if they are real. 1/10

It's a very nice place to stay, nice room, nice view, nice staff...You won't have a bad view in the room because the hotel is in the end of the Palm...The staff are nice even the hotel was fully occupy. Very nice place also for children...don't miss the buffet and the water splash for you kids.

Very expensive and service around the hotel was not what you pay for. Facilities were great no need to leave the resort. Children friendly environment but general height rule on water slides was OTT should be putting restrictions on rides that pose a danger only.

I stayed in the imperial club room and it is a enjoyable stay at that hotel . it is a very good service , you can't expect more than that .

Atlantis the Palm is beautiful, there is no question there, but the bang is not worth the buck in my opinion. Internet was another hefty fee each night, the room was just okay, and the food was alright at best. Breakfast at the Kaleidoscope was a buffet featuring the standard fair, prepaired adequately. The dining area was crowded and loud, despite being there on a week day. If your morning breakfast plans include scores of screaming toddlers, you're in luck! Had dinner at the Rostang, and while the food was decent, there are much better meals to be had in Dubai for the price. It was the most dissapointed part of the trip. All that being said, having the water park and aquarium to play in was an amazing convenience, and both are included in the standard room rate. Aesthetically everything was well designed and immaculately clean. The pool is enormoud, and the outside bars offer some very nice drink specials.

The atlantis is situated at the end of the palm Jumeirah, so in a way is a little isolated. Having said that, the hotel creates a magical world of its own, beautiful ID, well equipped rooms, 2 double beds ideal for a family of 4.The water park is excellent, if a little cold for small children in the winter months. The food at the restaurants was exceptional, many of which did not have the dreaded buffet. Beach is a slight let down and i would advise stocking up on a few snacks before you get there, especially if you have children

Aquaventure is a really fun waterpark and we enjoyed the rides. However, if you only care for beach / pool and don't have a heart for waterparks, then there are much more reasonably priced hotels else where.

excellent place to stay, can be said the best place in Dubai, good and helping staff, very good atmosphere for family, no need to go anywhere else excellent property.

We enjoyed a fantastic 3 night stay here. There was lots to keep us occupied-enough for 5 days I would say without feeling the need to venture off the Palm-which would take approx 20 min to near Dubai attractions. We got a local taxi from airport-much cheaper than Atlantis limo. We spent most of our time in the waterark and pool with our 3 year old. We did put him in the Kids Club for 90min(you get a free 4 hr session) so we could enjoy adult time in the waterpk (there are approx 6 rides unsuitable for tots) which we relished but he did not!! He much preferred the water to being inside! I also enjoyed swimming with the dolphins but thought it was a bit pricy for spectators.Think you should be allowed one for free. This certainly is not a budget holiday -drinks and food are very expensive at the resort but we enjoyed all the hotel had to offer and would rtn.

We stayed for 3 nights with our 3 yr old.Wish we had had longer -none of us wanted to leave.The pools and waterpark are great.-although I am not sure I would have wanted to pay the (approx) £35 each had I not been a guest. Food and drinks are particularly expensive- (e.g £4 for a coke, £10 for burger and chips, min £20 for main course in one of the cheaper restaurants) so we will try to get a B&B deal next time...cos I hope there is a next time!

I booked in this hotel two times , i was so pleased at the first time but at the second a lot of things have changed , starting with the breakfast where the took fees on it while at the first time it was complimentary , and we had to call 4 times to get our luggage to our rooms , if i start talking about the rooms i will not finish !! they knew we booked 4 rooms and we have children but at the time of checking in they gave us 3 rooms and the fourth was still being cleaned !! and we CHECKED IN at 5 pm !! how come if we checked in at 2pm ? at the end the rooms were far from each other !!

Ok so this is an amazing hotel that in itself is a tourist attraction. With that in mind it was hugely crowded, it too about 20minutes to check in because of the lines of people and about the same to get out or check out......... the line for the breakfast buffett was 30 minutes. and nothing was easy to move around in because of the crowds and of course some of the folks there think they are superior to the rest of the world and thy just cut into the lines. Beautiful hotel but way too crowded.

We came as a group of five colleagues for a work trip to Dubai, and The Atlantis at the Palm was a fantastic hotel. I have stayed at several hotels in Dubai, and I will without a doubt come back to The Atlantis. The staff were outstanding, addressing you by your name and always with a big smile on their faces. The only drawback was the beds, as they were too hard.

Majestic setting, good waterpark and rides with swimming attendants every 20 meters, ensuring safety. Superb aquarium

The Atlantis Dubai is a relatively new hotel, and is much nicer than the Atlantis Bahamas. I was a little skeptical because the one in the Bahamas was really old and dirty. However, the one in Dubai was beautiful. The waterpark was a lot of fun, nice bars, great nightlife, and great restaurants such as nobu. Highly recommended!!

What a fantastic hotel, stayed for four nights with our 2 year old and could not ask for more. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the service was 5 star. The rooms were spacious and well cleaned. We plan to return next year.

If you're going to read any review on this hotel I hope you read this one and I hope it helps. I was slightly put off by some things people said in numerous reviews on various sites, actually to the point where a few weeks before, I considered cancelling and booking a different hotel, however friends and colleagues who had been before assured me that my partner and I would not be disappointed. I guess different things are important to different people when they go on their holiday, and some may just expect red carpet treatment in a hotel such as this, most likely because it's not a cheap and cheerful option. That's all fair enough, everyone should give their honest opinion in a review, but hopefully when people read them they can read between the lines or at least relate for themselves what is important to them on their holiday, and if you're anything like us, then you would love the Atlantis. I'm not going to mention every detail, that would spoil the fun and excitement of what you can expect when you are there, that's all part of the adventure, and that's really what this place was, an enjoyable adventure. We'd been to Dubai once before a few years ago, actually when the Atlantis Hotel was nothing more than a hollow shell during early construction. We said then we would stay there some day and glad we have now. On the drive across the Palm it feels a bit enclosed with all the hotels and apartments so not as scenic as I thought, but then it opens up and you are greeted by the wonderful site of the Atlantis. The place is enormous. All went smoothly on arrival, everyone extremely pleasant. Was an hour earlier than stated check-in but no problem at all. Was a lot of people queuing there but it took no time at all. Deluxe room was perfect, everything clean and tidy. We asked for a specific view and got exactly what we wanted.
