just 2 comments so next travelers are aware of these. 1. the so called buffet breakfast is just a poor ,regular continental breakfast which you can find anywhere. the so call eggs are disgusting.( plastic eggs) 2.the pictures of the rooms that look like suites are not so,few rooms in the hotel are suites,the rest are regular rooms with 2 double beds the rest i can say its an excellent hotel in every aspect

Woould not stay again. Not my type of Hotel and did not like the area and location where the hotel was situated.

Very nice hotel, close to stores and restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Only issue was with the television which reception was very poor, could not see the pictures clearly and some channels did not come in at all. All in all our stay was pleasant at this hotel. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We reserved two rooms side by side, we wound up getting rooms on different floors. We were on the top floor, we could hear three kids next door every time they got up, moved, or did anything. Zero sleep. They removed bushel basket of beer bottles from the room down the hall from us, they let a wild party go on all night. Our friends had money stolen from their room. We were there for the South Carolina Bowl game on Jan 2. Management was not truthful with us about transportation. We went through three t v reomtes, each time getting a new one and none of them worked. We have stayed at many Holiday Inns, but DEFINETELY would not stay here ever again nor would not recommend. Too noisy, too expensive for the service and lied to by management! I intend to report this to higher ups with Holiday Inn and maybe even state officials in Florida!

This hotel was VERY CLEAN, and newly renovated, the staff were all super friendly, and very attentive. The free breakfast was great, not like others with a simple continental breakfast, and the free wi-fi was a neccessity. There was even a personal Chauffeur service recommended AND set up by the hotel - Morris Transportaion. His cars were clean, and he was respectful, took us to and from our destinations - Universal etc, at a reasonable price. Close to other restaurants, and in a very safe neighbourhood. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice place to stay for Champs bowl or Capital One bowl. To far to walk to stadium but, parking with shuttle bus to stadium is 4miles at fairgrounds. Lots to shop & eating places all within 5miles. Easy drive to Disney.

Stayed at this Holiday Inn express for a bowl game. Was just a few minutes from the Citrus Bowl and Universal Studios. Overall, just a great time! Oh, the continental breakfast was terrific too!

Stayed here 2 nights to go to the Champs Bowl the watch Florida State Seminoles beat Notre Dame 18-14, had a great time location was great a lot of restaurants nearby, and close to the interstate. Go Noles

This hotel was clean, the room was well-kept, and the location was great. It was five minutes from the turnpike. We went to see a show at The Social in downtown, and drove their ourselves...probably took 10 minutes, and it was a straight shot. I would recommened this hotel to anyone doing anything in downtown Orlando.

The room is clean, quiet and the beds are confy.

the hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast was varied, good, and well presented. While we were there we had a medical emergency and the staff was very helpful in all ways possible.

As always, the hotel and service were superb! Very clean, organized and comfortable.

Everything was nice and clean in this hotel. The only thng I would suggest is to mount the tv on the wall because its too low for the height of the bed. Other than that...evrythng was great.

Cleanest! Location of the surroundings areas of restaurants, gas stations & stores and not far from East West Express Way!

This was a wonderful hotel in a great location. I was only minutes away from area attractions. It was also located close to area shopping, convience stores and dining. The staff were very friendly and willing to assist. I also enjoyed the hot breakfast that was served each morning saved us alot of money on meals. The rooms were clean and nice, would recommend this hotel to anyone, will defiantly book this hotel next time we are in Orlando.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. It is definitely worth mentioning that the price included a hot breakfast buffet. The location is good...there are plenty of restaurant around and fairly close to attractions.

My husband and I went on a weekend getaway to the Orlando area, and planned to go to Universal Studios. This hotel was really nice, and close to everything. It was near a restraunt called Logan's Roadhouse. The food they served there was really good. If we go back to Orlando again we'd definitely stay there.

Bathroom and Room were filthy. Coffee pot smelled as though it hadn't been cleaned since they opened. Room was dirty, chairs were pee stained. Pretty disgusting. Luckily we were only there one night until our room at our other hotel by Disney for 9 nights was ready. This hotel could be nice if housekeeping actually kept house!!! Would never consider staying there again.

We really enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn Express. The room was very clean and smelled good. The decor of the hotel was modern and with nice colors. The free breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. From Springhill Florida.

This hotel was great for the price! It was convenient to all the places we wanted to go while in Orlando (Kennedy Space Center, Universal Studios, Downtown). Has plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The room and hotel seemed very clean and well-kept. Breakfast was decent and they even kept food out for a few minutes past the end time. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed here for a week and can't find anything to complain about!

I am very pleased with the HIE brand - it is very consistent with great bedding, great pillows, great shower, great breakfast...great experience! This hotel, near Orlando, was very comfortable and an excellent value. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

When we arrived there was a leak from the AC in our room. The floors were soaked from the window over to the bed. We called the front desk and were told we would be moved to another room. When the receptionist came to our room, she said that they were sold out and could we stay in that room. We said no, we want a room with a dry floor. She was clearly upset by this because she would have to clean the room. We were shocked that they were gonna try to give the room to someone else with a wet floor that night, since it was already 9 pm. When we got to our new room, everything looked ok until we learned the TV was broken. We decided it was late anyway and to go on to bed only to find that both lamps in the room were not working. When we informed the receptionist of our problems in the morning, she just looked at us and smiled and said, well, we hope you'll give us another try. She asked when we would be returning and we both agreed, NEVER! The breakfast was very good, but the service and quality of the room stunk!

We had a short stay overnight, arriving late and leaving early but this was the best bed of the three hotels we stayed at on our trip. The location was a little out of the way and I wish it had been closer to my destination but it was a very nice place and the price was reasonable. I'd definitely stay there again.

This is probably the best Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in. It was new, very clean and the staff was great! The hotel was at full capacity for the Champs Bowl so it was a little difficult getting breakfast on Wednesday morning. I think the lady could have used some help. She could not keep up with the crowd. There was only one negative thing we experienced. The hotel was offering a shuttle to and from the Champs Bowl, 5 miles away but it was 25.00 a person. There were 4 of us, so that would have been $100.00. They told us the parking at the game was 65.00. We ended up calling a taxi and it was only 20.00 each way. We also found out parking at the game was no more than 30.00. I think they took advantage of the guests. They should have supplied more reasonable transportation to the game and not have taken advantage of us. I want to report this to Holiday Inn.

This was a great hotel and great for the price. Just a few cons were: drapes were torn from gluides, so they were a bit of a problem, light was out in bathroom, exhaust fan in bath was horribly dirty and made the fan not work well when showering. Also, they did not have orange juice in the morning all three mornings we stayed. A bit surprising since we were in FLORIDA, afterall. Otherwise, a nice, clean place with a friendly staff. I would stay again and recommend it to others.

We stayed only one night, but everything was excellent. Good location, very clean room, like new.

THIS IS A RELATIVELY NEW HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS, SO EVERYTHING WAS IN GREAT CONDITION. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THE REMOTE WAS NOT WORKING FOR THE TV. THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCEPTIONAL - SAUSAGE GRAVY AND BISCUITS, OMLETS, BACON AND ALL THE USUAL BREAKFAST ITEMS. THE ROOM WAS LARGE, COMFORTABLE, MODERN, CLEAN. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. GB

Staff was good, room was good, internet was good and breaakfast was good, and it was well worth the money.We will stay at that motel again.

Very nice hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast was good also, included cold and hot breakfast. Not far from anything but not downtown either. Would recommend to others.

Quartos confortáveis e com uma internet muito boa. Estacionamento amplo. O café da manhã tinha muita opções, agradando a todos os gostos. Apesar de ser um pouco mais afastado dos parques, é uma excelente opção para que estiver de carro em Orlando. O custo benefício do hotel compensa os 10 minutos a mais de deslocamento. Boa opção para famílias.

Vi var 2 familier som bodde på hotelet. Vi var meget tilfreds med hotellet totaltsett. Rommene er store, rene og hotellets tilstand og møblene er av nyere dato. Hotellet er å anbefalle.

Excentré, mais proche de voies de circulation fluides et menant aux principaux points d'intérêt. Petite piscine mais bien agréable en fin de journée. Alentours, nombreux établissements pour se restaurer. Personnel restreint mais dégourdi.

Godt mellemklasse hotel med god betjening. Ligger centtralt for besøg i Universal studies
