This was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it was obvious someone had recently smoked in the room. The hotel was too close to the freeway. There were men talking right outside my room late at night, and since I am a female traveling alone, there was nothing I could do about it. The carpet was damp near the bathroom. In the morning, when I was getting dressed to leave, I saw a roach. If I had seen it the night before I would have demanded a refund.

MOTEL IS ONLY ONE EXIT FROM TURLOCK PEDRETTI SPORTS PARK. MOTEL GREAT ,CLEAN ,CONVENIENT LOCATION.

For how much they charge you can't expect much. If you need an ok place to stay for cheap then this is your spot.

very impressed with the motel and their staff. the location was perfect for our trip to watch our granddaughter play in a college softball tournament. the motel was convenient to the freeway and quiet. the breakfast was perfect.

This was a sufficiently comfortable, clean, and affordable place to stay. No complaints.

the room was small but nice , clean , the price was very good . Having a resturant next door helped in the AM .Locatin was perfect for needs.

The hotel was inexpensive and big enough. It does allow dogs to stay there. The location is right by the freeway and trucks driving past loudly all night. Overall it was a clean place to stay for a night

There is no such thing as WIFI, it never worked at all. Front desk clerk said they can never get it to work. Close to freeway, so a bit noisy, but not enough to keep you awake unless you are a very light sleeper.

Greta for an over night stay, close to freeway so a little loud but all in all it was good.

Great place if you want a cheap decent room.

Good location, but room had a bad odor, carpet and furniture were dirty.. This place clearly needs to be updated and refreshed

If you're passing through, on a budget and just need a bed, it'll do. Old place, minimal upkeep. Staff was friendly. I stayed 2 nights while moving. Didn't seem to be a drug hang out. saw older couples, truckers etc. Lots of shopping about a mile up the road. everything you'll need. Not much that I saw within walking distance except a Waffle House.

If you are traveling to Modesto, this is the best value. Free continental breakfast, friendly staff, all at a very low price. I will stay here again!

GREAT STAFF

Comfortable beds and pillows, good water pressure, many TV channels, easy access to freeway, free limited breakfast (cereal, fruit, coffee, juice). Minuses were freeway noise, loud water pipes, shipping trucks at all hours at gas station next door; breakfast "6:30-9:30" ran out by 8 a.m., had no protein choices. (We went to restaurant next door for breakfast - the food was horrible.) A decent place to stay, for sound sleepers or with earplugs.

It was a very nice place to stay but when I got to my room look around the room behind the dresser where the tv is there was a lot of trash behind it towels and can tops, bottom tops. Upon checkimg out I mention to the clerk that the hotel was not cleaned behind the dresser they need to pay more attention to details.

Great deal, clean rooms, friendly staff....its not the Ritz but for a clean place to rest your head while your on a budget...this is your place

The gas station nearby attracts loud trucks at all hours, and the nearby freeway is noisy too. Perhaps worse are the loud water pipes, which woke us in the middle of the night. Otherwise, the rooms are nice, beds and pillows comfortable, plenty of cable channels including Showtime and Turner Classic Movies, easily accessible power outlets by bed and desk, great air conditioning/heater. Housekeeping was very good, but the carpets and easy chair in the room desperately needed steam cleaning. Towels were thin but adequate. We'd stay again, with ear plugs.

Medium-sized rooms, attractive décor, comfortable beds and pillows, electric plugs by bed and desk to charge cellphone/computer/etc., close to Highway 99 exit. 25" TV, about 50 channels including Showtime, TCM, Comedy Central. Bathtub/shower. Coffeemaker, blow dryer, refrigerator, microwave in room. Free breakfast 6-9 a.m. has breads, oatmeal, apples, bananas, orange juice, coffee. Waffle House next door is reasonably-priced. Minuses: No pool. Housekeeper forgot room, had to ask for service, but room was very clean and housekeeper did a good job. Noise from freeway and loud water pipe noise from nearby rooms. Motel provides one bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo; can get more at front desk.

The hotel room carpet turned your feet black. The breakfast bar had only a couple of apples for fruit Sunday morning. The barest breakfast bar I've seen.my room was left open after maid service, which I returned to my room hours later with the door open and my belongings inside. I reported this to the front desk. Overall horrible place to stay, over rated on the stars!

Overall the room was ok worth two exceptions, those being first a foreign substance on the chair and second being a huge stain on the carpet that looked like either a big water or blood stain in room 202. Had to wash the in room coffee pot.

We booked a non-smoking room. With a baby you need everything to be nice and especially clean. When we arrived the clerk told us it was a non-smoking and when we walked in you can smell the smoke and also you can see the cigarette burns on the blankets and chairs. Everything was dirty and I have pics to prove them. I had a headache after one hour and from there we decided to drive another 10 miles and get another hotel. This hotel is the worst ever and the customer service is really bad.I will never stay there ever again.

We stad here one night as a stop before continuing to our destination. There is not much to do in the town and the rooms are kind of noisy because the hotel is very close to the freeway. The overall surrounding is also quite noisy but for the price this hotel is ok for a one night stay.

The hotel was alot better then what I expected it to be, its not that fancy on the outside but was perfect for the reason I rented it for, will stay there again if needed. The small breakfast they offer in the morning was perfect. Overall I was pleased:)

I journeyed to Turlock to ref in a State Cup Tourney at the Turlock Soccer Complex. The Days Inn is approx. 1.5 miles from the site and fit my needs perfectly. The room was priced right, was clean and presentable, well equipped with cable, microwave, fridge, and coffee set up. Coupled with the in-room internet access and a well rounded continental breakfast (Hot/Cold cereals, muffins (English and deli), fruit, coffee, juices, I could not have asked for more. Service on check in and out was polite and considerate. I will stay there again when I participate in my next tourney.

It was the worst motel that I have stayed at in 25 years. It was dirty and furniture was broken

Good basic clean hotel.

Rooms are clean & cozy. Staff are friendly. Great visit.

Not very clean, beds were fairly comfortable, but old.

the room was fairly clean,great freeway access, but front desk clerk wouldn't let us check in early.....so we had to pay a full night even though my check in time was just a few hours later(with no pro-rate). room service didn't come by the second day.

Easy check-in and out. Great location. Friendly people and atmosphere. Clean enviroment.

the location is right next to the freeway so the noise is loud in the morning. There's no personnel to serve/attend the front destk while check out and the breakfast.

The right choise to spend a night in your way. Clean and comfortable. Good location , near the high way.

The first room we got was unbelievably dirty,smelled like smoke in non smoking room. Dirty chairs n no table..wow it was terrible. We went ask 2 ask for another room. only available room was smoking room,smelled really bad. had 2 air out, it was terrible room too,but very slightly better than the last one. Never going back
