Hotel Banke - باريس

The hotel was great. Trendy, boutique hotel within a block of main shopping area. Great staff. My single room was very quite small and the window opened up to the inner courtyard which was completely enclosed in glass so I had almost no ventilation in the room. The closed was built into the shelf and wasn't long enough to hang a garment bag. The central air didn't seem to work. You should ask for a room facing the outside, although I suspect the larger rooms would have more space. Hotel only gave 1 large towel each day unless you asked for more. Apart from that, great hotel and I recommend it.

Pay the little bit extra to get the next size up room. I have stayed in both and the second cheapest room is worth the extra money. I just wished you could open those beautiful large French windows! Staff is nice and you never hear your neighbors.

Great hotel but the room was way too warm and wouldn't cool down. The bartenders could use some training as well.

Plus points are very good, free internet service in the room and hotel lobby. Also very funky toilets behind the lobby with snakeskin designs for basins and toilets. Very cool! Its all good, but the rooms are typically small (as with all Paris hotels), and drinks at the bar extortionately expensive. The sound of the trains also carries up through the upper floors of the hotel, if you're a light sleeper.

Very happy with my one-week stay at this hotel. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful I have encountered in many a year. Everything worked well. I now know where I will stay every time I return to Paris.

Air conditioning in my room did not work. It was really hot the time I was there. Other than that, it is a good hotel.

My wife and I spent 4 days in Paris for our 20th Wedding anniversary and stayed at the Banke Hotel. It was tremendous! The staff were very helpful, the room immaculate and the location was fantastic( especially for my Wife as she loves shopping at Lafettes store). the local restaurants are great too. Check our Petit Nicks, a really good 5 star restaurant. All in all, great value for money and a very memorable trip to PAris. Going back in October and staying at the Banke again....

The service was excellent. The rooms a bit small but very well appointed and maintained. Greater variety of tv would be nice but overall an excellent hotel.

I'm sure other reviewers will mention how there are several convenient metro stops nearby, as well as bus stops and a train station that will take you to Versailles; I'm sure they'll mention how the hotel smells of incense every time you walk in, or that it is incredibly well-maintained. Yes, everything about it is expensive, but it's fantastic quality. We loved our stay for our Honeymoon in the Executive room. We had a toilet room and a shower room, as well as a bedroom. There wasn't quite a lot of storage for both my husband and myself, but we loved the decor and the amenities. The breakfast buffet is 28 E and about 34 E for room service breakfast, but if you aren't willing to pay that (we didn't) there are several stops down Rue La Fayette that are affordable (we liked Chez Jean). The customer service is outstanding - I complained that our drain was clogged, they immediately fixed it. Our room was made up and tidied with new towels every day, and our pillows at least (maybe our sheets) were changed daily. We also had bath robes, slippers, chocolates on our bed each night with our turn down service and a couple of times a forecast sheet for the next day. There's a sauna, some fitness machines (mostly cardio) and I've heard the restaurant is fantastic! We loved Hotel Banke Paris! PS - the internet is free (thought not always strong in the rooms) and there's a Mac downstairs with internet for any other things you may need to look up, and no little kids hogging it and playing on it when you need to do important business!

Rooms so very small you need to go out into the hall to change your mind......heavy incense permeate the lobby. This is a dark hotel that is attempting to have the panache of a W hotel, but just does not make the grade anywhere. Attempting to be HIP, but comes off just cheap. Staff do not extend themselves, and if you are a single woman, you can wait forever at the desk until all the males have been taken care of. STAY AWAY!!!! They have decals of furniture painted on the individual hotel room walls - like a painted picture of a dresser or nightstand, but no furniture. That is because there is NO ROOM for the furniture. Carpets on some of the floors worn and sad. Photos on the website paint a different picture than reality.

Hotel was very nice, staff was very friendly and spoke English well. The room was good (size layout, etc), but the carpet was really in poor condition. The closet space was a bit small also. Other than that, everything was great. The staff was very helpful with directions, recommendations, etc. They were very professional and spoke English well. The location was near the Opera, and very close to RER and Metro stations. I have no complaints, other than the carpeting in my room.

Although the standard room is quite small, it is comfortable. The location is great for the Metro and access to Galleries LaFayette. The hotel management was great when i stumbled across an unexpected step in the hotel and landed on my knee. They provided an ice pack for my knee and a complimentary dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Very swanky hotel with gorgeous lobby & hip rooms. Lively bar. Friendly & helpful staff, who made us dinner reservations. Very easy to find, which isn't always the case in Paris. Only snafu was when I called down to ask for an extra blanket I was told the room was locked for the night so I couldn't get one. They did bring a very nice duvet the next day.

We were nervous about going to Paris not knowing any french, but the hotel staff was very accommodating and guided us to where we wanted to go, getting taxis, and making dinner reservations at excellent restaurants.

My newlywed wife and I visited Paris and decided to stay at a nearby prestigious hotel. Even though the other hotel was nice, there were some set backs. We spent the remaining of time in south of France, but decided to stay one night back in Paris before departing home. We decided to stay in Banke Hotel, which we quickly realized that we should have stayed there the entire time in Paris. Banke offered a wonderful design of modern, contemporary and pizazz at the same time. Very friendly staff with a warm feeling.

初めて利用しました。 いつもオペラ界隈のホテルを利用しますが、高いホテルが多い中、リーズナブルな価格で立地は最高です。 ギャラリーラファイエットから徒歩5分くらいで、メトロも近く、とても便利です。 元銀行をリノベーションした建物で雰囲気があり、モダンな内装も素敵な感じです。 フロントやスタッフも対応が良かったです。 シングルユースを使用。部屋は清潔できれいですが、やはり狭いです。ですが、バスタブは女性なら足を伸ばせる広さはありますし、トイレが別なのも良いです。 ただ、部屋に椅子がないのにはちょっと驚きました。いわゆるデスクが無いのです(ベッドサイドの小さなテーブルと棚台に物は置けますが…)。なので、パソコンはベッドの上で打っていました(笑)。普通のホテルだと椅子を入れるスペースに冷蔵庫があるので、たぶん置けないのでしょう。 あと、部屋に頻繁に掃除にくるのはちょっと煩い感じでした。 しかも、Don't Disturbの札を出していても、ノックして部屋の掃除とは別にグラスやタオルの交換に来ます。流石に文句を言いましたが、これは変だなと思いました。 それ以外は快適で、立地の良さと値段を考えると、また利用したいなと思えるホテルでした。

乗っている間に故障してしまって恐怖を味わいました。すぐに開きましたが。。。。

４泊５日滞在しましたが、４夜のレストラン全てコンシェルジュの勧めるレストランを予約してもらい、それぞれ個性の違うお料理を楽しむ事が出来大満足でした。観光に関するアドヴァイスも的確で助かりました。どのスタッフも英語が堪能で非常にsupportive.フランス語が出来なくても問題なく過ごせました。ただ部屋がやや狭いのと乾燥し過ぎなところが難。全体としてはスタッフの親切さが印象的で非常に満足しました。

L'hôtel Banke est idéalement placé, à quelques mètres de l'Opéra Garnier. La décoration est superbe, le personnel très professionnel, les chambres confortables bien que légèrement trop petites. Tout est proche de la perfection

Mukava, siisti ja hyvällä sijainnilla varusteltu hotelli. Henkilökunta mukavaa ja palvelualtista. Huone siisti kompakti. Lähellä kivoja ruokapaikkoja. Hotellin sijainti hyvä shoppailua ja kulttuuria ajatellen, kävelymatka Champs Elyseelle.

Surprisingly quiet design hotel with unusual rooms, very relaxing atmosphere, and close by everywhere you would want to get to during a weekend in Paris. We did not stay for breakfast because of the ridiculous price but found a wonderful bistro at 100 metres instead.

Habitación y armario estricto de tamaño, integrada con cuarto de baño por mampara de cristal, falta de intimidad en caso de uso doble, con luz exterior permanente de día y de noche. Por entrar a las 13h en vez de a las 14h cobran extra 30€

This hotel has a very convenient location in Paris. A few minute-walking distance from the underground stations, the Opera, the Galeries Lafayette, cinemas and restaurants. But I must say I expected more for an Executive bedroom: Maybe bigger and especially a better view (I had called the reception a few days before my arrival to ask a room with a nice view and the lady said:"OK it's done") and when I arrived I had a very nice view on the building right in front of me... Was more simple to say no from the beggining... I have not tried the breakfast: 28 EUR that's too much, even if the ham comes directly from Spain (I'm sure it's really good...but it's really too expensive). Globally good service in the hotel even if the second lift was out of order nearly during all the week and my heating didn't work. Special good point: in this hotel they respect your ecological wish: when you leave your shower towel hanging they don't change it, and I really appreciate it. The same for the bed sheets.

部屋は広いとは言えませんが、清潔面では言うことなしです！ただ部屋の照明が暗すぎでした・・・。ホテル近くに珍しくコンビニ的なものがあってすごく便利でした。

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Mit Metro, Bus und allenfalls Zug ist man gut bedient. Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Hotelservice und Qualität aller Dienstleistungen ist hervorragend. Das Zimmer war gut und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Etwas weniger Freude machte das Frühstück, dass schlicht zu teuer ist für das, was geboten wird. Parkieren ist in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels mindestens tagsüber recht schwer.

Great balance between price and confort. Outstanding localization near everything, new and cosy, even a little bit small, rooms.
