A very nice stay. A bit over priced for a standard motel room. Standard "breakfast". Still friendly abd cordial, clean, and ammenities were needed. Thanks

Very clean pet friendly motel with a GREAT breakfast ! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Comfortable bed. Minimal noise level from outside the motel. The only negative was the room heater/air conditioner was not easy to figure out and kept going on and off repeatedly through the night. I was told by the desk staff the next morning that this occurred to prevent the unit from freezing (outside temperature was 25 degrees). Grace, the night desk person, was very nice and helpful.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was well appointed with some extra little touches you would find in a much more expensive hotel. I didn't have the opportunity to use the pool, however, the breakfast buffet was excellent offering a wide variety of choices. Well done Sleep Inn Redmond!

The room was great. The bed was very comfy. Shadow (night clerk) was very helpful.

I liked my stay, breakfast was more than continental. Very nice amenities.

the rooms were clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet for a Sleep inn. the breakfast is excellent but I would say to ditch the biscuit and gravy ( yuk) and replace it with scrambled eggs. we were there for 3 days and never saw anybody eat any of that stuff. for the price, we got an excellent value. I would love to see HD on the televisions one of these days since they all have flat panel tv's in the rooms.

Clean rooms, good rates. The location is fairly central for an Eastern Oregon Trip.

Overall Motel was clean and check in and out was easy.....But the noise level was just too high there for resting or sleeping. There were just too many dogs and kids; the doors on the motel have a very loud latching noise when opened and closed and foot traffic on upper floors can be heard --- the rooms aren't insulated enough to keep the noises from being heard. We have dogs and a child so we understand both make some noise -- but, we won't be staying there again just based on the overall noise level in the motel.

This is a good hotel and I recommend it to anyone staying in Redmond.

We traveled with a small dog and they were prepared with dog treats and bedding ! very welcoming & clean Good resturant next door

I had a very comfortable stay but what impressed me the most was that I had forgotten my camera battery charger in the room. I gave them a call a day after I had left and they recovered it and mailed it to me. They were very prompt and it was in the mail by the next day. I will stay there again if I have a need!

We stayed here while skiing at Hoodoo- it was the closest hotel we could find that had rooms available and an indoor pool. The hotel felt "brand new"- we didn't ask how old it was, but it was very clean with minimal "wear and tear". The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was small, but fine for our two kids ages 5 and 9; it was a salt water pool which was a treat. Breakfast was a nice spread with many options including a waffle maker. There is a restaurant across the parking lot which had decent and reasonably priced food for lunch the next day. A good experience all around.

We had a nice stay. It was confortable, quiet and and conveniently located to local stores, etc. Awesome continential breakfast and friendly staff.

Ok motel, nice people at front desk. Small pool, skimpy breakfast and way too much noise .. won't stay there again

The hotel appears to be brand new. It is well located north of town, is very quiet, nice room, and excellent bed. The complimentary breakfast is average.

Great newer hotel for a great value. Hotel was very clean and new. We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Only suggestion would be to have a little softer beds. Thanks!

Very comfortable, clean and modern.

Friendly and courteous staff, convenient location, very clean and comfortable rooms. I would recommend this to anyone planning a visit to Central Oregon.

It was exactly what I expected. Rooms were clean. bed was comfy. Nice little fridge for our beverages. waffles in the morning. etc... The only thing that irritated the living crap out of me is the fact that every time i left the room my key wouldnt work! And at 12 at night the last thing I wanted to do was go all the way down to the front desk and all the way back to my room just to open a door. If they wouldve given me like 8 keys(1 for each day) it might have been fine. Still not a bad place to stay though. Oh Yeah! the restaurant acroos the parking lot was amazing! I didnt think that being in the hotel parking lot and across from WalMart it would be any good... but if you stay there, you have to try it!

The room was very nice, once we were able to get inside! (I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, since maybe the staff was new and unfamiliar with the routine.) We had to return to the front desk to get our room keys activated. The location was OK, not too far from any of the local attractions, but convenient for us, visiting family in a nearby town.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The shower was great! The breakfast was delicious. The waffles were fresh and big! There was fresh fruit and a large choice of pastries. The dining room was very clean and well attended. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Very nice and clean room. Loved the walkin shower. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We would stay at this hotel again.
