Overall, very enjoyable. Although I didn't book a handicap room I guess my limp gave me away and we got one any way. I want that bathroom! We usually stay at the Hampton, but it was booked up. I may have changed my mind about future bookings. Didn't use the kitchenette except the refrigerator. Great for that late night drink of something. The breakfast regretfully was OK only. The waffle maker was down. But the great night's sleep offset that.

The Staybridge Suites Austin NW - possibly the most comfortable & quiet room that I have ever experienced in a hotel. The fitness room was perfect for my needs. I felt safe & comfortable while my husband was in meetings. The bed could not have been more comfortable. The staff was always friendly & helpful and the breakfast was great - a real treat. I would recommend this hotel at every opportunity.

We normally stay at the Arboretum Staybridge, but this location saved us $30 a night. Room was very clean, with bunny shaped towel on the bed. The breakfast had good points and bad. I had my mouth set for oatmeal, but when I opened the pot it looked like oatmeal soup. I instead made myself a Texas shaped waffle, which I topped with blueberries I found in the fruit section and walnuts. Delicious! Coffee was very weak, which I noted to the front desk. The clerk said they had a new person who only used one filter pack instead of two, and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. I will definitely stay here again.

It was very affordable and super clean. It wasn't like other hotels around the area, aging and musky...eeewww!

The Staybridge Suites in Austin was a pleasant surprise and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was not a warmed over piece of bread and powdered coffee it was a full, fresh breakfast. The people were nice and we thank them for a good time.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. The hotel was overbooked on the first night and we did not get the accommodations we were expecting. On the second night we were accommodated very nicely because of the prior error. Overall we were very satisfied.

Very nice place, clean and affordable. No complaints

The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel with very clean, comfortable room. Visited downtown Austin during my stay and had no problems finding Mopac, Loop 1. Nice, friendly people at the front desk. I will stay at this hotel again.

Very clean room and facilities. Loved having a kitchenette, even though we never used the sink or stove. They even had complimentary coffee and microwave popcorn in the room. Didn't seem like they wanted to nickle/dime us like other hotels. Nice breakfast buffet too! Location is great and easy to access Austin from. Bed wasn't great, but it was ok for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is located right off 183, very easy to access. We were there to ride the train from Cedar Park. Hotel is within 10 minutes of this location. Its really easy to get anywhere in Austin from this hotel. Arrived from a visit to the Children's Museum in downtown, went to Trudy's on the Burnet Rd for dinner, also easy to access. Hotel was really clean and had everything you could wish. Nice pool (outdoor), all areas secured with door card access. Breakfast buffet was great! Omelets, sausage, selection of breads and pastries, cold and hot cereal, juices, milk, coffee, and the terrific Texas shaped waffles!

I will most surely be coming back to this place...

This Staybridge met all our needs: the staff was friendly and attentive; the breakfast buffet was adequate although there seemed to be a problem with keeping coffee, oatmeal and other food hot, which the attendant cheerfully took care of immediately; our room was clean, quiet and cool. We will stay here again.

I've stayed in another Staybridge in Austin previously and thought I would give this location a try. I was just as impressed. The front desk staff were courteous, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is NEW! The breakfast could have been a little better but I'm not faulting the hotel for this...it is free, after all. I will stay here again because, quite simply, I felt "at home."
