Based on the ratings and reviews, we were expecting to be at a very nice hotel and nice surrounding neighborhood. This wasn't the case at all. We actually didn't feel safe getting to the hotel at night. Also, we couldn't close the room curtains, and we had to sleep with the light from the apartment in front of our room all night long (plus we felt anybody outside could see through our room). There was also a lot of noise coming from the street. The wifi service was really weak... we had to be in the bathroom to be able to get email messages or browse the internet (though the wifi in the hotel lobby was good). In summary, it wasn't the hotel where we wanted to be...

Smiley, friendly staff that let us check-out an hour late, safe luggage storage, very central location. Modern, though a little run-down rooms and a fair size. Seriously attractive breakfast.

They should avoid people get in to breakfast room after time limit, but don't rush people already inside.

We stayed here twice in April 2013. The first time we had a large room at the front. The second stay we had a much smaller room, this could have been because we arrived very early a.m. and may have been the only room clean at the time, but it didn't spoil are stay. Breakfast had a big selection. No complaints. Good for the price.

Only Wired Internet in the rooms, Wireless in the lobby only and was a poor connection. Only seemed to work at the front desk.

Location was very good, near Florida, one of the main shopping districts. Also near a number of landmarks and a metro station is close by. Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms, and is poor in the lobby too (but I think this is an Argentina thing rather than the hotel). Ethernet is in the room. Was mostly disappointed with the maintenance of the hotel, nice modern design but a little knocked and bruised.

Location was in close proximity to most of the sites downtown and eateries. Buses and taxis were also easily accessible for other sites like La Boca. Room was really cramped but clean. Staff provided excellent service and generally spoke good English and breakfast was great!

I liked the hotel overall and the value was ok. The rooms are cool. The location is good. Good fast internet (preferably wifi) is important to me and should be free. They have free wired internet in the rooms but it is unreliably slow if you want to use skype, etc. Breakfast included is also important to me and I am real easy to please. But they only had hot milk for my stale cereal. The coffee was not worth drinking. Fruit salad looked like it should be in a petri dish. Or maybe it was fruit soup? Anyways...

This was not a bad choice for a hotel in the heart of BsAs. 1.5 blocks from Florida and close to pretty much everything in the downtown area. Front desk staff were pleasant. Restaurant staff were very friendly. THERE IS NO WI-FI IN THE BEDROOMS!!! The hotel advertises that there is complimentary Wi-Fi in the hotel. On this website it mentions that is it a Room Feature. This is not the case. There is free internet in the room but not wi-fi. The front desk will give you a cable if you need one, but Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby....and it can be a little spotty. In today's smart phone age it was a little frustrating to power up the laptop to check emails etc. The room was comfortable and clean. Previous comments re Ikea style furniture were pretty accurate. I loved the blackout blinds and while it seemed fancy that they were controlled by a switch on the wall, that grew a little tedious having to wait for them to open and close anytime I wanted to open a window or use the balcony. Seeing as I was there for business, I would have appreciated an actual chair to sit at when working at the desk in the room. It wasn't very comfortable sitting on a stool. When I was there is was very hot and humid. We had regular storms in the evening times. This brought a HUGE number of bugs into the room. For the most part, if I kept the blackout blinds shut once it got dark, they stayed away, but they were getting in through the vents or something because the room was covered in them some of the nights. It wasn't very pleasant, but I will go with the assumption that it was caused by the weather. I took pictures and mentioned it to the front desk, but they weren't able to do anything about it. Not a bad place, but there are a couple of things worth keeping in mind when booking a room here.

We enjoyed our stay in a avante-garde but lovely suite on the ninth floor with a balcony overlooking a busy city street. We were centrally located and the staff was most helpful--particularly Alfredo P. who went out of his way to help us. Great buffet breakfast. Look forward to retuning some day.

The hotel is centrally located and convenient although not the greatest area at night. In Buenos Aires safe areas at night do not exist. The hotel is modern and clean located two blocks from Gallerias Pacifico and one block from the main shopping drag in the city. Theatres and main attractions are close. I would not hesitate to return.

Good hotel but the beds are very low to the ground otherwise good place.

The worst hotel I have stayed in. The internet in the room had broken plugs and the shower would not work. After 3 days we left without using the shower and used the slowest internet in the lobby. This was reported on each morning with a promise that it would be fixed by lunch, but that never happened. Was a nice hotel in the 80's and in a good location but it aged poorly

location was pretty central--close to Florida shopping, quick walk to puerto madero and other main attractions. The staff were great! Knowledgeable, booked tours and cars easily for us, and saved me from buying a voltage adapter when I realized mine didn't fit their outlets. Breakfast was good and I recommend the room service salmon--great sized portions of real salmon and they served a variety of vegetables (not just potatoes) for a great price! rooms were clean and secure. A few negatives: (a) no wifi access in rooms, even though this was listed on their online room descriptions; (b) tried contacting reception at 11pm one night and no one responded---had to go downstairs to track someone down; (c) there's no way to indicate that you do not want your room cleaned WHILE YOU ARE OUT--the "no molestar" button on the door works only if your keycard is inserted. I really didn't need to have my room cleaned everyday--too much a waste of resources. All in all, if rooms had wifi access, I would definitely stay there again without hesitation :)

Quartos amplos limpos, porem com pessima acústica. Escutamos tudo do quarto ao lado do nosso e do cima. Apt 508. Café da manha bem bacana, bem servido e saboroso. Bem localizado fizemos tudo a pé. Recomendo e retornarei

Hotel novo, limpo e bem arrumado. Fiquei no quarto de frente que achei bem grande e confortavel o unico porem é a porta do banheiro que era de vidro jateado e nao tinha trinco. O cafe da manha é muito bom mas as opções não mudam, sao as mesmas todo dia. Pelo o que ouvi esse é o padrão de café da manhã argentino. O hotel é muito bem localizado a duas quadras da florida e uns 10 min andando do porto madeiro.

Adoramos. O hotel esta muito bem localizado, proximo aos principais pontos turisticos andando. Hotel limpo, cafe da manha honesto, quarto limpo e espaçoso...indico sem medo!!!

Buenos Aires é uma cidade encantadora e o hotel reproduz esse encanto nas acomodaçoes e no delicioso café da manha. Excelentes funcionarios. Perto de tudo (Subte, Onibus, Puerto Madero, Corrientes, Lavalle e Florida) e seguro. Fizemos muita coisa a pé, chegamos varias vezes bem tarde e tudo correu bem.

Minha experiência de 4 diárias no Vista Sol foi muito boa. Gostei de tudo. Apreciei com moderação o farto e variado café da manhã cujo serviço é rápido e eficiente. A localização é boa. Algumas vezes cheguei a pé depois das 21h e a rua estava movimentada, me pareceu um lugar seguro.Quanto ao quarto, de fato, como li em ali em alguns comentários, é possível ser acordado com o barulho quando o hóspede vizinho abre ou fecha a porta, por exemplo. Entretanto, não é nada que inviabilize o seu sossego. Recomendo o Vista Sol por tudo e pelo preço compatível com os serviços oferecidos.

Nær mange av de viktigste severdighetene. Rent, vennlig personell, rimelig, store og moderne rom.

Gostei muito do hotel. Limpo, reformado e as pessoas que trabalham lá são muito educadas. O café da manhã é muito bom e a localização do hotel, durante o dia, é perfeita (do lado da calle florida). À noite, recomenda-se cuidado.

Falta wi fi en las habitaciones y q la del lobby sea de mejor señal.

Habitacion con olor a cloaca, televisor pequeño que no funcionaba correctamente, al igual del aire acondicionado que no es central y muy ruidoso, la ducha estaba sin agua fria, reclame y no me dieron solucion. La hubicacion y el desayuno muy buenos. El precio de 4 estrellas que no lo es!

Lo bueno: El personal es muy atento y nos ayudaron en todo, la ubicación, realmente se puede llegar caminando a casi todas las atracciones turisticas, y aunque en la noche llegan recolectores de basura igual hay mucha gente en el centro y es bastante seguro, el desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico, gran variedad de panes jamones y quesos.Lo malo: No hay Wifi en las habitaciones, el check out es muy temprano, y la habitación es un poco pequeña, pero la verdad tienes todo lo que puedas necesitar......Yo leí bastantes criticas sobre el ruido en la pieza, pero yo no tuve ningún problema con el ruido.....la relación precio calidad es genial!

Nog nooit hebben we zo'n vuile kamer gehad in een 4*-hotel. Op de grond van de badkamer, op het deken, ... overal lagen lange zwarte haren. Ook in de deurgleufjes lag hopen vuil. Werd deze kamer de voorbije dagen/weken gekuist????? De kluis was gesloten (geblokkeerd). De airco maakte lawaai zelf als die afstond. De geluidsisolatie met de kamer naast de onze was heel slecht. Het leek alsof men naast ons bed stond als men in die kamer ernaast praatte. De kamer en badkamer waren bovendien zeer klein. De afwerking was zeer amateuristisch voor een design (???) hotel. Absoluut te vermijden. Alleen het ontbijt was het enige positieve punt.

Um hotel pequeno, com boa decoração, novo, arquitetura moderna, bem localizado. O único ponto negativo vai para o a atendimento que beirou o absurdo. Fizemos a reserva do quarto casal com cama king size, a final de contas estavamos celebrando 10 anos de casados. Quando chegamos, haviam nos colocado em um ap com camas de solteiro (que são fixas, não podem ser unidas), questionei que a reserva era para cama de casal, o atendente duvidou e disse que nada poderia fazer, já que eu havia levado apenas o numero do voucher. No dia seguinte, após a primeira noite em cama de solteiro, procurei a gerente que para minha surpresa ratificou a posição do funcionário que como não tínhamos como provar, nada ela poderia fazer e que os apartamentos de casais que seriam liberados serviriam para alocar as reservas do dia, meu caso só seria resolvido se houvesse algum cancelamento. Por sorte lembrei que havia email no meu celular e provei (o que ela já sabia), diante da confusão no hall do hotel, eles resolvem nos entregar um ap casal. Mas só depois de muita má vontade do hotel, chateação desnecessária!

Apesar da confusa, troca de quartos devido a problemas no banheiro, foi compenasdo com gentileza dos funcionarios. Recomendo.

El hotel queda en un sector muy solo, quedan muchos recogedores de basura alrededor, supongo por eso su bajo costo. Las instalaciones son buenas, excepto la cama que hace mucho ruido.

O hotel é novinho, os funcionários são atenciosos, o quarto executivo é espaçoso, o banheiro é um pouco apertado, realmente molha um pouco ao tomar banho mas nada que atrapalhe. Está localizado próximo a Florida. Fizemos quase tudo a pé. O café da manhã é farto. No apto a internet é a cabo como apenas levei meu tablet descia quando queria me comunicar com minha família. O hotel aceita cartões, peso ou real. O preço da comida é salgado. Quase na frente do hotel há uma subway e ao lado há um restaurante muito bom chamado La Posada, com uma carne mt boa. Na rua Florida há outras opções.

Localização excelente, próximo a rua Florida, Plaza de Mayo, Plaza San Martin, Galeria Pacifico, Puero Madero, Obelisco, Porto do Ferry Boat para Uruguai. Hotel limpo, meu quarto foi executivo com amplo espaço, banheiro grande, vista para a rua. Recomendo o hotel tranquilamente. Rua parece esquisita, comercial, mas pode-se andar qualquer hora sem nenhum problema. Café da manhã bom, só poderiam diversificar um pouco. Na hora de fechar a conta tinha um débito de $ 92,00 referente a café, que não era meu, reclamei e estornaram imediatamente sem nenhum problema. Reserva no Hoteis.com funcionou plenamente. A reclamar só o ar condicionado que faz um barulho tremendo.

A limpeza do quarto não foi feita um dia embaixo da cama, ficamos sete noites, o café da manhã não é ruim, mais o mesmo todos os dias, os funcionário do hotel não são nada simpáticos, não respondem sequer a um bom dia, precisam de treinamento e a apreender que indeferentes de sermos brasileiros ou agentinos, somos todos humanos, as moças do café são simpáticas deviam treinar os empregados da recepção, pedimos um lençol a mais e até he estamos esperando. O local também não é dos melhores esquisito a noite.

El hotel no contaba con WIFI en las habitaciones. Increible en el dia de hoy. El desayuno no vale la pena, mejor ofercer el servicio sin desayuno. El trato cordial en general aunque algunos empleados no tenian buen trato. La estadia en general es aceptable. El precio es Bueno
