Overall it was a great hotel. I did find hair in the towels, and wash rags, other than that it was clean. I also heard a great deal of noise from upstairs from me. It sounded like it was the laundry room, so if you want a quiete night avoid room 212.

Great hotel! The car parked next to ours overnight was broken into. Back window smashed in. That was disconcerting.

Everything was in excellent shape. Breakfasts were great. Hospitality of workers was fantastic! Could have used a refrigerator and microwave though

the hotel was very accomendating. the room was a bit small but the employees at the hotel was great. there is a awesome breakfast in the morning.

After a 6 hour drive, we arrived shortly before midnight,exhausted. Unfortunately we forgot to make sure our rooms were next to our friends and the hotel couldn't accommodate us. Every room was full! We soon found out why. The beds were sooooo comfortable( the bedspreads are washed every day too) and there's no need to go anywhere else for breakfast. All the food was good except the eggs. Within walking distance of Walmart and lots of restaurants.

great except the room doors next door made a very loud slamming sound in addition to dumpster pick up before 6 am sleep in the wee hrs was tough.

Will stay again

The hotel was very difficult to find due to internet maps directing you to a different location near by, or missing some roads. Once there, the hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast had a good variety.

WE Truly enjoyed it & will be back. Thank you all very much.

Great friendly service, great room and the bed was very comfortable! Air conditioning worked great. They serve a great breakfast and have great amenities.

I was very impressed with the staff at the hotel. They were very friendly & went out of their way. We plan on staying here again later this month & in July . I was very pleased with the Hampton Inn.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn near Happy Valley for one week during a business trip to Phoenix. Perfect quiet and convenient location when visiting north Phoenix. Great breakfast. Excellent service. Lots of stores and nice restaurants within walking distance. Highly Recomended.

I was staying here on a stop over from flying into Phoenix and driving up to northern Arizona. I just wanted a place to sleep for the night. It ended up being much nicer than I expected. The rooms are large and comfortable and include a nice love seat and flat screen television. The bathrooms are clean and functional. The entire place looks fairly new and well appointed. I would recommend staying here if you have reason to be in the area or need a place to sleep while driving through. It is near a kind of shopping area as well including some fast food, a nice pizza place called Mellow Mushroom which we ate at, Old Navy, etc.

Freeway close and lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance! Small heated pool and jacuzzi and decent breakfast.

I drove around for 1-1/2 hr looking for this hotel. It was so new my GPS couldn't find it. I finally phoned them for directions. I only stayed there 2 nights and the maid did not clean my room after my first night's stay. I was able to use the fitness room on Sunday prior to checking out. I was alone there for the full hour as I did my workout. The equipment is in great shape, but there were no towels or earphones yet there was a basket labeled earphones. As a single female I felt perfectly safe at this hotel and in this neighborhood.

Beautiful room- clean, spacious, comfortable. Friendly staff. Exceeded expectations for the price.

Great location. I was alone with my 6 and 9 year old and felt very safe. Close to restaurants, shopping, theater. Would stay again.

Great value. Comfortable Beds. Near Son's apartment. Shopping and restaurants very close.

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were roomy, clean, and so comfortable. And the complimentary breakfast was an added plus!

Room was very clean. Loved the bed. It was sooo comfortable. Breakfast was above average. Staff was pretty friendly. Nice big shower, big mirror, no noise problems, big TV, lots and lots of space. Pool was descent. Altogether Wonderfully comfortable. Went for a romantic getaway with my wife, and we probably slept better than at any other hotel. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay,close to restaurants and shopping. Very clean hotel and helpful staff.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. We had a king studio suite and we found the room clean, almost new seeming, comfortable, and very quiet. Breakfast was good and includes eggs and some protein everyday along with waffles and pastries. We also loved the fact that just around the corner are all the conveniences we needed: grocery stores, restaurants, movie theater, gas station, car wash, etc. The area seemed nice and safe; it was also conviently just off of the I-17.

Brand new and great value! Everything was super nice and clean. My husband LOVED the work out facility and the pool was nice. Spacious rooms and convenient location next to all the shopping you could imagine!

This has got to be the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. Great service (the front desk clerk remembered my name several hours after check in) and the rooms rival those of a 4 star hotel. This will be my hotel of choice when I am in the Phoenix area for business again.

Breakfast was late both days, delaying departure time. no breakfast to go since on weekend. when room cleaned after day 1 no platic liner left in ice bucket, took a long time to get one, otherwise hotel was very clean, beautiful and very comfortable. reservations were complete

This hotel was very nice and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping. Very good location and right down the street from my grand-babies. I would highly recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends. Very clean and once again very very nice. It was a pleasure to stay there.
