Room is a little small but clean.

Very satisfied. Special mention to Dave the Waiter in Restaurant, excellent.

Hotel was good, nice breakfast, great service except... the toilet was not spot on. A bit of dark sports at the rim. Needs more scrubbing. Also the room we had at 4th floor along the road was noisy. Needs double glazing on windows for sound proofing. Other than that it wasgood

A business hotel, in fact your normal 3* city business hotel. The room is of standard size and equipped, perfectly clean, good bedclothes, towels etc although the bed seemed a threequarter size rather than a double, certainly not a king size ! In additional to the normal restaurant on the ground floor, if you want better quality surroundings, there is an alternative on the 4th floor. This is also where the pool is. Useable for a quick dip but not somewhere where you would lounge in the sun or relax as its on the 4th floor overlooking a busy street. Buffet breakfast was similarly what you expect, choice of cereals, eastern and western dishes, good choice and prompt table service for coffee and tea. Across a busy road and 200 metres away is the Ayala Centre, a large shopping mall with a great choice of eating places. It’s safe to walk to as immediately outside the hotel you can be accompanied for most of the way by hotel security. You have to find your own way back but between Ayala staff security outside the mall and security outside the Quest hotel half way back to the Parklane, you’re never out of sight. A convenient city centre stopover.

The only fault i found in this hotel was when we checked in, the room we requested was not ready for us,and we waited two hours for it,,also we where locked out of our room a day early because the reception made a mistake on our check out date, great breakfast service

My recent trip to Cebu last month (and this time with my wife) was the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel. In Sept., 2010, I stayed there for five nights too. I was most satisfied with their service, the courtesy and friendliness with which their staff treated us, the room was impeccable, etc. Their Buffet restaurant is easily one of the best in Cebu. I recommended this hotel to my brother and his spouse on their trip in Jan. 2011 and they spent a few nights there too. This hotel deserves and has earned their excellent rating. I'd stay there again in my future trips.

The breakfast buffet food is very good. The internet connection is supposed to be fast but it's not. It takes so much time to load. The room size is average with one full size bed and a twin bed. The good thing about the hotel is it is located from a walking distance to a mall with food court inside. The hotel lobby has a very big lounge area, good for waiting and meeting your friends. I would recommend this hotel

really nice room; GREAT complimentary breakfast buffet; restaurant has good dinner buffet, too (must purchase this;) close to Ayala Center (a HUGE shopping center)

We stayed here on our way to Panglao and the hotel was better than expected. We enjoyed a really great dinner buffe in the restaurant and it was superb. The hotel staff are very helpful and the service was excellent. You will not be dissapointed.

Good service and breakfast. Free new year party tickets. Very near from Ayala shopping center. No wireless in room, only cable.

Not satisfied with my stay.

I just stayed here last month. It was my 5th time at this hotel. I love the location. Just walking distance away from the Mall. If you like to go to bars, it's about 10 minutes or less by taxi depending on the time you go. The breakfast is excellent. The only thing that maybe difficult when booking online is that I tried to get the queen size bed when I end up getting the smaller size bed along with the small bathroom. It happened to me twice already. Very minor but it is nice to have a little more space for the bathroom area. Decent pool size if you like to jump in the water. Very clean there as well.

Cebu Parklane Int'l Hotel is conveniently located close to Ayala Mall. It is about 8 mins walk across the roads. It only takes you about 15 mins by taxi to Basilica Santa Nino and Magalen Cross and SM Shopping Mall. The Staff are very Friendly and Helpful and polite. Breakfast Spread is good. Buffet Dinner is delicious. Micheal Chan - Singapore

I've stayed at a number of hotels in this price range in Cebu, and this is by far my favorite. Attentive friendly staff, across the street from Ayala mall, nice pool, gym, great buffet breakfast.

Had a pleasant stay at Cebu Parklane Hotel. Accommodating and friendly staff. Will recommend it to friends. Buffet breakfast is superb.

Offers good value for money. Staff, at coffee shop, gym. concierge counter and reception, are helpful and courteous. Buffet prices are reasonable for the range of offerings. A few mperfections: jacuzzi jets not working, sauna shower room had empty bath gel dispenser; no coordination between check out time extension authorization, as done by helpful phone operator who volunteered to arrange for 1pm check out, and electronic timekeepers who automatically lock out guests at 12noon. Electronic doors reopened, but after unnecessary argument. Nevertheless it's a hotel my family will be happy to return to on our next holiday.

Close to nearby tourist spots, shopping and business centers. Great food and clean gym!

Great hotel quality at an affordable price this is the best hotel i have stayed at for the price in Philippines. The staff are great and will always give you a form with the taxi details for any complaints this keeps the taxi drivers in line. The food is fantastic and the 500 peso buffet lunch is cheap and the best buffet I have seen in a long time. Overall I love this hotel and will always return to this hotel in the future!!!!!! Also free wifi through the hotel and free internet connection in the room!!!!!

at least i was satisfyed with my stay in the parklane hotel. good: near the ayala shopping mall, the classy looking lobby, the room size. - not good: my rooms looked old and should be renewed . but there are better hotels in cebu like the radisson blue, marco polo and mariott

This is my first stay there and I am glad I chose Cebu Parklane. For its location, service and comfort it is great value for money. The breakfast spread is the best I have seen at any buffet breakfast. The wired internet connection was satisfactory, I could do all I wanted to at good speed. I used the business centre and they were very good at what I wanted done and very helpful. The room was big and comfortable, as was the air conditioning in it. AyalaMall is just a 4 minute walking distance though you have to cross a busy street. A definite yes to stay again and highly recommended for others to try.

We received very good service from Parklane. The staff were helpful and friendly. Their buffets were good. They could have improved their cold cereal selection include granola; and then they could have added some hot cereal. Anyways we would recommend the hotel and we hope to stay there in the future.

Its ownsome, i had never stay in a hotel like this before. Clean room, good foods.

The hotel is conveniently located across Ayala Center Cebu. Child-friendly restaurant.

HE HOTEL ITSELF IS GOOD, THE PROBLEM IS ITS LOCATION, ALTHOUGH IT IS CLOSE AND A TWO MINUTE WALK TO AYALA MALL, GOING THERE IS A HASSLE AND DANGEROUS, NO WALKWAY OR PEDESTRIAN LANE, YOU HAVE TO DODGE TRAFFIC CROSSING THE MAIN STREET. IF I HAVE KIDS OR OLD FOLKS, I WOULD NOT PUT THEM UP AT THE HOTEL. THEIR BUFFET AND COFFEE BAR IS GREAT, THE STAFF ARE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL, ALWAYS SMILING.

I was disappointed this trip, I paid for a Parklane Room which wasn't the cheapest room offered and also specified nonsmoking. At checking they tried to put me into a smoking room and I told them no, my registration which they had a copy said non-smoking. They then put me into the smallest room I had ever been in at the Parklane (Room 819). When they were changing me from a smoking to non-smoking room I inquired if the room was still the Parklane room and they said yes. After seeing the room, I inquired at the service desk and the woman told me the only room larger was a corner room. I was very frustrated as they didn't seem to understand the situation and didn't even attempt to look it up and I knew I was not getting the room I paid for. I've been a regular at the Parklane over the last year and this will be my last stay with them.

I highly recommend this place for many reasons - walking distance to Ayala Mall, firendly Cebuanos staff, very helpful when in need for directions, awesome breakfast, affordable rate, good value for money, clean and well maintained rooms , etc. One thing the hotel management have to respond to- make the windows sound proof,p as we kept waking up early in the morning due to the street noise. The pool needs to expand too and make it more ettractive for the customers. Over all, 4 star.

Nearly everything was good about this hotel. We stayed in it for 3 nights, then a week or so later for one more night to catch a flight. That last night was reserved after I had already stayed 3 nights and decided that I am satisfied with the hotel. The hotel is well situated, right next to Ayala Mall... getting to the mall takes about 5 minutes of walking, crossing 2 busy streets, but not difficult to do. In addition to large numbers of stores, there are many restaurants there (even a Starbucks so I can get my daily iced coffee) should you not want to eat in the hotel. The surroundings were safe enough to comfortably walk around. It was easy (and immediate) to catch a taxi from the hotel to anywhere else. Returning by taxi was also easy. The hotel staff were always helpful and cheerful. For the last night, I needed to leave my luggage for the porter all day until 9pm to catch a flight, but didn't want to lug it around all day... they were helpful and had no trouble storing the luggage. I also needed to leave money for a tour operator but could not be around to do so; the front desk helpfully held the envelope with the money to give the tour operator when they showed up sometime during the day. The room was good. TV, AC and bathroom fixtures all worked well. The water was hot whether we showered early in the morning, or later. There was some street noise and nearby construction noise, but there's a lot of building and upgrading going on in Cebu now – get used to it. It didn't prevent us from sleeping soundly. Oh, the beds were comfortable too. Just in case anyone is worried about this, the toilets are American style, with TP and an actual toilet seat on the bowl. Rooms don't have wifi, but wifi worked fine in the lobby area, and somewhat in the dining room area. The wifi was fast enough that I could do the usual checking of email, facebook, uploading pictures and also worked fine to place a Skype audio call through it to a land line phone in the US. I usually am too lazy to write reviews online but I felt I had to do write one this time for Parklane. Parklane has exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, and spacious with a few nice extras which I liked- weighing scale, and a retractable clothesline. Liked the shower . Laundry service was excellent. Response was quick and efficient. I had to make an unusual request of having my rubber shoes washed. Ancillary service was priced reasonably making them within reach of your budget. Surprisingly, I liked my stay there better than the other higher priced hotels in the area. Walking distance from Ayala shopping mall, which is one of two nicer shoping malls in Cebu but I usually take a taxi to go there. I had a superior room so outside my window I could only see the tall buildings in front. You could get a better view in a higher priced room. Overall highly recommended. Nice and safe location.

Hotel is a walking distance to the Ayala Mall. A definite plus for dining and shopping and if you want to try your luck at the casino, the Waterfront Casino is close by too.

Hotel was nice enough, staff also ok. Rooms were also ok for the price(including Breakfast). Area is not so wonderful, big shopping mall nearby though. All in all it was as you would expect from a modern Hotel especially, as i said,for the price.

Very good location. Walking distance to the Ayala Shopping centre. Very friendly and helpful staff, no matter the request. Nice rooms with most comforts, although not in perfect condition. Good beds. Nice lobby/lounge.

The children's breakfasts were included in the price for the family room and the buffets were excellent. Staff were courteous and polite. I can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.
