Hi All. First and foremost, for those who are used to the accomodations of US and Greater Europe, this place may seem like a bit of a dump. The neighborhood is also somewhat sketchy and grundgy. That said, if you are willing to put up with a few inconveniences and a step down in accomodation, I can tell you that this palce is ideally located in the heart of the city. Most of the attractions are within walking distance and the train stop is right across the street, which will take you directly over to the Vatican. So for you would-be adventurers you are more interested in "seeing" Rome rather than having a plush place to lay your head, this is a good bet. Nuff said.

i did enjoy the b and b. it just wasnt that great for a solo female traveller. the area felt a little scary at night and i was locked out because my key wouldnt work. luckily one of the other hotels in the building had someone there 24/7 so they let me in. i think it would be very well suited for a couple though. breakfast is at a cafe about a 2 minute walk away which was a surprise but still ok. the room was very clean though and a short walk to the termini station and sightseeing buses.

The hotel is oddly staffed -- someone is not always present. The issue is that they are very wary of guests bringing visitors. I did not appreciate the intrusion on my privacy. The rooms are cleaned at around 10am, so if you are a late riser, you can forget about having your room cleaned. The internet cut out at some point but then service returned and was sufficient (especially since wifi can be difficult to find in Rome). My room was "cleaned" once but I could barely tell since the bed sheets had not been changed. On the positive side, the room was nice, though there is no air conditioning and only a fan. The hotel is clean. I would say that next time I would prefer to stay towards the center of the city center, closer to the Spanish Steps, rather than Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, which, though is close to the train station Termini, is located to the east of other attractions, such as Trastavere and Campo dei Fiori.

The hotel was very difficult for us to find. There's no sign so we had to figure out how Italian addresses work, then find a buzzer next to the appropriate door. No one was there when we arrived. Eventually we found a note for us to call a phone number they provided next to the door. Unfortunately our cell phones didn't work in Italy (different network) so we had to go out on an adventure to figure out how to use Italian pay phones. After we finally got a hold of the staff we had to wait 40 minutes for us to let us in. After that nightmare the hotel itself was just alright. Service was good and the staff answered all questions that we had. Note that there is no air conditioning and you're on the 4th floor so it gets a bit warm in the summer months (it was 85 when we stayed and we were definitely uncomfortable). The neighborhood around the hotel wasn't all that great. But on the plus side the hotel was right next to a metro stop, so traveling around Rome was a breeze.

Bra hotell , men svårt att checka in på ej utsatt tid. fanns bara tfn nummer vid dörren. trevlig personal och bra städning frukosten var dålig, så den kan man ta väck.

Hyggeligt lille sted med god service, det eneste der kunne trække ned var gadestøjen. Seng udmærket, værelset havde alt, hvad vi behøvede bl.a. el-kedel.

Das Hotel ist wirklich top! Die Stadt ist zu Fuss oder mit der Metro sehr leicht zu erreichen! Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Molto carino l'albergo e chi lo gestisce tuttavia si trova in una zona non "bellisima" rispetto a frequentazioni ed è poco evidente la collocazione ho fatto moltissima fatica a trovarlo poichè situato in un palazzo all'interno di un cortile interno

Trés bon accueil, rapide et efficace. L'hotel est dans un quartier populaire mais plutot sympathique. Ce B&B est situé trés pres d'une station de metro ce qui permet l'acces à tous les sites principaux en quelques arrets. Chambre propre et neuve. Les serviettes de toilette pourraient etre changees plus souvent (les memes pour 4 jours). Avis tout de meme tres positif.

Fine værelser og god service da vi kom. Kan være svært at finde da der ikke er skiltet meget med navnet. Udmærket sted hvis man bare skal have et sted at sove.

Von außen hat uns das Hotel ein bisschen abgeschreckt. Aber als wir dann oben waren und die zimmer begutachteten haben wir unsere Meinung sofort wieder geändert. Sehr schöne Zimmer und vor allem sauber! Mit neuen fenstern die den Lärm der Straße sehr gut abgehalten haben.
