This was our second stay at Crystal Palms and will not be our last. The staff is always helpful, the rooms are clean, comfortable. Good location. We are very pleased and enjoy staying here.

It was our first time at Treasure Island and we found a gem. The two bedroom suite had nice beds and a full kitchen and large sitting room and 2 full baths. The building is across the road from the beach, but the access is very easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean. I would return to this facility.

This is an all suites hotel which was great because we ate breakfast in our room and packed our lunches to take to the beach. Service was good and the hotel room was very clean. We stayed on the 2nd floor which does not have an ocean view. These are things I think are worth mentioning; there was not a hair dryer in the room. There is a washer/dryer in the suite but you will need to buy detergent. There is a Publix just a short drive down the road. The hotel is not on the beach, it is across the street. This was not a big deal to my husband but when you are carrying beach chairs, coolers and sand toys, you’ll wish you were closer. We really enjoyed our meals at Sloppy Joe’s, the drinks are a little pricey but within walking distance to the hotel. Again, the hotel was very nice, I just wish it was across the street.

Excellent. Beyond expectations. Only complaint was the couch. Not all that comfortable to relax on. Had all the conveniences of home. Highly recomment.

Crystal Palms was great. We celebrated our 35th wedding Anniversary on Treasure Island. The room is very large and very clean. Maid service was excellent. No restaurants on site, but plenty in the area. The beach is right across the street and I watched the sunset every night. Beautiful place to stay.

Are stay was amazing,the staff was top notch the hole place was way cleaner then are highest expections. Next year we hope to stay longer!!!! Just wish it was on the beach! ,But you can't have everything!!

Only bad deterrent was the noise when sitting by the pool, otherwise excellent value for the money.

This is a lovely place to stay on Gulf Boulevard. It is centrally located, close to the Beach and fabulous dining experiences. The suites are very clean and decorated in very up to date furnishings.

We have stayed at many spots along the Gulf coast over the years and Crystal Palms is at the top of our list.

We got the 2-bedroom suite at a great rate, thanks to Hotels.com, however there were two big issues with our suite. First, the lighting is atrocious, using hospital-quality CF bulbs that remove any warmth from the room. I saw this lighting in neighboring rooms, as well. The hotel should replace all the bulbs with eye-pleasing CF bulbs; they're out there. Second, the rooms have no furniture or stands to place suitcases. Any hotel has this. Fix these two and it's a recommendation, because the location is great.

My husband and I stayed at the Crystal Palms for two nights in February. The place is right across the street from the Gulf. The balcony is pool front and you can see the Gulf. All amenities are first class from the leather sofa and flat screen tv to the washer and dryer in house. Also you ca go to the Yacht Club for fitness. My husband and I swim for exercise and they have a beautiful 25 yd. outdoor heated pool. What a great time we had. I'd highly recommend!!!

Nice amenities, spacious. Poor house keeping.

This hotel was wonderful very clean and all up to date with furnishings we loved it and will return for another stay

Believe all of the reviews that tell you this is one nice place!!!! We had a great room with a small view of the beach. Room decor was excellent.. the only thing you had to watch was getting out of bed..the bed frame does stick out a bit if you are near the corner of the bed. Wonderful huge rooms... so much for the price. The desk clerk would say "Welcome Home" each time we came in the door!!!!!

Large rooms, great beds, modern TV's-3; Very clean modern.

We were only staying one night but were so impressed with the cleanliness and overall quality of this hotel. We wished we stayed longer and were able to use the entire room! They are very spacious!

The room was like living in a mini condo. Across the street from the beach. Close to many fun things.

We stayed in this hotel in Agust this year and enjoyed it so much that we came back again from 15 to 19 December before going on to our house in Davenport. Facilities are brilliant, staff are very helpful and friendly, and the location is great as well, lots to do in the area. As in August, it was a shame to leave again.

Having never been to the St. Pete Beach area, we really didn't know where to stay. I read various reviews and chose the Crystal Palace based on what I had read. Although it was located on Treasure Island, we were not disappointed. Never expected to get such a spacious suite with all the amenities provided. More importantly, it was extremely clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. If I had any negative comment, it would be that to go to the beach you have to cross Gulf Blvd. but we really didn't mind it. It might be a problem for couples with young children.

Spacious, clean, nice view even though its not directly on the water still got to see the beautiful sunsets, The price was great compared to many places along the strip.

I was so pleased that I chose Crystal Palms Resort. It will be a place we will remember forever as I asked my girlfriend to be my wife. The place was beautiful and we look forward to many return visits.

In general, the hotel is excellent. However, there were minuses. In the lobby, there's a canister that sprays a scent 24/7. In Nov., it was an awful gingerbread scent. The toilet paper is thin and rough. There were pills of fabric on the bottom bedsheets which made the sheets somewhat rough. I couldn't find pots or pans in the kitchen.

Really spacious accomodation. Great location - 5-10 minutes walk from the beach. Great views of the Gulf of Mexico Dedicated parking space mostly undercover. Staff very friendly. Only dissapointment about my stay was that they did not have a safe in room or offer use of a safety deposit box. So had to take my passport and money out with me.

My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVED this hotel! Everything was really nice and modern. We felt like it was an apt. of our own. Very clean, spacious, helpful staff and in a convenient location to the beach, John's Pass, etc. We asked for info on a cab at the front desk and they let us know about a free beach shuttle which saved us money. They also let us know of the best pizza places in town since we wanted pizza. We wanted our friends &/or family to come visit b/c it was that nice. It had a living room w/ flatscreen TV, 2 bathrooms, a bedroom (with a door for privacy), full kitchen, dining room and a huge patio. We will definitely be going back to Crystal Palms again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, yet affordable place to stay. The only bummer is that it is across the street from the beach and not right on it, but it's still awesome.

Very nice property. All rooms are suites and have balconies facing the gulf waters but if you desire any sort of view ask for a room on the 4th floor or higher. Our 2 bedroom suite had a very nice kitchen/ dining/ living area and was like a small apartment with modern amenities, including a stacked washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances and flat screen televisions. It was very clean with the exception of the carpet in the master bedroom which showed several stains and needs replaced. We only used the master bath and it had a very nice sized shower and two separate vanity areas. The bath off the second bedroom had a tub/shower combo. Our corner suite had a good sized balcony with a table and chairs and also a lounge chair. Even though the highway out front is very busy with the windows and sliding doors closed only very loud vehicles could be heard. Our only interaction with staff was at check-in and they were nice enough to allow us to check in about 3 hours early which was great as we were staying only one night. Did not use the pool area but it looked nice from our balcony. The wireless internet was slow, and not real easy to access, so we just used our own 4G hot spot. If you are walking to the beach you must cross the highway and go south about a block to the public access as we could not find access via the properties directly across the street. John's Pass shopping and dining complex to the north was a bit more of a walk than we wanted so we drove which was not a big deal as there is plenty of parking for $1 an hour. Our room (#301) did not come with a covered parking space so if you care about that ask about it when you check in. Overall a good experience and we would certainly stay there again.

I can not say enought about my stay. Upon my arrival there, I was over whelmed with staff along with my room. It was great! My granddaughter was with me and she couldn't believe it. She felt she could live here... In the future, I wouldn't hesitate on returning there. Great place to stay.

I loved this place. More like an apartment than a hotel room...great place to spend a vacation..everything you would need is supplied in the wonderful kitchen,would absolutely come back again!!!

The Crystal Palms is a beautiful property. All of the rooms are suites of at least one bedroom...most seem to be 2 bedrooms. It appears to be quite new and uses top quality fixtures (granite countertops and SS microwave, refrigerators and dishwashers), Three big screen LCD TV's. Lots of floor space in the suite. Big, western-facing balconies, but the downside is that they face the street and a hotel across the street. The Gulf is on the other side of the opposite hotel and not visible. The front desk staff are very accomodating and respond well to questiosna nd requests. We will visit again!

Excellent, well maintained, clean, modern, comfortable condo property. Only drawback is that hotel is across street from beach. Without any doubt, I would stay there again.

I was very pleased with our room from Crystal Palms. Friendly workers, Nice spacious room with a nice view of the beach! Very nice stay. If we had known it was that nice, we would have stayed longer.

everything was perfect here.you can not go wrong with staying in this beautiful place.highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary in the two bedroom suite. within walking distance of st johns pass, the beach, bubba gump. saw beautiful dolphins in the water. had a great time! looking forward to staying again!

The best hotel and service on Treasure Island.
