They went out of there way to help me get power to my boat to charge the batteries. I was very pleased with all the workers.

The hotel was clean and service was great! also the girls loved the in door pool after a long day of softball!

I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly, especially the ones who had worked the overnight shift and were working very early Sunday morning. They were a pleasure to deal with.

The only thing that bothered me is that the room was small.

Very nice room. Comfortable beds with nice bedding. The breakfast was ok. Coffee was great! I would definitely stay here again.

Hamton in. Gonzales is a great place to stay . Shopping near by, plenty places to eat out , a clean hotel , with very friendly service. The breakfast is quite a spread , too. Much more than I've ever seen at other hotels. Will definitely stay there again. By the way , the staff is so friendly . Thank you Hapton Inn !

Our family stayed one night for an event at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center. The location was perfect, the room was clean and nice, and a full breakfast was included!

Staff and room servicesa were excellent!!

Very Good

Everything was great and we will definately stay again!!!

Every member of the staff was incredible, especially due to the added stress of dealing with a crowded hotel filled with scared evacuating citizens from Hurricane Isaac. My views of every Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at are very positive. The room was clean and pleasent. My only concern is the price of the room. I don't feel that the hotel is quite up to par with it's rates. Don't get me wrong it's the nicest hotel in Gonzales, by far. I would make this review 5 stars if the quality for the rate was there.

The hotel itself was in a Great Location. The problem we encountered was all the children running around the hotel unsupervised. The whole purpose of our stay here was to enjoy the indoor pool. It was Horrible. There was a party going on with several people in the area. There was aluminum pans and plates everywhere. The pool area was gross. Only wish we had realized this before getting in the water. We were only in the pool for 5minutes before realizing it was full of food. We showed our concern to front desk but seems there was nothing she could have done to control it..... not impressed with our stay... sorry!

Stay was good, a/c would not cut off or would not respond to thermostat causing room to be extremly cold, other than that everything else was great.

It was okay but for the amount of money per night was not that great.

Large spider on wall in room, huge, 2 inches plus. Caught him in ice bucket and called the front desk to come get it, after waking my girlfriend from being scared to death. The covered bagels could be replaced with scrambled eggs or something. That, is absolutely, the only things wrong with our stay. Lots of food for breakfast, and all good, except the bagels. Oh, and the spider. The staff, room, bed, and everything else, was great!

Right across the street from the Tanger Outlet Mall. Cabela's is right there also. Plenty of good restaurants very close by. Room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was eggscellent. The indoor pool was a great plus too!!!

Best breakfast that I have seen in a hotel. Very good breakfast and great service. Great location !

The breakfast was the best Ive seen and the staff kept it going very well. My only complaints on this hotel are 1. The room was kind of noisy. We wanted to take a nap after check in before we headed out for a wedding but the walls were so thin it sounded like someone was moving furnitur. 2. The channel listing on the tv was wrong and some of the channels were real fuzzy.

I am praying that the young man who booked me did not what he was talking about when he said I only had 24 hours from the time I booked to make changes........Hamilton Inns policy reads that as long as it is 24 hours in advance. He said for the total stay. We only needed to stay 1 night and gave more than 24 hours notice. Waiting for the refund to be posted to my credit card.

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Gonzales for two nights on the weekend before Mardi Gras. The hotel was clean, not exceptional but well kept. The room was big and comfortable and we didn't hear a peep from the neighboring rooms, which was great. The hot breakfast each morning was very good and we enjoyed the pleasant staff as well. The outlet mall was just across the way, which we loved. We will definitely stay at Hampton Inn next year for Mardi Gras as well.

Hotel and room very clean. Rooms very spacious. Huge shower. Stayed with basketball team and staff kept up with breakfast, even after them going back for seconds and thirds! Would definitely stay here again.

It is such a pleasure staying in Gonzales. We enjoyed our stay. The room was excellent. The breakfast were great. Very professional service.

We were on the 4th floor and took cold showers. The hot water didn't come for 15 min. to our room 407. That is why I would not go back unless I could get a lower floor. Everything else was good; the people, the breakfast, the clean room and the serfice at the front desk was great.

Hotel room was very nice, comfortable bed but hotel service a bit pushy. I left about 9:00am to run to the store and when I came back the cleaning service was in my room with everyhing torn apart and I had not checked out. I asked them politley to leave and knocked on my door at 10:58 am wanting to come in again..take it easy..I was on my way out!

My wife and I were very pleased with the clean and comfortable room. Wifi seemed a little slow but room was equipped with a nice frig and flat screen TV. Elevators were in good working order and fast. Swimming pool was nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast was good with sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit, pastries, bagels, toast and plenty of drink choices. Since we were there on the weekend, it would have been nice for the breakfast bar to stay open past 10:00am but that would be our only complaint. Staff were nice, helpful and courteous.

This hotel was extremely noisy, The mini refrigerator's compressor kept us awake most of the night. Every time it turned off and on it made a terrible vibrating sound. The rooms were not very well noise insulated. You could hear the television set and shower or toilet flushing from neighboring rooms. The temperature was very difficult to adjust as well and the room was either freezing cold or hot and stuffy. It was one of the worst nights sleep I've had traveling and I travel on a pretty regular basis!

Everything was great especially the breakfast. We stayed during the state livestock show and was very well accomadated. There was not much parking and was allowed to park in the grass. Will definately stay again next year.

this is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. both times were great. I do enjoy the hot/cold breakfast. the rooms are spacious, very clean, and the beds are comfortable.everyone was very courteous. the evening clerk was very helpful in finding business in the area. I will be staying here on any future trips to Gonzales...

We really love this hotel. Staff is always willing to help with anything, does their best to accomodate requests. (ex. adjoining rooms, etc.) Breakfast is ok, could be a little better, but overall, we were pleased with everything.

This is a new hotel with all the bells and whistles. Staff was very courteous and the room was very comfortable. I would definately stay there again and would be quick to recommend it to friends and family.
