Moevenpick Sentosa - سنغافورة

The service is very good as my room need to have some cleaning up of the outdoor bathtub, and they are really very nice, helped me to clean up, and change the water for me, also whatever things I requested, they will delivered fast. In addition, I really like this hotel, especially my room, so comfy and nice. Small thing to improve maybe can be the switch to the lights, because I have to press the same switch on and off in order to on and off the different lights in the room. After all I am still very satisfy with this hotel!! Keep it up!

Overall, the stay is very good.. specially the smell of the lobby, it is very relaxing. Upon entrance, you will feel calm, specially after a tiring day of going around the city, plus.the location of the hotel is just in front of the imbah station, and inside vivo mall in harbourfront station, so it is accessible and convenient for commuters.

Interior deco of the hall is beautiful & bed is comfortable.

Comfy bed. Quiet. Heritage room a little small but free use of minibar made up for it. Service is friendly and prompt.

Near the monorail (1 stop away from the Beach), walkable to RWS, what's there to complain???? No issues with the hotel although they did miss giving us the welcome scoop of movenpick ice cream.... Rooms were relatively large, bathroom was spacious and generally friendly service all around.

I will definitely not be coming back to this hotel on my next visit to Singapore. There are too many negatives with this hotel. Firstly I was given a room that overlooks the car park – definitely not the sea view that was promoted on the hotel’s website. The room is very noisy as I could hear people walking along the corridors at night. The entrance to the room is hard and rough concrete flooring - very painful to walk on. The same concrete flooring is in the bathroom, shower and toilet areas. The bathtub is a standalone tall tub that is not easy to get in and out of. The toilet and shower are in two separate tiny cubicles with glass doors. There is a phone located next to the toilet that keeps dropping off as you get into the toilet – most inconvenient and awkwardly located. On the first night when I used the shower, the water did not drain off and when I informed the reception, she sent in the plumber in the middle of the night to try and fix the problem. She did not offer to change the room for me until I asked for it the second time as the stench from the clogged drains was unbearable. After the room change, I found the coffee machine did not work. Once again someone was sent to fix problem and when that failed, another coffee machine was brought in and the faulty one was left there for an electrician to dismantle and take away later. All these happened on the first night of my stay in this hotel, so you can say I did not enjoy my stay in this hotel at all.

Me and my wife had a grt sentosa stay courtsey movenpick.the hotel is near universal studios and the underwater aquarium but a bit far off the beach.that is not much of an issue since transport is easily available in sentosa and is free.the food was quite expensive though.overall we had a grt stay.will come back again.

Great location close to all attractions and monorail on sentosa. Amazing pool and quiet room!

Everything such as location, room or breakfast was great. But we were disappointed at a chef when we ordered pasta at dinner buffet. He didn't know how to cook carbonara and he cooked with tomato source at first. We complained about it but he didn't apologize but he answered that this was the carbonara.

Not a 5 star hotel according to our standards. The rooms were very ordinary and the hallways were open air. Had a clogged drain in the bathroom which needed repair on our first day. Room make up service was not satisfactory. No complimentary wifi. For the price of the room, wifi should be made available for free. Location is very good though and lobby always smelled good.

When we arrived, there didn't seem to be anyway to park our car and we had to drive back to the hotel entrance to see if there were some arrangements that could be made. Ken greeted us and suggested that we park at the beach carpark (which was a 10 min walk away) and in Singapore's weather, that's not exactly a fun stroll. One of the other staff then said that he would open the carpark for us and managed to get us a lot in the small carpark. Ken assisted with the luggage and the check-in procedures. Upon learning that it was my girlfriend's birthday, Ken went out of his way to arrange for a room upgrade and a birthday cake to be brought to our room at 10pm! This wasn't necessary but it was a great surprise nonetheless. The hotel itself is in great condition with the appeal of 1940s British architecture on its facade and a great scent inside. The room we had was an executive suite and located on the 3rd floor. It had a very comfy bed, sofa, 2 TVs, Nespresso Machine and a couple of TWG tea satchets. The bathroom was big enough, with a bath tub and separate rain shower stall. However, the drainage of the shower stall wasn't too good and water kept flowing out of the stall to the main bathroom. There were some shoe marks on the floor but those weren't really noticeable... all in all a great stay at a very comfortable hotel. It was also super value for money, considering the close proximity to RWS and the rest of Sentosa's attractions.

The hotel was great. Comfortable beds, lovely decorated, great breakfast attentive service. The location was perfect for spending a few days on the island and also visiting Universal Studios.

Movenpick Sentosa is a great choice for your Singapore getaway. Great standard and service. Located on Sentosa Island with good and easy access to city centre and marina bay area. Would recommend this to anyone.

Fantastic

Had a grand time at this hotel. My husband and son enjoyed the infinity pool. The hotel is walking distance to Universal Studios and the monorail station is infrint of the hotel. Near the Merlion Plaza too. Things to improve would be the availability of thhe dental kit. When we asked the front desk, they said that they only provide upon customer's request without providing any explanation. We could also hear noises outside of our room. My son liked tho' the automated blinds & curtains. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here tho' a bit pricey but still its conveneient location would compensate for this.

The Movenpick is situated central to everything on Sentosa. The hotel section we were in is new and the staff were all fantastic. It is a two minute walk to the free sky bus (mono rail) which takes you through four or so stops from the sentosa beaches to the Vivo shopping centre over the bridge. This was a great location and holiday but you would need at least four to six days to see a good proportion of what Sentosa has to offer. The next time we will spend a week on the island and the same hotel.

We were offered Suite upgrade for a minimal fee of $80 Sing with free breakfast buffet and Free Minibar. Suite was vey classy and ZEN. I was really amazed at the design of the renovated rooms.

Nice room. Comfortable bed and big bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very worth the price, especially much better when compared to in-town hotel at same cost.

The hotel is nice and clean. Service are OK. One disappointment is that the carpark lot is kind of little and you'll most likely ends up parking at the beach car park (if you're driving) which is about 5-10 minutes walk away from the hotel. Though the parking at the beach carpark is redeemable with the hotel, it's not convenient for those that travels with many luggage.

Outstanding hotel in great location, adjacent monorail station and central to all tourist sights.

the location of the hotel is excellent. It is located directly opposite the Imbiah Station and all you have to do is to cross the road. Resorts World was also only a very short walk away (less than 10 minutes). All the personnel we encountered were friendly and they also greeted us when we passed. The beds, pillows and sheets were outstandingly comfortable. We were impressed by the large bathroom and large bath towels, as well as the yukata and bedroom slippers that all shared the same pretty pattern. Unfortunately, the door of the cupboard that housed the minibar was falling off its hinges and there were several (unremovable) stains on the bathroom counter. The phone in the bathroom was also slightly dusty. Otherwise, the room was clean. We enjoyed our stay at Moevenpick Sentosa

My girlfriend and I stayed 2 nights here and it was great, check in was quick, room service was quick. Only problem we had was that there is no actual King Bed in the advertised King Bed room. The 'King Bed' was 2 large singles pushed together with a thin King Bed sheet to hold it together. Not very comfortable when a couple are in bed together and one of us is about to slip though the void between the 2 beds. Otherwise exceptional Hotel!

it is located just the opposite of mono rail station. room is clean and comfortable. i have to upgrade my room with additional $60 since my reserved room is not ready even at 6PM.

Hotel is centrally located on Sentosa. Excellent value for money. Staff, food,service all well above above standard. Room was large, bright & airy. Will stay there again.

Hotel staff fantastic and helpful. Easy to get to other locations.

The hotel is nearer to Imbiah monorail station than it looks. Its less than 3 mins walk away! Its especially convenient if you are staying on the 3rd floor since this will put you on the same level as the road (hotel is built on a hill) which you have to cross to get to the station. I have stayed in other hotels at RWS but they are nearly a 10 min walk from the monorail station though they are located near attractions such as the ocaenarium. The cosy corridor between the main entrance of the hotel and the rooms are lined with arm chairs and the air is infused with aromatherpy oils, providing a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere after a tiring day of fun on the island.

Staff were friendly and courteous, rooms were very nice and modern. Location is right next to the mono rail which makes it easy to get to places within the island.

Hotel has queen size bed , but wanted us to upgrade , and pay $150 more. After given us a non working air conditions room , and we requested again , then they give us queen size bed. If not we will be sleeping in twin bed room all night.

Easy to get to universal studio and underwater world aquarium.

Our family with 2 kids definitely glad to pick this hotel during our visit to Sentosa . The hotel is located right across imbiah Station ( the train station that will bring you to Universal Studio) , its right by the sentosa's Merlion. We loved the relaxung aromatheraphy smell everh time we enter the hotel. The staffs were friendly and help us to know great shopping place , free shuttle to Orchard Road was definitely lovely ....

The staff were very friendly and helpful and extremely courteous. quite possibly the best staff I have encounted for sometime! The rooms were a good size, clean, amazing pillows and comfy bed. Only faults I could think of would be strong scent of perfume in common areas, it's nice at first but can be slightly overpowering. This is only in the common areas, can not be smelt in your room. Lastly I thought drinks were just that little bit too pricy which was a bit of shame as it would have been nice to have drinks overlooking the pool, $32 for a Singapore sling and a pineapple juice for my friend was just that little bit too much. Happy to spend $18-20 on a cocktail but not $10 for a glass of juice. Mind you this is me being nitpicky! We really enjoyed our stay! It was a great location easy to get to the City and sentosa beach was lovely! When I go back I would stay at Movenpick again!

The hotel location is good. Just opposite the station. Can see Merlion of Sentosa. Actually I required smoking room, I can choose smoking room on website, when make booking. but They do NOT have a smoking room. Our room was at 3rd floor. There is a big shelter for entrance. So we can take a look of a top of shelter. Unfortunately second day many workes are walking on this shelter for reparing. So we have to close the curtain for not show our relax time. I have no experience such condition.... Sorry.

Had an awesome time at the Moevenpick Sentosa. The staff were really friendly and eager to serve. Hotel is still not officially open till 1st Dec'12 so do expect some noise from the renovation.
