Best Western Hotel Metropoli - جنوه

I was very pleased with our stay. The location was great. About a 20 minute walk from Principe train station. There is also a bus stop outside the hotel, but we decided to walk. The front desk staff spoke english. They make a copy of your passport in the event it is stolen. Our room was small but adequate. It was very clean except for some stained grout in the shower. The water pressure left something to be desired. Our room faced the main street, but I didn't find the noise all that bothersome. The curtains could have blocked the light better. The room had a mini fridge and a safe. The TV had many stations, including one in english. The brunch was excellent. Italian hotels are not known for their brunch, but I thought their assortment of pastries, jam, meat, scrambled eggs, coffee, etc was great. The hotel also seemed very child friendly. I saw the staff give some children toys at brunch. I would stay again.

This hotel, even though a Best Western, is dated, bare hardwood floors, old non-descriptive furniture but clean and has an electric hot water heater with coffee and tea in the room which is great. Breakfast was surprisingly plentiful and good, however, this hotel has no restaurant which is a shame because one has to find one in the area. Walking one can easily get lost in Genoa because of all the narrow little streets linkng each other. Ther is a very good supermarket in walking distance calle Coop just in case. I stayed there twice, before and after my cruise, check in was very early and they checked me in immediately which is a plus after a flight and early arrival in town. Taxi fare from airport to hotel Euro 25 - 30, Euro 10 - 15 to and from cruise port. Taxis are right in front of the hotel or they call you one to be available within five minutes. Another plus.

A newly renovated single room - not large but with all amenities . Much appreciated helpful English speaking receptionists. Breakfast - plenty of choices Overall great 3 night stay in an interesting city.

Despite its modest appearance this hotel offers excellent value and service. The staff were very helpful in suggestions for local restaurants and bus timetables. Very good breakfast. Plain room but spacious, clean and comfortable. The best feature is the location -on the fringe of the atmospheric old working class district,adjacent to the beautiful Via Garibaldi with its palazzi and museums and to attractive streets and piazzas, walking distance of all the city sites. Free Wi Fi in the room which wasn't available at more expensive hotels. Highly recommended for a few days holiday in Genoa.

Very well placed, nice staff. restricted access for handicapes and children pushchair

I have booked this hotel purely because of the cost of parking (in public car park) was cheaper than what other hotels suggested, but when we have arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the appearance of rooms, which was clean and pretty, and fully equipped with necessary amenities, with a nice view of piazza. The guy at the reception was more than helpful (I asked if he knew any shop which sells phone charger, and he immediately marked map with 2 suggestions) and we loved the little waiting area with loads of fashion magazines, air filled with Jazz FM. Breakfast was something else, such a good selection with tasty cakes and pastries (which later were offered as free snack if left over), hot eggs and cold meat. We loved the breakfast so much, so wished we stayed there for longer. This hotel is also situated in a very convenient location for sightseeing, surrounded by cute little shops, we loved walking around window shopping or making a stop or two for snacks. We highly recommend this hotel if you want a decent sleep with good start in the morning. Super!

We found this a well located hotel, with helpful and courteous staff. Good value for money, with a better than average breakfast.

Wir haben in diesem Hotel eine Nacht verbracht, das Zimmer war sauber, renoviert, obwohl das Gebäude historisch ist. Das Frühstück war reichhalting, WiFi im Preis inbegriffen. Wir können es gerne weiter empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Best Western Metropoli war super. Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet. Mittig zwischen den prachtvollen Palazzos der Via Garibaldi und der tollen Geschäfte der Via Roma. Dank Navigationssystem haben wir das Hotel sofort gefunden. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer und kommen gerne mal wieder.wieder buchen........

Es war leider nur eine Nacht. Sehr gepflegtes sauberes Hotel. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Lage super günstig und sehr zentral. Alles Wichtige ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Einzelzimmer war recht klein, aber top sauber. Parkplätze hat das Hotel leider keine. Das ist aber ein Problem in ganz Genua. Man muss meistens auf öffentliche Parkhäuser ausweichen, die zudem mit Tagespreisen um ca. 25,- € recht teuer sind. Die Eigenanreise mit dem Flugzeug über Mailand und Weiterfahrt mit dem Zug bis Genua ist super einfach und sehr angenehm.

Albergo pulito, colazione ottima, staff cordiale. Posizione ottimo in centro - zona molto tranquilla, anche la sera. Unico neo le camere (standard) sono un po' piccoli per un soggiorno lungo (siamo stati una notte).

Det er en lækkert sted, vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn, og havde et stort familie værelse. Værelset var stort, rent, morgenmaden var fantastisk, og receptionen meget venlig.Hoteller ligger perfekt. 5 min fra Fararri pladsen, 5 min fra de Unesco fredede bygninger, tæt på bus, metro, og gode restauranter.

Sehr nettes ansprechendes Hotel in bester zentraler Lage. Sehr schöne Zimmer, ausgesprochen freundliches Personal, gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit lokalen Spezialitäten. Wir würden es bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

Ns étions de passage 1 nuit à Gènes, hôtel idéal pour famille (chambre quadruple) / PDJ en buffet extra. bon quartier par rapport au reste de la ville.
