Hotel Cristallo - البندقية

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days on 1st visit to Venice. Nice little place conveniently located in Lido so need to take water taxi from Venice but the island is very picturesque no problems staying here away from hussle and bustle of Venice. Room quite small but has all the conveniences you need and your not paying Venice hotel prices. Bathroom clean and everything worked as it should. Even had lift so no need to haul luggage upstairs as with most places. Staff very friendly and helpful. Gave us many tips on where to go and how to get there. Breakfast more than adequate and loved the little outdoor area. Would recommend this place but dont expect 4 or 5 star hotel when you get there. You get what you pay for and this is great value for money!

The hotel is pretty good. The reception team was awesome and the location is very close to the boat port. Breakfast was decent. This is a great spot for access to the beach and to venice proper. Would stay there again.

I turned up around 11pm for my room, the guy at the reception said that they had overbooked and I didnt have a room to stay anymore. Even though I had fully paid for the room 3 weeks before and it was non refundable. They had organised another room for me in a nearby hotel, I had no choice but accept as it was late and the booking was non refundable. So I went to this hotel, they room they had for me was a in a basement, smelt stale and was small. Again, didn't have much choice, so we had to stay. Luckily it was for only one night!

We were very pleased with our decision to stay on Lido for our two night visit in Venice. The Vaparetto was very easy to use and the hotel is just a couple of blocks straight east, across the island from the boat terminal. The room was small but included everything we needed. CNN English on the Flat Screen TV and WiFi worked great on 1st floor. Breakfast was very nice and included crusty rolls with ham and cheese. I liked the Croissants and butter. A drip perc coffee americano on hand. We enjoyed dinner at the Roxy Restaurant next door and there are 4-5 sidewalk cafes between hotel and the harbor. The Public Beach about 1/4 mile if you take a left on the street rather than right to the boat terminal could be very nice on a hot day.

The hotel was very close to the boat stop and was good value for a clean, quiet room. I would use this hotel again when I return to Venice.

Lido als Endstation mehrerer Linen des Vaporetto-Fahrdienstes ist schnell erreichbar vom Markusplatz u.a. Das Hotel wiederum nicht weit entfernt von der Anlegestelle. Geschäfte, Restaurants und sogar Strand in Fußnähe. Hotel selbst ordentlich, ausreichend gut - Rezeption freundlich, deutsch sprechend, Frühstück gut. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen.

Perfecto! Muy cerca a la estacion de vaporettos (400 mts) la atencion y limpieza del lugar excelente, el desayuno completo, volveria sin dudar!

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr klein, auch das Frühstück ist etwas dürftig von der Auswahl her. Aber es ist alles frisch und lecker, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig. Das Hotel liegt zwischen Bootsanlegestelle und Strand, beides ist innerhalb weniger MInuten zu erreichen und im Umkreis hattes es viele Restaurants. Und lassen Sie sich vom Lift nicht abschrecken :-)

vi var meget glade for den meget venlige betjening og den meget dejlige atmosfære samt den centrale beliggenhed og at der alligevel ikke var støjgener på hotellet - morgenmaden var god og stranden og adgang til omklædning, bad og toilet på stranden meget tilfredsstillende - vi vil gerne komme igen
