A friend and I stayed at Goleta for 8 nights just recently. Upon arrival at the hotel (at 4.30pm) we were told quite rudely that our room was not ready and others had been waiting since early morning for their rooms and to come back in an hour, which after a long day of travel is not what you want to hear (not a one off incident either, saw this most mornings). After an hour or so we came back and checked in to be told we had to pay 100% upfront which we didn't believe was part of our booking. The room itself was quite basic (no kettle and you need to rent a key for the safe) but was quite adequate for what we needed. We had a nice view of the pool areas and the ocean from the balcony. Breakfast was well worth it at the hotel, however finishes early which is odd considering the nature of the island (many late nights!) The location of the hotel was actually not too bad from what we first thought, not being further along den bossa means its not overrun with young idiots and the bus stop right out front was handy for heading into town. One last memorable issue with the hotel was when they ruined some of my friends clothes in the washing and then tried to cover it up by throwing out a t-shirt and saying it was never handed in, took us a while to finally get the manager who sort of helped. Hotel Goleta has some serious potential to be an 8 or 9 out of tten hotel but continued issues with the staff almost ruined the stay for me and my friend.

Great accomodation although a kettle would of been good, staff on reception really helpful, if only the pool bar staff were as efficient. Hotel clean & tidy, no sunbed issues, had a choice of pool which was not heated & beach. Breakfast was good covered all tastes. Choice of walking into lively Playa den Bossa or walking, catch a bus or a boat to Ibiza town, bus stopped outside hotel. Would go back again for a short break as just the right distence from the hussle & bussle but near enough to visit.

Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal okay! Wir waren jedoch nur 2 Tage in dem Hotel. Der Preis war sehr annehmbar und die Zimmer sauber. Ich denke für einen richtigen Urlaub wäre es mir wohl zu wenig 'luxus' geswesen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war jedoch mehr als mäßig. Das hätte ich mir doch etwas frischer und vielseitiger vorgestellt. Aber für unsere Absichten was das Hotel optimal! Wie gesagt, sauber war wirklich alles!!!

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön direkt und direkt am Strand. Aussicht von den Pools direkt aufs Meer ist super. Parkplätze an der Straße vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Bushalte ist vorm Hotel. Essen und Räume / Außenanlagen sind schön. Deutschsprachiger, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Es fehlt jedoch WLAN! Die Entfernung zu Ibiza Stadt bzw. den Diskos sollte man kennen - etwas "ruhiger gelegen". Im Bad waren fremde Haare von Anfang bis zum Ende auf dem Waschbeckenrand (hab ich bewusst nicht entfernt)! Das Essen war gut, jedoch exakt mit dem 10 Uhr Schlag wurde alles ganz schnell abgeräumt und das Gefühl des schnellen rauswerfens vermittelt. Beim eintreten ins Zimmer geht der Fernsehen automatisch mit Lautstärke 30 und nem spanischen Sender an! Durch die hellhörigen Wände (besonders durchs Bad) bin ich durch Zimmernachbarn tlw nachts um 3 / 4 Uhr aufgewacht und nicht wieder eingeschlafen! Für den Preis war es ok, das 4 Sterne Hotel jedoch nicht (wie erwartet) über dem Durchschnitt.

L'hotel est bien mais sans plus. Il n'y avait pas d'air climatisé dans la chambre. Je m'attendais à un peu mieux pour un Sirenis.
