Friendly cheap and cheerful hotel in walking distance to the sights. Kind of faded glory decor at least in our room which was kind of cool. Bruno and the other guys are all dead friendly and you have to get buzzed in through two doors to get to the room so it felt very secure. My only suggestion for improvement would be a kettle and some tea bags in the room, but there was a fridge and a safe which was useful. Would be happy to return with the family.

an excellent location, 1min walk from rail termini then you are in the centre of it all, rooms clean with efficient service, no complaints whatso ever.

We had a wonderful one night stay between two cruises. The staff at the hotel are excellent and helpful. Our hotel is nice, modern and adequate for a family of four. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel to Termini, which one can find a lot of transportation choices to tour Rome or travel to other cities via train. We highly recommend this hotel.

Location: quite near the Rome Temini, within 10mins walk, lots of restaurants nearby; Facility: got fridge in the room, but WIFI signal was extremely weak in the rooms; Room: was just fine, only one plug in the 4-bed-room.

horrible hotel........... nothing in the room worked, the bathroom wasnt clean, and the wallpaper was pilling off the walls.

This was a surprisingly nice place for my family. Franco was a delight - helping us with all kinds of things, from showing us the best ways to tour Rome, to making suggestions for where to find good meals. He even provided us with a phone to call America, for free. All in all, I'd highly recommend his hotel.

The Hotel Sweet Home is conveniently located for Termini, and the proprietor was very friendly and helpful. They do not have facilities for breakfast, and that was somewhat inconvenient. For smokers, the smoking area is outside on the street, which is not particularly pleasant. However, the hotel is secure, and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. With the pleasantness of the staff, the stay was overall positive.

Estancias acorde al precio del hotel. El personal muy amable, nada más llegar nos facilitaron un mapa y nos informaron de cual sería la mejor forma de visitar la ciudad teniendo en cuenta la duración de la estancia, y dónde podíamos encontrar un supermercado cerca, ya que en la habitación hay una neverita. La habitación y el hotel impecables, todo estaba muy limpio. Nos guardaron las maletas sin cargo, tanto el día que llegamos como el que nos fuimos. La única pega es que si eres un poco delicado con los ruidos, se oyen ligeramente los trenes al pasar, ya que está cerca de Termini. Aún así, tanto mi pareja como yo descansamos perfectamente bien. Otro punto a favor es que tienen wifi gratuito, que viene muy bien para usar servicios tipo watsapp o skype. Además, hablan español.

Enkelt hotell. Ingen luksus, men greie senger og OK bad. God rengjøring, men hotellet er slitt. Lysbryteren ved døra virket f.eks. ikke, slik at vi måtte helt inn til sengene for å slå på lyset. Stillas utenfor vinduet, gikk ikke an å åpne eller få inn lys. Ellers greit nok. Beliggenheten er bra når en ikke skal være så lenge og det er viktig å komme enkelt til og fra Termini.

Très bon choix, attention pas de petit dej. Possibilité d aller en prendre un pas trop cher à la gare. Attention, plus cher si vous vous installez à une table. Patron très serviable. Pas de bruit même côté rue.
