Grande Hotel de Paris - بورتو

The location was great - just outside of the main historical district - you could definately walk everywhere. We walked from the bus depot to the hotel with out problem but we only had backpacks - luggage would have been difficult. the breakfast was top notch, a great start to the day. and the garden was lovely. Staff was very helpful with excellent advice and recommendations (take them! ie - where to eat)- but not super friendly. Bed was very comfortable but no A/C so hot at night and the noise from the busy area started early in the am. Grande hotel but rooms very basic

The Hotel has certainly been around for e few years and some aspects of the building show it. However,our rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.It's position is good being near the tourist bus stops but beware open windows in front rooms when the nightlife empties out in the early hours

The hotel has character and charm. It is comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is really good with lots of choice and plenty of it. It is near to the metro and very convenient for exploring the city. For an evening meal - try Ze Bota which is about 15 mins walk.

brilliant atmosphere, helpful receptionists and a very interesting breakfast. It is three houses knocked through which creates an amazing layout with two staircases that are semi open plan. I was there in february and temperature is fine - not sure if in summer will be too hot as no air con.

très bon hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, très propre et grand atout très bien situé. un petit bémol, rue très bruyante le samedi soir. petit déjeuner fabuleux!

Beaucoup de cachet et de charme.Personnel très aimable (francophone et anglophone). Les chambres sont petites mais très propres. Pour la douche "grand gabarit s'abstenir...." Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel avec un petit déjeuner gargantuesque dans une magnifique salle à manger

Te transporta en el tiempo. Rompe con el ruido de la soledad, abriéndote una puerta ... que el corazón ya no puede cerrar porque tampoco existen ni llaves ni candados. Es pura poesía. Con sabor a mar ... y nostalgia. Y un alma que deja parte, al igual que la recibe, de todo un mundo en el que las lágrimas se convierten en suspiros que sellan los labios y viajan a través del rumor de otras almas ...

The hotel is full of authentic details and charming features, adn has a great breakfast. One warning though: do not accept a street-side room in the weekends: the street noise and music will keep you awake until 6am...
