La Terrasse - لو بورو-سور-مارن

I went to this hotel with my wife and kids (3 kids under 7 years old). I was driving in from Germany, and the proprietor guided me in with his limited English. He and his wife were very nice to us, and seem to be really good people. The neighborhood was so - so. No real restaurants to go to, etc. We drove into Paris (about 15 minutes by car into Notre Dame and the Louvre) which was great, and once you find the hotel its pretty easy to get back to (Paris traffic permitting of course!!). The room we pretty decent for a 1-star hotel, and we had 2 bedrooms with a small hallway area with TV, etc. Given the price we got - I was pretty happy with this hotel, but its not in Central Paris - so don't go expecting to walk out your front door and hang out in a great cafe or anything!

Hotel leaves much to be desired but it is rated as one star so I guess you can't expect too much. My main beef with this hotel is the location. To get to the center of Paris you need to take a bus to the RER station then transfer on to the train into town. I would suggest staying closer to a metro station which is cheaper than the RER train.

I got what I paid for. The children loved the spiral staircase and bunk beds. I had a problem with the stairs at 6'6 and 21 stone the children found my struggles with it rather funny. A conveniant economic place to stay and visit Paris or Disney.

My husband and I stayed here Dec. 26th-28th, 2001. I LOVED it. :) My husband didn't at first because he is a taller guy and the rooms were pretty small, but for the price it was perfect! We weren't there very much because we were sightseeing but I would definitely recommend this hotel. Easy to find if you have a GPS (we drove). Close to the train station (about 15 min. walk). Even though it is out of the Paris Center it was lovely. We got to experience more of the non-touristy side. :)

It is of course very difficult to find cheap hotels in city like Paris, i have stayed in this hotel and found it very economical and also it is very easy to reach from central Paris and it takes approx half an hour, the best station is Noget le Perrux and from here one can take bus 120, the hotel is 2 bus stops away, the hotel owner is very friendly, we reached hotel quite late night but the hotel owner was friendly enough to provide us access to our room, i would definitely recommend this hotel as it is very cheap.

The location actually in the Paris region not the city, so you may need to spend some money for the transport to some attractions. It was takes me about 20mins walk to metro station. The hotel is combine with the restaurant and they are actually not open saturday and sunday, so that saturday afternoon after the check in time I was stood outside and knock the door for at least 30mins in a very cold weather without any responds. At last the hotel owner came out and he is really kind and polite person, so I just forget about this. Good thing is that the place so quite and you can escape from the busy and noisy city.

The owner was very helpfull, but did not speak english very good. There is no parking for the hotel, you have to park at a public paying parking, so just imaging, you have to make sure you putting money in the meter so your car don't get towed away. The breakfast was orage juice, coffe and or hot chocolate with crousants and not included in the price. The entrance of the Hotel is in a ally. The area is nice an quiet but if you never been in that area you will be a bit worried about your surroundings. Their is wireless internet but you need to have a login and password whitch I didn't get.

Can't expect too much for the price it offered.. overall if just looking for a place to sleep.. this will be good... with free wifi & drinks... hotel owner speaks english and very helpful... hotel is 2 bus stops away from Nogent-Le Perreux Station...

Loved this place! It is an especially great value in an otherwise overpriced city. Stayed with two kids who loved the spiral staircase and bunk bed in our room, and found the staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. The area is very nice and quiet, with bakeries and restaurants conveniently close, although nothing really worth seeing. The only drawback was the location, which is a good distance from the city core, but it is not at all difficult to get in and out with the A-train and 120 bus, or E-train and 15 min. walk. Overall, a comfortable and friendly place and great value. Would happily stay there again.

Ménage impeccable, patronne très discrète. Chambres calmes malgré une mauvaise isolation entre les pièces. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Proche des transports en commun ce qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Paris en une trentaine de minutes. Personnellement, j'y retournerai.

Liegt mitten im Stadtleben von Nogent-Le-Perreaux. Zu Fuß RER in 15 Minuten erreichbar. In etwa 40 Minuten ist man mitten in Paris. Für Leute mit kleinen Budget geeignet wenn man auf comfort verzichtet und den ganzen Tag Paris erkundigen möchte.

wc trop petit - il manque des gants de toilette et des rideaux aux fenètres.

koste niet veel, maar je moet er ook écht niets van verwachten. Kamer die we hebben gekregen zag er totaal anders uit dan op de foto. Waarschijnlijk de allermooiste kamer op de site gezet. Voor een nachtje was het prima, maar zou er geen 2de keer meer naar toe gaan, dan maar iets meer betalen. Rioolafvoer lucht op slaapkamer, douchedeur lekte, vijver op de badkamer.

Hotel très calme, rapport qualité-prix parfait.

Un petit déjeuner servi avec dédain sur une table sale, composé d'une panière de croissants et d'un verre de de jus d'orange. Sans aucun autre accessoires, ni couteau, ni serviette, pas de beurre et confiture,.....rien.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Parking gratuit devant la porte, accueil sympathique, dîner et petit-déjeuner très corrects...pour des prix que l'on ne trouve plus!!

fint hotel til prisen.. meget venlige ejere, der meget gerne vil hjælpe.. Hyggeligt område - og by lige i nærheden.. ca. 45 minutter fra Paris centrum - men nemt at komme der ind - først med bus 120 ( som går lige fra døren) til stationen og herfra kan du komme lige til centrum.. værelset var ikke så rent - men ok.. så alt i alt ok til prisen.. hvis man skal være længere tid i Paris ville vi ikke tage dette hotel, da man bruger for lang tid på transport.. Parkeringsmuligheder er ved døren ( på vejen - her er der ingen fee) - ellers er der parkeringsplads lige overfor, hvor det dog koster...

Acceuil assez froid ainsi que l 'échange avec la propriétaire . Assez déçu de l'état de l'hotel ainsi que celle de la chambre , la nuit il fait trés froid impossible de pouvoir avoir le chauffage . Mais autrement il est bien situé avec le bus à côté ainsi que le RER E et A .

Hotel situé nion loin du centre ville. Peu de conforts, personnel accueil sympathique. Juste pratique pour passer une nuit profesionnelle quand les hôtels voisins sont complets.

Die Hotelbeszitzer sind großartig und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr gut zu finden und man kann das Auto abstellen. Busanbindug zum Metro nach Paris direkt in der Nähe. WIr haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hotellet ligger en bit från centrum. det tar c:a 45 minuter att ta sig dit med kollektivtrafik. man tar RER-tåg röd linje (A2, riktning Boissy-Saint-Léger) till Nogent sur marne, sen buss 120 (det står en skylt buss 120 på tågperrongen). Man hoppar av vid station Alma, sen är det 100 meter att gå. Jag tycker området runt hotellet är trevligt. Hotellet är billigt, och man får bara sängar, bord och dusch/toa. Ibland fick vi in avloppslukt från en brunn på gatan , men inte så farligt. Jag skulle ta detta hotell igen om jag ska till Paris igen.

Accueil chaleureux, hotel calme, parking à proximité.

Malgré un décor de chambre et de parties communes un peu vétuste qui mériterait d'être rafraichit, les chambres présentent un bon rapport qualité/prix qui permet de changer un peu des grandes chaînes hôtelières. L'accueil est convivial, le quartier calme et chic et il y a d enombreux restaurants à proximité. Hôtel étape très correct.

Agréablement surprise, une maison très sympa et j'ai adoré être réveillée par le chant des poules!!! Tout est propre. Le service est très bien
