Apartman Marija - دبروفينك

It was a very pleasant surprise for us to have a chance to be at Marija Apartments. IVO the owner of the apartments is the best host someone can have. He was so attentive and so willing to stay around and put himself at our disposal for every possible question we have. The apartment is in a shot distance from the Old City of Dubrovinik as well as the new one.and there is a great beach within walking distance. The apt is silent and has truely everything it advertise it has . But the cherry on the icing is the way IVO - the owner advise us in where to go - what do do and where to eat well without spending like a clueless tourist. I would rate 12 on the scale of 1 to 10 - and obviously it is worth every dollar it cost - it put to shame any other European over rated accommodation in Europe and lots of place in the world ! Hurrahh for Marija apartament and thank you so much IVO!!!

Our apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a four night stay. It takes about twenty minutes to walk into the old area of Dubrovnik and about five or ten to get to Gruz harbour so it is very convenient. From the outside the building looks more business than residential and is very quiet inside. The apartment is on the top floor of about three levels. The side of the apartment we were in did not have a sea view but the balcony we had was still nice. Ivo and his family who own the apartment were very friendly and met us there after we got off the airport bus. Some of the family were using the apartment connected to the one we were in while we stayed there and Ivo was good at recommending places for us to go to. It wasn't a traditional apartment however we would go back due to the location, friendliness of the owner, facilities and price.

I had the most enjoyable stay at the Marija apartments in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The apartment was surprisingly spacious and impeccably clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. The bedrooms were nicely furnished with many spare blankets and pillows. The air conditioning was modern, adjustable and very good. The apartments are located in an ideal position: Half walk between ‘Grad’ (the old town) and the harbour. The old town was an enjoyable 10 minute walk (path all the way). The balcony is also very spacious and includes a table, chairs and clothes line. The apartment was equipped with utilities I would not expect (washing machine, hairdryer, books, magazines, etc....) but these were helpful to have if needed! The unique features about this accommodation were the comfort and cleanliness. The manager (Ivo) makes sure that you are settled in and personally provides you with maps and an introduction to the area and is always on standby for whatever you may need. He is full of valuable local knowledge to ensure you have the best stay and know the best (and affordable) things to do and places to go. I will certainly return and recommend my friends and colleagues to visit these lovely apartments in the beautiful town of Dubrovnik.

The appartment is conveniantly located in downtown Dubrovnik close to the centre with all the facilities associated with a modern city and located a 10 minute bus ride from the old city a truly whao factor world heritage site.

vår lägenhet låg perfekt i centrum, nära till allt,men saknade hiss till tredje våningen i den 30 gradiga värmen. Ägaren Ivo ställde upp med allt man eventuellt behövde fråga om ,hämtade och lämnade vid flygplatsen 05.00!!!! njöt av den egna frukosten på balkongen som man varierade och åt vid vilken tid som helst.

Sacré galère pour le trouver ! GPS récent et à jour en échec complet : le nom de la rue n'est pas celui qui figure sur le plan d'accès en ligne, aucune indication devant l'immeuble. Il a fallu plusieurs habitants de Dubrovnik, dont je salue l'amabilité et la serviabilité pour finir par trouver, puis 2 heures d'attente pour la venue du propriétaire... Heureusement que l'appartement était très bien.

We had great five nights at Apartment Marija, located between beatiful old town "Grad" and port "gruz". The apartment was good with nice part sea view balcony. The owner of the apartment, Ivo with his family, is fantastic arranging us all we need and giving good tips where to go. In Dubrovnik and it's surrounding there are so many places to go that five days was not enough at all. We can warmly recommend the place.

Vi var to voksne og to barn på ti og tretten år. Eieren av leiligheten kom og hentet oss på busstasjonen og kjørte en liten runde rundt i byen for at vi skulle få en oversikt. Leiligheten ligger ca 1,5 km fra gamlebyen og rett ved shoppingdistriktet, rett ved en ganske traffikert gate. Trafikken i Dubrovnik er kaotisk, men vi merket ikke mye til det i leiligheten, siden vi holdt dører og vinduer lukket, noe som var helt nødvendig i varmen. Eieren var veldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt, og det var bare å sende SMS om alt man lurte på.

Lägenheten har ett väldigt bra läge om man vill besöka flera delar av Dubrovnik, ta en båt eller ha promenadavstånd till flera ständer. Nära till mataffärer, bageri m.m. Ägaren Ivo är mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. När man bokar lägenhetet i Dubrovnik så bör man även titta på lägenhetens höjdläge det kan ibland vara många trappsteg. Den här legenheten ligger kanonbra även i det avseendet, inte ett trappsteg (om man inte vill).

Otroligt bra service, Ivo - ägaren, kom och mötte oss och lotsade fram oss till hotellet och bjöd sedan på öl! Smakade mycket bra i värmen.rent och fint.

Ren och fint. Alldeles lagom för 4 personer. Lagom avstånd från Gamla stan, ca 1,5 km. Ivo och Marija, ägarna till lägenheten, var underbara! Otrolig service - och härliga människor. Dubrovnic är en fantastisk liten stad - rent och fint och mycket vänliga och trevliga människor. Vi hade en underbar weekend! Rekommenderas varmt!

Beliggenheten: Ligger 15min gange til sentrum. Bussen stopper rett utenfor. Minstepris for taxi til byen er 50K. Service: Ivo er veldig hyggelig og service innstilt. Generelt: Helt greit, hvis man skal overnatte noen dager i dubrovnik. Selve stedet er litt chabby, men det duger.

Nice and clean apartment run by a very helpful guy. Mr Ivo will fix transport to and from, and give you a few hints about things to do in Dubrovnik.
