The hotel is 10-15 minutes walk from Piazza Roma so it's convenient and you don't need to drag your luggage far. Another good thing is free Wi-fi. However, it's below average in terms of cleanliness/amenities, don't expect too much.

I am so glad our stay was for 1 night. It was not a great experience. There are some things the owner/manager couldn't really do much about - the size of the room, noise, ect. But when you pay 100 euros a night you expect more than a stale croissant for breakfast. Found this hotel poor value for money, miserable staff, tiny noisy room,rock hard small bed, a lot of waiting around to check in / out, and as mentioned, breakfast was a stale croissant. We have stayed in Venice several times but this is the only hotel I have given a poor review.

Close to train station, 15/20 min walk to coliseum if you really want to. Max is extremely helpful and knowledgable. Definitely recommend

We stayed in the multi-bed room, which I think they refer to as an apartment. Please be aware that the apartment is a 15 minute walk from the office where the other units are located. (We were not aware of this when we arrive, with two kids in tow). Anyway, speaking only about the "apartment", it's a perfectly adequate place for the money. This is not a new or modern room. You're staying down a small alley, just like many of the local's homes. Lot's of local flavor, I guess you could say. It's kind of cool, in that respect.

breakfast was not good.

They altered the price after I got there despite having a reserved price from hotels.com. Calling this place a hostel would be flattering. The service was horrible with rude and inappropriately dressed staff. The room was pathetically small and unclean and the beds were uncomfortable. Unless you are a 17 year old on a back-packing trip, I would not recommend staying here. That said, if you are on a back-packing trip, you likely couldn't afford to stay here given the price they charge for this dump.

First, don't be fooled. The pictures on Hotels.com and the hotels website are NOT what you will get at this hotel. The lady at the hotel check-in was extremely rude. She acted as if we were bothering her and that is was a hassle to check us in. RUDE!!! The room was filthy when she escorted us to our room. It had not been cleaned since the last guests. We had to leave and wait for it to be cleaned. Upon returning at 9pm at night...trash had been picked up, but no towels, dirty sheets, etc. The worst part...no one to contact to get help. The front desk closes at 6pm. We were also promised a private bathroom, but instead the bathroom was shared by 4 rooms. Look elsewhere...stay only as a last resort. The only good thing is that the hotel was located near the train and bus station.

let's say that room was OK, i expected something worth, but the breakfast was really bad and the internet was even worth. breakfast was the plastic glass with cheap juice, piece of bread and ...(bad, bad, bad). the story of internet was funny: it was important for me to find a hotel with internet, but when i arrive to hotel, it doesn't have, so we had to sitt in street to use other hotel internet. and when i told them about internet, just they said that they can't do anything.

Very nice hotel - not overly priced for Venice. Pleasant staff. Clean and tidy room. Overall very satisified. Shared bathroom but again very clean and tidy. Close to St. Lucia train station so not too far to walk with suitcase!

The location was not in short distance as mentioned. We came to the location and it was an office, then we we had to walk 20 minutes to the apartment (not hotel) with our big luggages (2 bridges with no elevator) through the bridges. Very tiring..... The staff is not always in the office, when we had to check out the next day at 10 am, no one was there and we had to wait for 20-25 minute outside. It is ok for a single traveler with only backpack, but not family with children.

It was clean and comfortable but not good value. The location wasnt good and the breakfast was poor: You could find somewhere nicer for the same money

Хороший отель для бюджетного проживания. Раковина в номере, чистое белье. Рядом с вокзалом - не надо идти с чемоданом через весь город.

Las habitaciones que reservamos no estaban mal , menos una que tenia humedad por todos los sitios además eramos un grupo y a una familia nos mandaron a 20 minutos andando desde donde se hace la entrada. El servico de entrada fatal una persona lenta que no se enterraba de nada, tubimos que estar horas para que nos dieran las habitaciones despues de rellenar papales que en teoria ya tendrian que estar preparados, atención mala!!!

chambre avec lit confortable,mais coté négatif , la salle de bain partagée. Petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré.

Sarebbe stato meglio se l'acolienza non fosse stata cosi arrogante, maleducata, scortese(parlo della. Sig. Bionda della reception) e che i pigiama di mia figlia non si fosse trovato sotto il letto dopo le pulizie.

Hyggeligt lille hotel. Værelserne er stor og hyggelige. Man kan sagtens leve med bad og toilet på gangen, men forvent lidt kø om morgenen. Morgenmaden består blot af par rundstykker, men det ligger da bunden, inden man går op oplevelse i Venedigs labyrint af gader.

God beliggenhed i fredeligt boligkvarter, men lokalt liv og placeret meget tæt på tog- og busstation. Ok kvalitet i.f.t. pris, men forvent ikke for meget service.

Hotellet ligger nära buss-/tågstationen och även inom gångavstånd till diverse sevärdheter och trevliga promenader. Vårt rum hade delat badrum med ett par andra rum, men det stod specificerat i bokningen. I samma trappuppgång som hotellet låg andra "vanliga" lägenheter, men det var inget problem. Det finns tillgång till trådlöst internet (gratis), men med dålig täckning. Frukosten som igick bestod av kaffe från en automat och en croissant på typiskt italienskt manér. Man fick servera sig själv i ett delat kök, inget märkvärdigt.
