A good hotel for business but very noisy with a major construction site next door. Despite asking for a quiet room the room was facing a building site where very noisy works started at 6:30 every day. Also hotel still charges, why do hotel still insist on doing this General service (room/front desk) could have been faster

excellent hotel...we loved it!

Everything about this hotel is awesome, except for the location. It is in a really nice new area, but it is very far from central Tel Aviv and the beaches. They do offer free shuttles to central Tel Aviv, but not back to the hotel. Taxis charge a fortune to get there from central Tel Aviv. If you can figure out the buses, it is not that bad. Overall, great hotel.

Going through the hotel lobby was a nightmare! Someone must have gotten a truckload of free strawberry scented artificial perfume an sprayed it excessively in the hotel lobby. The service was cold and unfriendly, besides for the last night we encountered this lovely young lady, her name was Hila. She was extremely friendly and hospitable. Anyone at the management office with a bit of brains should place her at the front desk to greet the guests. Perhaps then, the hotel might have a better feeling. Especially because we've already established how bad the smell was. During the breakfast, the staff start cleaning away a half hour before, makin you feel rushed. Overall experience was horrible and unwelcoming. As an avid traveler and having stayed in hundreds of hotels, I'd say this was the worst by far. Stay anywhere but here.

Two cockroaches greeted me in my room when i came in. in the morning there was no hot water. other than that the room was spotless and the bed was great.

We travel alot.... and this boutique hotel is one our favorites we've ever stayed in. It is contemporary, classy and clean.... there is not one thing i would have changed about our experience.

Summary: Business hotel. Great value for couples on weekends, where distance to Tel Aviv is no issue (assuming you have a car). + clean, modern, comfortable + great lounge with free soft drinks and snacks, comfy seats, newspapers and PCs + Lovely breakfast + Not overly busy on weekends + free modern gym + very good value for money - Parking is a bit of a problem even on weekends due to all the hospital, businesses & restaurants around. - No view from the room, but if you wish to spend much time in the room other than for sleeping or having a shower then maybe this is the wrong hotel for you (though flat TV & cable seems adequate). - No free wireless internet, so you have to use the PCs offered by the hotel even to find a cinema.

its not in the center and heart of telaviv yafo but the location is ok.. there are lots of cafes and restaurants around the area. plus its very near the diamond center and only a 10 minute cab ride to the center so location is not bad the room was amazing! but when we i stepped on the carpet under under the bed it was wet so we could not find out how it got wet but the hotel was willing to give us another room or dry the rug we just chose to let them dry the rug.. very modern and comfortable.. oh another problem is that they dont have a driveway for the taxi or cars to drop you off directly to the lobby so you have to take a few stair steps to get inside the lobby pretty inconvenient if you have a huge luggage.

i loved the hotel, the design is very very nice, the hotel is very beautiful with silk design. the tube of the shower handler was broken and it took a minute for the water to get warm, besides that, everything was perfect

Loved it!.Great hotel and the service was outstanding........breakfast was great and please check the ninth floor.....over all it felt like home away from home.

Hotel only opened 2 weeks ago.Tremendous change to the "staid" offererings normally associated with Tel Aviv.All 3 rooms were meticulous.Based in brand new commercial area.Lots of young people enjoying themselves in trendy restaurants.Breakfast was beautifully presented with a wonderful range of freshly made omelettes,pastries and health conscious options.Staff extremely helpful and willing to please.Fattal Hotels is on to a winner for the business and short term vacationer market.Will definitely return.

O hotel está super bem localizado em uma area nova com vários restaurantes e a facilidade de um estacionamento no hospital que fica bem em frente. No ultimo andar tem um bar com comidinhas e bebidas o dia inteiro e não cobram nada, super agradável. A sala de ginastica é otima. O problema é que são poucos computadores, apenas dois, se alguem resolve navegar na internet, pode ficar horas esperando e tomando café e chá, além dos doces e salgadinhos. No quarto o espaço é apertado para dois passageiros com malas grandes, não há lugar para colocar as duas malas e andar, além do que a limpeza deixa a desejar, a xicara usada, ficou com marca o botom 3 dias...simples assim, uma agua e nada de lavar direito.

Отель с трудом дотягивает на 3*. Сервис ужасный: 4 дня мы во время завтрака "боролись" с официантами за получение кипятка для чая, в комнатах убирают очень плохо - унитаз (sorry) вообще не чистят, рекламные материалы гостиницы в комнатах насильно кладут на документы и другие вещи гостей, и самое главное - при выписке из отеля выписали 3 раза больше напитков и закусок из МИНИБАРА. Мы с трудом доказали, что мы не воры и так далее... Больше никогда там не останусь и другим не советую!

Super Hotel! Schicke Zimmer, sehr gutes Restaurant, sehr guter Fitness Raum, Bussinesslounge und nettes Personal.
