BLACK HILLS INN SUITES - ديدوود

We usually stay here when we go over to Deadwood for the night. Its a bed to sleep in and a shower to clean up. Nothing fancy, no frills no thrills. Very satisfied and will return again!

Service was pretty good. And the rooms were clean. Was a little far from Main Street but the trolley can take you there. All in all for the price I would stay there again. Cost about half as much as te other hotels

We enjoyed the stay the room was small but for the price great. Service was great and the place was clean.

Older motel that could use some remodeling. Bed wasn't very comfortable.

The carpet in the room was dirty. Room was very small, sink was right by the bed. Bed was not comfortable.

Our stay was just okay. We were there during a heat wave, and the ice machine was broken. We were told by staff that we could get some ice at a local store; however, the store was nowhere near the inn. They did not seem to be in a hurry to fix the ice machine that several travelers attempted to use. We decided that, since we would not have ice to refresh us when we returned to our room after a day of sightseeing, we would leave the AC on so that our room would not be hot and stuffy. Unfortunately, staff took it upon themselves to enter our room while we were gone (even though the "do not disturb sign" was clearly posted) and turn off the AC. So, when we got back to our room, hot and tired, there was no ice and no cool air. Furthermore, the furniture and furnishings are pretty outdated, and we didn't like that the sink was right next to the bed instead of in the bathroom. Really, the only thing we liked about the inn was the price (which they actually charged me $15 more than the agreed upon price (tax included) on hotels.com), and that the trolley came by every hour to take people to town ($1 each way). We will definitely visit Deadwood again someday; however, we will pay a little more to stay somewhere else.

Very smelly in the hallway - like pet urine - room was very dirty - dirty to the point that I would not put anything on the floor.

I chose this hotel because of the price, and it was en route to my eventual destination of Washington. I'm so glad I chose to stop in Deadwood. The inn is out of the way (off I-90), but the drive up to it was amazing! We arrived rather late, and my key was waiting at the front desk (no attendant at the time, but just a phone call away). The rooms are situated in different buildings (small but conveniently spaced), with one designated for people with pets (something I'll keep in mind when traveling with one). Although it's an older hotel, it was quite well-maintained, and the room was very clean with a pleasant smell. The wi-fi was acceptable, and the breakfast laid out the next morning was very good. I had contact with only one staff member, the morning desk clerk, who was very pleasant. Overall I'd rate my stay as a "four". I'd go again just for the atmosphere (my kids were exchanging ghost stories before falling asleep; you could truly imagine ghosts roaming the halls there).

Enjoyed every minute. Pool and hot tub great. Room small but comfortable---plenty of storage for luggage. Quiet. Convenient trolley to town---every 30 minutes. Don't know what other negative reviews were complaining about---clean, friendly, quiet.......if you want a 5 star hotel, then pay the price somewhere else.......I have traveled all over the world (all 7 continents) and found this place as good or better than most places I have stayed. Take a chance and try it---you'll like it!

Older but very quiet and clean

Basic hotel-nothing fancy. breakfast is very basic. pool and hot tub are a bonus.

Great price, clean room, quiet location, and trolley service. Had everything the big hotels do except gambling but that was fine because we were there to sleep.

Beautiful area, close to Deadwood. Good service, especially for the money.

We drove 650 miles to Deadwood SD . It was our 40th wedding anniversary. We booked this room for two nights and did not really know what we were getting .t My husband had asked for one extra pillow , they said they did not have any. My husband insisted that he needed one and they really did not want to give him one. finally they brought one to the room. The staff was not customer friendly or cooperative at all. Next time we will spend a little more and receive better service. We were very dissappointed in the service we received.

if you want luxury this is not it ,it is a simple small motel, rooms are small but clean , good for a short stay, price is good for the area.

I found the room clean and quiet, the staff has zero people skills, and the breakfast was really poor.

this trip was a small vacation for my husband and myself. first off we arrived after the front desk was closed and our keys were waiting for us. the rooms were very clean and comfortable. we got to enjoy the indoor pool and jacuzzi. we enjoyed the one story building, nobody thumping above us was refreshing. we will return and stay at this hotel, and who knows maybe next time we will bring the kids.

We could not get the heat on & when we reported it upon check out we were treated as though we were completely stupid. We have stayed in many hotels around the world - I think by now we have figured out how to operate a heat/air system. (even some fairly primitive systems operate better than that one did) They could stand to do a little maintenance on their motel, as it is a very nice facility & location other than that.

the hotel was a huge bust. The staff were the only good thing about the stay. we only made it one night instead of the full seven we booked The room was dirty, pillow covers were stained, the the bathroom was tiny, and the room was cramped. I would not stay here and would not recommend this hotel to any one.

The room was dirty and the breakfast was .disgusting.

Avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel dans un réception charmante au décor montagnard et pittoresque. Par contre chambre vieille et sale dans un bâtiment préfabriqué à quelques mètres de là... Salle de bain poussiéreuse (avec même une toile d'araignée...). On ne s'y est pas plu et étions contents de n'y rester qu'une nuit, qui plus est très chère!
