Excellent Wonderful Hotel enjoyed it very much room was huge (like a studio apartment) everything was right there in the room.

The rooms in this hotel are very clean and absolutely huge. Nice kitchenette area with a sink and mini fridge. We used the shuttle service back and forth to the airport many times and at odd hours. Our flight arrived at 11:30pm and left at 5:30am. We had no trouble getting the shuttle at those hours and the drivers were very nice. The desk staff was helpful. The breakfast was just ok. Make your own waffles were good, but the eggs and sausage were pretty bland. But with that said this is the nicest hotel at this price point that I've stayed at.

We have stayed at this hotel many times but will not be staying here again. They need to do some serious cleaning and updating. The hottub had green algae on the sides and after only being in the tub for a few minutes, we began to feel itchy. The room has started to show wear and needs some updating. Very disappointed in the condition of the hotel

We would definitely go back. Appreciate the pick up shuttle from the airport. Rooms are great. Staff are very friendly. Nice variety for breakfast.

Handy location for Missoula airport. Decent breakfast buffet. Pleasant van service to airport.

Staff was rude and service was poor.

Pros: close to MSO airport, nice hot breakfast, overall clean. Cons: lumpy pillows, phone not close to bed, confusing wake up call.

The manager was quite helpful with directions to a resturant and with a city map. the pool was a bit cold, but the overall stay was excellant.

I like to stay at Hawthorne the night before a 6 am flight esp in winter so I don't have to worry about driving in the dark in a snow storm. Nice room but TV was in a weird location high on the side wall and didnt swivel.

The hotel and room were very nice, but the walls were very thin. I had the pleasure of listening to the neighboring room's tv show until midnight - Thin walls.

Had to call down to the front desk for towels. The man that brought them was very nice. We discovered no soap for the bathtub, no bathtub mat for the floor, no shampoo or conditioner, but did have lotion. The rug was dirty and cracker crumbs on the rug so the rug wasn't vacummed before we were checked in. We told the man about these things when we checked out but he didn't seem the least bit concerned.

will come back again; good access to the airport

The room was very clean, roomy and nice. Bed was also very comfortable. We would totally stay here again.

convenient and comfortable

Nice large rooms, furnished with all necessary amenities, professional helpful staff. The hotel is very convenient for the airport and the interstate but otherwise, the location is not particularly convenient to Missoula and it attractions.

Loved this hotel. Our room was great: liked the sofa area separated from the sleeping area. Definitely would stay again.

This was without a doubt the best hotel we stayed at on our trip. The staff was friendly, the beds very comfortable, the rooms were clean and quiet, the breakfast area was clean, the hot breakfast was good, the coffee was the best and the hotel was conveniently located for the activities we planned. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel because it was located close to the airport and allowed me to leave my car in their parking lot (free) until I returned. They have a shuttle to the airport and will take you whenever you need to go. This was a great choice! Not only were the rooms clean and well kept, but the hotel personnel were friendly and accommodating!

We met friends in Missoula who were flying in. Hotel was perfectly situated and picked up our friends from their flight without any delay. The hotel itself is new, well appointed, and quiet. We are staying for another night on our way back to MN and looking forward to it.

Huge suite with plenty of room to move around. Convenient fridge and microwave in a separate wall unit. Could easily entertain additional guests or clients if needed.

Very friendly front staff, not the greatest of location and not in walking distance of anything other than a gas station. We found the pillows were way too hard and big (oversized) to get a good nights sleep. We used the pillows from the sofa and put fold-out sofas were equal to sleeping on the floor....We had to stay in two different rooms because the first room had a very bad leak in the bathroom from the room above which was right above our toilet, as well as the mould around the bathtub which should have been addressed right away before being rented out especially for health reasons. Also the bathroom could of used a "two dollar hook" on the door for your clothes when you take a shower or bath. As I said before carpets in both the hallway and rooms were very dirty with a lot of stains. Other than these particulars, it is a reasonable place to stay, except for the price, a little on the high-side for location and amenities.

Very nice rooms customer service was great. The breakfast was really good.

We had a great stay beds are super comfy we had a kitchenette but no cutlery or dishes but we didn't mind. The hotel was close to everything! It would have been nice to have a restaurant on site. Maybe that could be considered in the future. And unfortunately the hot tub was down for inspection that also would have been nice. But we still had a great time and would stay there again

What I don't get. The only choices for covers on the bed are a single sheet or the sheet and a heavy comforter. It is either too hot or not warm enough. Why not have a light blanket? Why can't I make a reservation for a particular room or at least a particular floor if I make it months in advance and pay for it in advance...what is the problem with that?

We have stayed here twice and both times were very pleasing. We love that it is always clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel. Shower pressue was not so great, mostly due to 89 cent shower head. Breakfast could use a better hot variety. But nice, nice facility. Well maintained mineral pool, and exercise room. Close to the interstate, easy to find.

The hotel was great. Fantastic room! Great view, quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was good, overall a very nice stay. The only slight inconvenience was the location. It was not within walking distance to anything. It was located on the outskirts of town, so you had to drive a few minutes to get to dinner, or shopping.
