We stayed at Serenity November 2012. We stayed in the suite and I couldn't believe the size of the room! It had everything we needed, including a French press! The room was extremely clean. The bathroom was huge! The staff was wonderful, too. There was one young gentleman we met during check-in that was particularly helpful and friendly. I wish I remembered his name. The breakfast buffet has just about everything and it was delicious. We had lunch at the restaurant, too and it was absolutely delicious. The pool was perfect and the grounds were well maintained. My ONLY complaint would be that the beach in front of the resort has a lot of broken glass. I don't think that is any fault of Serenity's. It seems to be common on lots of beaches in the area. If we return to Thailand, I would go out of my way to return to Serenity. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

We stayed at Serenity for our first two nights in Phuket and had a very enjoyable time. Great location to see local town and eating places. Everyone was very friendly and great swimming pool

Likes: The rooms were clean twice per day so the hotel service was spot on. The hotel location was conveniently located in Rawai which is close enough to the beaches and local eating but far enough away from the city, that you felt like you were on vacation. The locals there are very nice too and don't try to haggle you for EVERYTHING. The hotel amentities were great too. Nice fitness room, pool, restaurants, spa, etc. We would not mind staying at the same resort if we were to go back.

A really pleasant surprise and a tranquil stay, we would definetly go to Serenity again.

Ideal place to chill for few days. Unfortunately you cant' really swim from the beach but everything else is first rate

The property is as reflected by the name: Serenity. However if you wish to have serenity while you are in the room, I suggest you take the room with seaview. Reason being: I took the serenity room which is right in front of the lift doesnt give you any peace especially in the afternoon. We are getting lots of slamming doors and told that "it is like that in the afternoon because people were checking out". I need to clarify that he staff wasnt rude in replying but I'm not impress either. Conclusion: dont expect serenity in the afternoon or serenity doesnt come with low rates.

The hotel was very nice. Great view due to the fact it is on the water in Chalong bay. Though its on the water, you cannot really swim as there is a pretty significant tide and not much in the way of beach (however I did see the odd patron go in). The only restaurant on site in delicious and offers several theme nights that make it feel new every time, just slightly pricey by Thai standards (as most hotel restaurants are...). Very close to Chalong pier which is convenient for the phi phi tours. Quite far from Patong, so if you are going to Phuket to party, find somewhere closer (the hotel does offer daily shuttle service for those looking to go do some shopping). For romantic getaway for couples, first rate. Value only gets only an ok rating as the roos was somewhat small for the price compared to the other 7 hotels we stayed at throughout our trip, but they had what you needed, and were clean and micely appointed.

A little off from the happening places in Phuket, Serenity Resorts otherwise is a wonderful place to stay. Its on the main road so accesibility is good, The staff was very friendly & courteous & helpful, the room was awesome, swimming pool & the restaurant was amazing, bang on the beach, amazing view, good place to spend quality time. Though a little far from Patong which is the most happening place in Phuket but if you have your own car it should not affect too much. Overall a wonderful place to stay & good value for money

The hotel is located on a main road near the south eastern end of the island, away from all the crowds of the west shore. Our room was a huge suite with a partial ocean view and full kitchen, although we didnt cook in the room. We ate a few dinners at the hotel restaurant and found the food exceptional. It was well presented, tasted great and although it was a little pricey, there is really no where close by the hotel to eat at within safe walking distance. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of variety, including an omlette station where the cook would fry up whatever you wanted. The pool area is fantastic, with great ocean views everywhere in the pool/bar/restaurant area. We watched a great lightning show over the ocean two nights while eating dinner and later from our balcony at our room. I would highly recommend the resort and wouldn't hesitate to stay again at Serenity.

From the room to the service was fantastic! zero complains.

I absolutely am so thrilled with our experience at the Serenity!! It was outstanding!! It was a bit away from all the shopping and night life in Patong but we rented a motorbike and was easy to get back and forth.. It is so nice and quiet there, easy to relax.. Our room was great!! Clean, BIG, beautiful view, and it had very good air conditioning!!!! We were there for 10 days and it went by too fast, we plan to go back in about 5 months but this time it would be for at least a month so it may be too pricey to stay there but if I were presented with the opportunity to head back there, I would not even think twice about it!! I love, love, loved it!! Thank you!!

A great hotel. The "Serenity Room", the smallest of the rooms available, is very nice and great for a short stay. Should you be lucky enough to stay longer than a weekend, I would suggest spoiling yourself by gettting a suite. The hotel pictures of the various rooms are very accurate. There is no swimming beach at the hotel, but the large pool makes up for that. The restaurant food is excellent! We tried just about everything that they had on the menu, and every bite was delicious!

This is the Must Go Hotel for Honeymooners. The staff is super friendly, the food is exquisit and they´ve a terrific breakfast! Live Music at the Bar next to the pool, free activities like kayaking and biking. 24hs Super Gym, Spa, and all you can ask for an nice a romantic stay at Phuket. You can rent a Scooter (300thb) or a Jeep (1200thb) to go to the other beachs, like Patong, Karon and Kata. The only thing, it´s not so close to the tourist zone and beachs.

TRULY!!! A serenity stay at Serenity Resort & Residences Phuket. My wife and I super love the luxurious of the room. The room is very clean, comfort, aesthetically-pleasing and it is seaview. At first, we were quite worry about the images of room shown in website may differ from the actual one. Surprisingly!!! It is exactly the same! It really peace us a lot a lot once we stepped into the room. Actually, we are very particular with the functionality of the room's facility. Awesome!! Our thumb up for it. The air-con is very cool. Water pressure is strong enough. Hot water is functioning well. Kitchen, shower room and etc all 100% satisfaction. The services of their front-desk staffs and the room service teams are very prompt, first class and efficiency. They are very helpful, friendly, and importantly, they... smile always. We like these smile. They really provide us a utmost hospitality there. Serenity is very nearby Rawai beach. Must visit Sea Gypsy Village at Rawai beach to buy own LIVE and fresh seafood and ask restaurant opposite to cook. Walk out from Serenity, turn left and walk few minutes down to enjoy a relaxing Thai massage just 600THB for 2 hours. Please rent a motorbike (ranging from 250 to 300THB) to travel around. Rawai beach, Kata beach, Karon beach and Nai Harn beach is just nearby to Serenity. Do not worry, their signboard is clear enough to lead you. For sure, Serenity is nearby to Promthep Cape (beautiful sunset), Kata View Point (nice scenery), Big Buddha @ nakkerd hill and Wat Chalong. Please rent a vehicle to explore around. Thanks for Serenity for our great stay there!!! We definately will come back again. Tip: Shopping at Patong. The choices are plenty and variety. Bear in mind to negotiate ok!!! Note: Serenity is a best place for mind relaxing. Beware: Taxi outside Serenity is very expensive.

A beautiful, secluded hotel with a stunning view of the sea. Great for couples looking for a romantic getaway. Sadly, the only downside is the unfriendly front reception girl, who does not give you the welcoming feeling. She's not too willing to help with our enquiries and made us feel like troublesome tourist. Thank goodness for the stunning view, we're not going to let her bad customer service attitude stop us from returning. Overall, a lovely place.

Love the HUGE apartment with big bathtub, spacious living room & balcony ! wanted to even extend our stay :) but surroundings and beach is a big turnoff :( luckily the hotel has free shuttle services to town (for shopping etc) & to patong / Nai harn beaches :D in-house restaurant was above average so overall it was a pleasant stay

The hotel is very beautiful with very nice and helpful staff! The location of the pool is fantastic and very well maintained. The whole complex in general is very clean and perfectly maintained. I have been in a lot of hotels and this is one of the best i have ever been. The only kind of non positive point is the location of the hotel. To get to Patong Beach or to Phuket town you need to hire a taxi and this can get costly after a while. But for people who are more looking for a relaxing "not much activity" vacation it is a perfect place, since it is a quite area. Also families with children will have a great time staying there. All in all I would come back any time!!

Had a great stay at this hotel. It is very serene and beautiful. The room was just as promised and every morning I could see the sun rise from my balcony. My rate included breakfast and the breakfast had everything from sushi to omelets, bacon, ham, cheeses, pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit, friend rice, friend potatoes, tomatoes, pai tai, breaks, coissants, pastries, cereals, juices, fresh fruit...it was so wonderful....breakfast is serves right by the pool and bay. Loved this hotel....close to Phuket City and other near beaches. Definitely do the Siam elephant trek and trip to Phi Phi Island.....

Its the perfect choice if you are seeking relaxation moments.

Hotel is quite a bad location from airport and from a good beach however the pool and hotel is amazing ! But the main problem for me was the price of the food and drink they charged me 5 euros for a juice at breakfast and the food was very over pirced and due to its location good restaurants were hard to find

The Serenity Resort is on a strip of beach that is beautiful. The pool area is very relaxing and overlooks the beach. It is only a 5 minute drive to the restaurant strip along Rawai beach and there is plenty of choice of restaurants. The Serenity Room has a balcony that is tiny and the outlook is not good. If you want to sit out on your own balcony you would need to upgrade the room. Overall a great place to stay for 2-4 nights. Can walk along the beach ( 2 minutes) to Friendship Resort for cheap breakfast or meals.

Very clean and very nice

This resort was very upscale, beautifully appointed suites and the hotel service was excellent. I loved everything about the place, including the cat :) The front desk arranged 2 tours for me, both of which were outstanding and very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, everything one could want for breakfast and more. I will definitely stay here again.

偏南方，遠離市區。附近環境一般，但比較清靜。性價比高，但一定要租到較近海邊的房間才有好的景觀，因為園景只是一般。

Simplesmente Perfeito!!! Pra quem quer descansar, sair do agito de Patong Beach, este é o local ideal!!! Os apartamentos são enormes, fiquei numa cobertura com 2 quartos, sala de jantar e estar, cozinha e uma varanda enorme e ainda tinha um terraço no segundo andar... Quero voltar!!!

ホテル自体は全く問題なく、非常に快適でした。料金もリーズナブルだと思いますし、長期滞在やゆっくりするならオススメです。ただ、いろいろな観光地などには少し遠く、1日に２，３箇所回るとしんどいです。・カロン・カタに行くなら、観光は1箇所くらいで秋良したほうが疲れません。プーケットタウンも以外と渋滞する為、半日以上かかると思っていた方がいいです。

今次入住的是Serenity Room garden view，看酒店網站圖片已有心理準備是普通房間size。我兩大一小(8歲）入住，前台給我的房間是最細的標準房，絕不似有30平方米，房型三尖八角的，跟圖片的長方型房很不一樣。前台還要求我補回小童的入住費及早餐費，一晩要加收878 THB ，但不提供加床服務(事實上房間太細，根本亦加不到床，連行路的空間也不足，一入房即上床或入浴室）。最後經過一輪爭取，前台才肯減收入住費，只收早餐費527 THB（我在Novotel vintage 住了三晚，都沒收我小孩入住費及早餐費，還很貼心的主動在房間之sofa床上加上被窩）。除房間細及額外收費外，泳池、海景、早餐均很滿意，尤其是在泳池邊望住海景吃早餐，感覺真的很爽。建議如要入住，最好選擇貴一點的suit room.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit grossen Zimmern und ebenso geräumigen Bad. Pool-Bar-Restaurantbereich direkt am Meer und ganz wunderbar gestaltet. Das Essen im 88 East ist sehr lecker, doch zu europäischen Preisen...wie auch die Getränke. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ausgezeichnet und wir haben jeden Morgen besonders genossen. Der Strand ist dort nicht so toll und das Meer läd nicht zum Baden ein. Doch es gibt einen kostenlosen shuttlebus zum nahegelegenen Nai Harn Strand, der m. E. zu den schönsten auf Phuket zählt. Der Service spricht nicht so gut englisch, das hat jedoch seinen Charm und dafür sind die Menschen unheimlich freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und würden das Serenity jederzeit wieder wählen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

房間十分整潔漂亮，只是空間較小，浴室卻很大~ 設施很新淨，泳池、健身房等都保養很好，環境一流。酒店還提供免費電影dvd和書籍出租，很貼心。職員態度亦很好。會再入住!

호텔 위치는 공항에서 1시간 정도의 거리로 밤늦게 도착하면 택시 바가지가 심합니다. 가능하면 미리 교통편 확보하시는게 좋고 애들이랑 풀장에서 놀기 좋았고 펜트하우스여서 경치도 좋았습니다. 편의점이 입구 길 건너편에 있어서 필요한것 조달하기 용이하고 호텔 주변은 휑합니다. 호텔에서 제공하는 패키지 상품은 가격이 좀 높은 편 입니다.

プーケットの空港からは遠いですが、何もせずゆっくり過ごしたい人にはお勧めです！！ﾎﾃﾙ前にはレンタルバイクもあり、少し離れたビーチ沿いのレストランにも出かけれたり、少し走るとスーパーマーケットのようなお店もあり、食材を買って持ち込んだりも便利でした。

Wir haben drei Tage gebucht und haben uns entschieden noch einenTag zu verlängern. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit Käse und Aufschnitt, verschiedenen Brotsorten und was sonst noch dazu gehört. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommen. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.
