I lLOVE to stay at this hotel! Modern, happening and like coming home all at once. You are immediately greeted and assisted by a staff that make you feel like they just were waiting for you to show up and you just made THEIR day! Rooms are comfortable, view are fabulous, food is great, and convenient to transportation, NYC and you can walk anywhere in Hoboken: one square mile of a great place to be.

Really enjoyed our stay at the W Hotel. It was easy transportation to and from New York City. It was really great to go from the hustle and bustle of New York to a very nice quiet Hoboken.....

It has always been on my list to see New York at Christmas time. This was the year I decided to just get in the car and "just do it". I had a great customer representative that helped me plan the trip. He recommended the W in N.J. I figured I would trust and go with the flow. I am so glad I did. The W provides the best few of the New York skyline, one I would not have seen had I stayed in New York. The service from the hotel staff was outstanding, doing what they could to make my stay the best. The view from my room was breath taking. The staff helped me plan my days in New York, the bellman directed me to the some of the best local eateries. About the only negative thing I could say would be the wait staff in the lobby bar provided poor customer service, therefore I would not recommend the lobby lounge. Other than that I could not say enough about the hotel. Would I recommend it? Yes. Would I stay there again? YES.

My husband and I had not traveled without our children since before they were born, my oldest is 8 years old!! This was a much deserved vacation. Our primary reason for the visit was to explore New York and Hoboken. This was my husband's first time in either city, as well as his first time staying at a W Hotel. (I stayed at the W Time Square in 2009). Staying at the W Hoboken was the BEST decision we made. The staff, the hotel and its location far exceed any other property we have ever stayed in. On a scale of 1 to 10, our hotel experience was a 100!! They have an exceptional staff, stunning views and it is a gorgeous hotel. We liked that fact that we could be in the middle of "the city" (NYC) with just a short ride on the PATH train, which is fun to do when you come from Miami, a city that requires driving to all destinations. We LOVED the fact that we were located in one of the most beautiful cities, Hoboken. Hoboken is beautiful, warm and has that "right at home" feeling that warms your heart. We will return to the W Hoboken. In fact, I can't wait!

I would recommend this to anyone! The hotel itself is clean, breathtaking, exceptional staff - what you expect from a W hotel. The PATH to NYC is about 2 blocks away and you're in NYC in under 30 minutes. Lots of great restaurants around the hotel that are kid-friendly and affordable (sorry W, we weren't feeding the kids at the W!). Amazing view of NYC from the room!

The hotel accommodations were excellent and the desk staff was professional, knowledgeable, and most accommodating. The doormen were on top of everything that was needed from them. The rooms were all updated, with many amenities and quite clean. The views of NYC were impressive. The restaurant staff was polite but somewhat distant and overall rather average. The location, being near the train station was good for connections into NYC and also being just two blocks from Hoboken's main street was good.

We stayed at the W Hotel Hoboken for 1 night and wished we had more nights there. We booked a "Wonderful" room, but got upgraded to "Spectacular" room at check-in. The room had a fabulous view of downtown Manhattan. The bed was so comfortable and warm. The gym was great, fully stocked with ear phones, disposable towels, and cold bottled water. We didn't eat in the Zylo restaurant because of mixed reviews, but did order late night room service and were satisfied with the food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel with spectacular view on Manhattan. Very competent and friendly staff. Close to Restaurants, shops and railway station so that you reach Manahattan in 5 minutes.

We were all very pleased with the quality of the hotel. The veiw of New York was amazing. Staying at W Hoboken was worth the extra money. The only downfall was the price of parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Great to be on the Hudson with NY City View. Hoboken is Great. Walk to everything, shops resturants, and subway/ferries to NY. Very comfortable beds, excellent staff.

I got this hotel by mistake. I wanted to stay in new york not hoboken. and it's cost me to go to new york around 50$

Our room was great, but considering the venue, a few things seemed off to me. First the lobby was as cold as a meat locker, not pleasant. Second we had room service breakfast in a friends suite, which was supposed to be one of the best rooms. While the room was nice, the carpet was stained and the walls were sticky with some kind of liquid when we arrived. Then after waiting over an hour for breakfast, it arrived cold, no cream for the coffee, and a hair in the potatoes. Mistakes happen, but at those prices they should be caught.

I had a room on the 17th floor with a view of the Hudson river and New York skyline which was just fantastic, particularly at night. I'm used to paying a lot for dark, small and dingy rooms in NY and it was just nice to return at the end of the day to a bright and spacious room with comfortable furnishings. Path station a short stroll and main drag in Hoboken has plenty of nice places to eat. Staff were ask very nice, even though I think most struggled with my accent.

The hotel was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The W Hoboken is a stylish hotel right on the waterfront with gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline. The staff was very welcoming and efficient and my room was clean and comfortable. Bed was awesome, linens clean and crisp and Bliss amenities in the bathroom rocked. I would definitely stay here again, and in a crunch would consider this as alternative to Manhattan since it's 4 blocks to the Path train and just 10 minutes into the city.

Front desk staff and the hotel staff were very polite.courticous and helpful. Valet parking was great and the people work at the valet were very respectful and polite. We had a wonderful view of Manhattan and the river from our room. Railway and Bus station were 5 minute walk from the W Hotel and we were in Manhattan within 25 minutes. We enjoyed the proximity of the Resturant district two blocks from the hotel. We are definetly coming back to stay at the W for a week. .

At check in, our reservation had been mistakenly booked in the wrong room. Within seconds, the front desk handled it and provided a complimentary upgrade. We requested a rollaway bed and additional linens and they were at our room within a minute after we got off of the elevator..beautiful facility, fantastic view of NYC, and convenient to Washington Ave in Hoboken - tons of restaurants and of course Carlo's Bakery..would definitely stay here again

With the exception of the bar tenders, every staff person at the Hotel was friendly, efficient ,and informed. I felt welcomed and confident that I was being well cared for.

One of the best travel experiences we've ever had. Not only was the hotel great, the staff took excellent care of our every need. Also, the surrounding city of Hoboken was really clean and we felt very welcome and secure with great access to NYC. All in all, fantastic!

On the bright side, the rooms are sleek and chic. High end bathrooms, bedding and so on. On the dark side, the rooms are much too dark. A lamp or two would help. The other unnerving thing about this hotel--and something common to the chain--is they try too hard to be cool. The elevator floor that leads to the health facility is labeled "sweat." The extra roll of toilet paper is in a bad labeled "the back up plan." The form they ask you to fill out to provide comments is titled, "How was it for you." After a while, this gets on your nerves.

Stayed here 1 night to celebrate anniversary, beautiful building and rooms with fantastic views of Manhattan. Upon checking in we were offered a complimentary upgrade to a top floor room looking out on to lower Manhattan and the Hudson. Booked my wife a massage at the Bliss Spa downstairs, she was very pleased with the service but there was some confusion over how long the massage would last, I was told one end time and when I arrived at that end time I then waited nearly an hour for my wife to complete the massage. Also the doors to the rooms need to better insulated for noise as every time someone slammed a door in the hallway we could hear it. And when we received our invoice after check out there was a mysterious $9 minibar charge that they eventually removed after we called them and explained that we had not used the minibar other than to store a piece of brie. Outside of these relatively minor inconveniences we had a delightful and relaxing stay and will probably return the next time we need to get out of Manhattan for a few days.

The hotel had a great location, the staff was outstanding with service, the room was clean and modern. In fact, as I walked out, I said to the valet, "have a great day Jonathan", and he responded with my name as well. Nice touch.

This was one of the best hotels i ever stayed at. Very, very clean, modern, all amenities, excellent view of Manhattan. Clubs, bars and restaurants located within hotel....excellent, clean rooms.

Great location!

I am always very pleased with the W hotels. Hoboken in particular has raised the bar. Close to the city with amazing views, and a very reasonable train ride via the PATH into NYC. When considering a location close to the city on the Jersey side let the W Hoboken be your first choice. I know it will remain mine!

Hotel was excellent everying was perfect. We came on the train from Penn station very convenient. Beautiful room with great view of the skyline. Very easy to get to the city by train.

An excellent choice to stay if you are familiar with NYC and NJ and wish for an alternative to a pricey hotel in the city... the only neg is street parking which can be very difficult feeding the meters all day. there's no free parking otherwise there are options for garage parking (a lil costly). there's many things to do on the main strip with fine dining and shops. Overall excellent to outstanding

Really sold on W in Hoboken. The room had a beautiful view. Bathroom and shower were lovely and lighting was calming. Internet access was reliable at a cost of $6 per day. I liked the common areas for snack time and breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. What I really liked was being able to walk everywhere. Hoboken has it all - parks, bars,, river views and restaurants. Be sure to try the bagels at Hoboken bagels-good coffee too. And walk over to Willow and 10th for a friendly bar with good food. Enjoy.
