Excellent hotel with wonderful owner and staff. As this hotel is in a ruarl area a few kms from Olhao a car is a essential. Lovely pool and nice large gardens with a small golf facility. Everything is spotless and clean and it is quiet and very relaxing. Breakfast is freshly cooked and there is the usual cold buffet items as well. Highly recommended.

Fantastic locationn for a quiet retreat, Pool area spotless and we just about had the pool to oursevles. Restuarant serves lovely food . We stayed 2 nights and eat there both nights. Would recommend it highly and very reasonable. My only recommendation is the plastice chairs and yellow plastic covers for such a lovely hotel the sun luungers let the hotel down.

This is a totally different Algarve hotel. If has a rural setting in beautiful countryside. The staff were very helpful and considerate. Pool area and small golf course were immaculately maintained and the restaurant was fantastic. We ate there 3 of the 4 nights we stayed and the only reason we did not eat on the other night was because it was closed! Not suitable for children but delightful hotel for couples. You do need a car but that was not a problem for us. We will definately be back!

not everyones cup of tea this place if you want sandsea bars clubs and fast food stay away please because we want it to ourselves heaven on earth compared to the resorts so quiet and peaceful just lie back and wonder how all those crickets manage to stop rubbing there legs together at exactly the same time wierd that the location the views the completely relaxed atmosphere without the manyana attitude ask for something and its there the lovely clean crisp rooms with superb bathrooms and acres of wardrobe space the most amazing and very reasonably priced food and that georgeous cool not cold crystal blue pool there for you just when you need it we stayed for four nights out of east mids on easy jet at the end of july great flight times twenty euros from the air port and within three hours we were sitting by the pool with a bottle of wine we cannot wait to go back and will be in september total relaxtion in an incredible location so please stay away its ours

Vi havde booket 2 nætter her på Quintaen. Der var en fantastisk fred og ro under hele vores ophold. Vi fik et værelse med udsigt over haven og den omgivende natur, hvilket vi nød meget. Værelserne er rummelige med lækre møbler og alt, hvad der er behov for. Der er desuden de lækreste, bløde badekåber til at krybe i efter et lækkert bad i de meget pæne og veludstyrede badeværelser. Her bliver alt - inklusiv de små sæber fyldt op dagligt. Morgenmaden er lækker - der er masser af delikat og lækker frisk frugt, lunt brød, pålæg, kager, kaffe og friskpresset juice (vi fik både appelsin og ananas). Man kan desuden bestille diverse lune retter så som scrambled eggs med pølser og bacon, omeletter, blødkogte æg osv. Man skal bare henvende sig til en af køkkendamerne. Vi var i tvivl om, hvorvidt det kostede ekstra - man angav værelsesnummer ved bestilling, men blev ikke opkrævet ekstra betaling ved udtjekning. Hotellets omgivelser er rigtigt smukke - ligesom resten af hotellet. Alt er perfekt afstemt. Poolområdet er lækkert og her kan man sagtens tilbringe et par timer, selvom det ikke er vejr til at bade. Personalet er meget venligt og taler godt engelsk. De er imødekommende og meget hjælpsomme. Der er ca. et kvarters kørsel til centrum af Olhão, som er den største by i nærheden. Her kan man nemt og gratis parkere ved havnen, og her er et kæmpe udvalg af super lækre restauranter både hvad angår fisk, skaldyr og kødretter. Bil er et must, medmindre man påtænker at opholde sig på quintaen den største del af tiden. Vi skal helt sikkert snart tilbage hertil.
