The hotel is amazing but I must say that the service was a little disappointed... after hours of traveling all i wanted to do was take a shower and my room did not have one towel. I called front desk to send some and after waiting for about 20 minutes I had to go out to the hall and find room service myself. Also, the don't have any buses or shuttles to the Falls which I thought it was a little strange since that is the main attraction. The hotel is gorgeous but they definitely need to improve their service and also make it easier for guests to get around considering most of them visit from Europe or North America.

What a wonderful place to spend a few days on the edge of the forest with great pools and walks around the hotel and down to the river! We stayed for a few nights at the hotel and arrived after an electrical storm which had broken the hotels room card entry system so they could not issue us with a room card; this however we not a problem. The staff are fantastic, all speak english and all are so helpful. Every time we wanted access to our room a member of staff came straight over with a key to let us in. This is a minor irritation but could not be helped. The room was great, we had a balcony suite with hammock and loved just releasing and looking into the forest, the room was very comfy and well laid out. The hotel is remote but the centre of town is very touristy so your not missing much and its work staying here fore the awesome location, its what makes the stay so special. The hotel organises taxis for you which are convenient, quick and cheap. My only irritation was that the sauna and steam rooms are part of the Spa which you need to pay for, and I felt this was a bit of a cheek and not what I expect from a premium hotel. Despite that minor quip, I would very much stay again.

We had a lovely stay here a few weeks ago. The hotel has a lovely jungle location and the rooms are marvellous - great shower and bath and lovely big bed. The spa is fab with helpful staff and we had a great couples massage. You will need a taxi to get anywhere but the falls and the nearby town are obviously worth it. Reception staff could be a little less prickly and pool could have been cleaner, but overall we would definitely recommend.

Loi Suites Iguazu is beautifully located in the jungle about 7 km from Puerto Iguazu and 14 km from the airport. Airport shuttle buses are available (AR$ 30/person) but require a minimum of 4 passengers to Loi Suites. A taxi will ask for AR$ 150. No public transport available between the hotel and Puerto Iguazu but the hotel has ‘arrangements’ with taxis (see below) The hotel is very nicely set without disturbing the landscape, the rooms are of a very convenient size, are clean and the installations are in good working order. The exterior as well as the interior are well maintained. Very nice pool(s) in the centre of the resort. The breakfast buffet is rich and kept full even at later hours. Prices for food and drinks are relatively high for local standards but due to the location, one does not really have a choice With a few exceptions, staff did not appear to be very motivated, at reception, at breakfast and at the Tiki Bar – we met very few friendly people. It left the feeling that we were ‘one time customers only’ who were to be served but … The transport arrangements and the (or rather ‘lack of’) info provided at the reception desk in this respect are a little disturbing. Reception provides info on taxi rides only, e.g. no info on the public transport available from the omnibus terminal Puerto Iguazu to the falls and back. Prices can vary between the info by reception and the driver!

Lovely high service luxury hotel. Set alone on a fantastic jungle setting, on the banks of the river. Be prepared to fund taxis everywhere (about £10) to the nearest town), but worth it. A great second restaurant, with affordable prices.

This hotel was the most unexpected delight. We were with a daughter and 3 grandchildren. We were all delighted with the location of the place, the service (best) It was an experience we did not know about in advance and would love to return.

My fiancé and I just returned from a long multi-city trip to South American and hands down agree that our 2 night stay at Loisuites was by far our favorite! The hotel is simply gorgeous with the 3 infinity pools, bridge walkways to your room, and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by the jungle is worth every dime to stay here! The rooms are very spacious, clean, and the décor was perfect to compliment the “jungle” atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’d HIGHLY recommend staying at Loisuites to anyone visiting Iguazu.

This hotel is like a visit to paradise. The setting is lovely, our stay was idyllic. And its only a cab ride away from the Falls. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The architectural design of the buildings, pools and grounds is stunningly beautiful. The rooms are exquisitely comfortable and tasteful. Service was top-notch. Breakfasts and dinners were superb and worthy of a 5 star hotel. Any disappointment? Travel to the falls requires a private taxi. This is true of most of the hotels. Our driver was a lovely person. We recognize that this supports the local economy.

This is a beautiful luxury hotel! You will need to get taxi to see Iguacu Falls or The Wanda Mines, etc. Fantastic weekend trip!

The Loi Suites was even better than I expected from the photos. It was the ideal hotel to stay at in Iguacu! Was absolutely beautiful with excellent food and great service. You had the feel of being in the rainforrest with all of the amenities of a modern and excellent hotel!

Stayed for 2 nights in June. Very beautiful hotel and rooms and amenities. Jungle view from terrace was nice (although it was cold while we were there). Pool area also looks like it must be fantastic in the summer. The hotel is a bit away from the falls and town, but we were looking for something a little remote and relaxing, and this hotel fit the bill so we did not mind the distance (we organized taxis to falls/airport/etc.). The bar staff was nice but needs a little more training on making drinks. Restaurant was pretty good. They made a nice breakfast and dinners were nice although not exactly a bargain. While we thought the hotel was beautiful and relaxing, I could imagine a lot of competition for pool area and bar space during peak season. But for June 2011, it was very nice and we'd stay there again.

The hotel was very much as described on the site. One neat touch was that there were suspended walkways (very solid cat walks) from building to building. The rooms were nice and the pool area was very pretty too.

This resort is an absolute jem nestled into the jungle and our stay there was nothing short of magical.

Loi Suites was fine, but it could have been better. The staff was not very good at telling us how things worked at the hotel. We were under the impression that the car service was included, but then got a $50 charge for a round trip to the park. Also, the hot water ran out and there wasn't any explanation as to why. I would certainly recommend eating outside the hotel, if possible. Overall, I would stay there again if I returned to Iquazu.

The hotel is very close to the national park entrance (definitely need a cab, can not walk). Of all the hotels I stayed in Argentina this was by far my favorite. The grounds are gorgeous and offer hikes, very close to downtown (need cab) and park. The ambience of the hotel is very "zen-like" Rooms were very spacious. Recommend getting room with balcony that overlooks rainforest (extra money is worth it) Staff very friendly and accommodating and spoke English.

This is one of the best places I've stayed in through all my travels. A beautiful remotely located hotel in the middle of the jungle. The service was wonderful, the spa with it's long hours makes it a wonderful close to the long days. The prices for everything is extremely reasonable. The food and chef are exquisite. The breakfast has a great selection. The one complaint is that the driving directions from both Google maps and the signs can get a bit confusing. However, once you find the hotel, you will realize it is quite simple to get there. If you have a difficult time getting to the hotel, stop at the tourist information center and ask them for directions, that is how I found it. My one tip for finding the hotel. It is one stop-light north of the tourist center.

I'm always a little wary of online pictures and accounts, so I always try to not expect as much as these things promise. I have never had the experience of having the hotel be much better than these pictures and accounts would suggest until now. The grounds are stunning, the rooms are very nicely done, the staff is fabulous. Wow. The only drawbacks are that you are a few miles out in the jungle (also a big plus) and the drinks and meals are expensive for the area, and taxi rides into town or into the sights add up. A great solution: rent a car. You'll quickly save back the money in taxi fares and eating at the (surprisingly nice) restaurants in town. I suspect this might be the nicest place to stay in the entire Iguazu area.

We had requested the quietest room possible, and they were ready for us and put us at the end of the hall. The design of the entire place is gorgeous and luxurious, but you can tell they skimped on the construction. You could hear your next door neighbors through the walls, and the rooms above sounded like herds of elephants with rolly bags! Breakfast was above average for Argentina, where the emphasis is on a large array of sweet things. Being situated in the national park and surrounded by jungle, the grounds are full of papaya trees and dense vegetation. Beautiful pools and spa. Would recommend but with the caveat that they put you on the top floor with no neighbors nearby so you can enjoy the environment. Sad when the noises of the jungle are drowned out by the other rooms due to shoddy construction.

Me surpreendi com o hotel. Antes de reservar, havia lido alguns pontos negativos por aqui, que não se aplicaram à minha estada. O hotel é muito bom, quarto super confortável, arquitetura incrível e comida boa (cafe da manha excelente). A localização tambem conta pontos: bem no meio da mata, na beira do Rio Iguazu. O restaurante não é barato (principalmente os vinhos), mas ainda assim valeu a experiência.

Et godt hotell med god service. Spesielt arrangert med 4 boligenheter og gangbruer imellom. God kapasitet i svømmebassenget og med solstoler. Behov for drosje til utflukter og byturer, ingen transport til fossene ordnet fra hotellet. Alt i alt et godt hotell

Luxe, calme et ... À deux pas des chutes, loti au bout d'une route à trouver - presque facilement, après village guarani. Personnel parlant anglais. Chambre tout confort (+) ouverte sur la forêt, accessible par ponts suspendus... On s'attend à se retrouver face à des animaux sauvages en ouvrant les rideaux. Excellente pinacolada !

O Hotel fica situado a 1,5 da estrada que liga Puerto Iguazu as Cataratas. Fica literalmente no meio da floresta. Os quartos são amplos, modernos e muito bem decorados, todos voltados para o verde. A academia é fraca, poucos aparelhos, a piscina possui número insuficiente de espreguiçadeiras, o que faz com que muitos reservem lugares já pela manhã. O café da manhã é muito bom e o atendimento é Excelente! O restaurante da piscina é um pouco confuso no final da tarde, quando todos voltam dos passeios.

Excellent hotel situé en pleine foret tropicale pres d'une reserve d'indiens guarani et à proximité de la route menant aux cataractes . Service efficace et professionnel. Nous avions ete accueillis à 3 heures du matin ( arrivée tardive du fait de problemes de greves sur les vols interieurs ) comme si nous étions arrivés à une heure normale . Bonne resolution par la receptionniste de notre probleme de location de voiture ( annulée par le loueur Hertz du fait de notre arrivee tardive ). Tres beau lobby , superbement decoré et meublé , bel espace piscine , petit dejeuner copieux et varié , le meilleur de tout notre voyage en Argentine , chambre vaste et agréable bien qu' un peu sombre du fait de la situation de l 'hotel au milieu de la jungle ... Un seul bemol : la cuisine du restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur du reste : assez mediocre.

EXCELENTE HOTEL , SOY ARGENTINO Y SI BIEN HE TENIDO EL PLACER DE VIAJAR POR MUCHOS PAISES Y LUGARES INCREIBLES CON HERMOSOS HOTELES TENGO EL ORGULLO DE DECIR QUE ESTE ES EL MEJOR HOTEL EN EL QUE ME HE ALOJADO . EN MEDIO DE LA SELVA UN 5 ESTRELLAS , CON UNAS PILETAS INCREIBLES CON UNAS HERMOSAS HABITACIONES Y UN GRAN SERVICIO , SOLO SE PODRIA MEJORAR UN POCO LA ATENCION EN EL LOBBY DE LA PILETA QUE ES UN POCO LENTA , PERO POR EL RESTO SI TIENE QUE VIAJAR A IGUAZU NO LO DUDE , ESTE ES EL HOTEL.

hotel excelente, quartos amplos, confortáveis e limpos. estrutura geral boa e os serviços como as massagens no chamado circuito das aguas são imperdiveis, extremamente relaxantes

Las instalaciones son todas nuevas y excelentes. El hotel es bellisimo y te sientes dentro de la selva. La piscina y los alrededores son muy bonitos, el desayuno es muy bueno. A mi parecer y segun los residentes de Iguazu es el mejor hotel que hay en la zona
