Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista/Orlando - أورلاندو

We had a nice stay. We read reviews that said the beds were hard, but we found them comfortable.

The hotel was pretty new, the rooms were a bit small but it was very clean and nice. The pool was nice and the jacuzzi was awsome. Great workout room and they also had a Basketball Court which was great. I would stay there again.

I love this Hotel and will come back to it next time I am in Orlando.

Nice room with parking and internet.

the breakfast was so,so. my grandkids had the scrabbled eggs and homefries,they were bad,they could:nt eat them.i had a omelet, that was great.

The only thing that we did not like is that the lanscaper made a mess of our car. My suggestion to the management is to ask landscaping company to air blow the cars if tree and bush trimmings get on them

As Adverised! Near Downtown Disney. A mile off the beaten path, this nearly new property is close to the interstate, and Disney. Close to many restaraunts, and the breakfast was outstanding. Clean, quiet and enjoyable. Would do it again.

My room was very clean and recently remodeled. Comfortable beds, hot shower and easy check in. Would stay here again. Very close to Downtown Disney, but they only offer shuttle service to Epcot. Many chain restaurants and bars in the close area. The pool area looked very nice, but I was on a tight schedule and wasn't able to use it.

Went for two nights, very comfy beds (a high priority). No highways needed to get to WDW use GPS. Just note restaurant is open for bkfst @ $9.95 not $8.95 and not open for lunch as hotel book states.

hotel was very nice and quiet. pillows a little too plump. traffic a bit challenging... most enjoyable!

I stay at Hilton Hotels all the time. This one is at the bottom so far. The beds are hard as a rock. Grab a blanket and a pillow and lay on your driveway. Yeah its like that. I love room service! I always get my breakfast through room service. I don't hafta get up and get dressed. I. An relax in my room and eat in peace. Not here. They don't offer room service unless its dinner. Ugh. I need a comfy bed and a hot meal delivered to my room. This is NOT the place for that. These are my only 2 complaints. The staff was great.9 The place was beautiful. But I need more than cosmetics for a successful trip.

Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very courteous. Breakfast buffet was okay (nothing extraordinary, but selection was good). Called the hotel the day before my scheduled arrival to see if I could arrive a day early...they accommodated my request, albeit I had to have 2 separate reservations and had to stop at the front desk in the morning to ensure we could remain in the same room, and get my keys reset to allow entry for another day. But it worked out fine. Would absolutely recommend this hotel - location is just off the beaten path of the busy Apopka-Vineland Ave and entry to Downtown Disney area. Would definitely stay here again!

we were going to an event in DT Disney, so we decided to stay the night instead of driving back to Tampa. The location was convenient, and the price was decent. The walls are thin & we could hear our neighbors clearly. There is no room service after 10:00pm, so food options were limited. Other than that, it was worth the price.

Great place to stay the food was awesome and the service was second to none. We will be staying there again.

Very nice hotel but a bit too expensive. The front desk girl was a bit short with me when asked a question about directions.

We stayed during spring break, and the hotel was fully booked. Considering that, I'd have to say that the service at the hotel was exceptional. The front desk staff, the waitstaff were all very personable were attentive and treated customers well. The room was another story. Although we had a non-smoking room, it was clearly once a smoking room and carpets were old and still had cigarette burns. The room smelled very musty. The bathroom was not properly cleaned when arrived, and I was completely grossed out to discover that used towels had been put back on the rack. I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, and request that in addition to all of the towels being taken out, that both beds be completely remade--I just didn't trust the sheets after the towel experience. They had everything re-done within 30 minutes. Would have moved us to another room but as I said, the hotel was completely booked. The location is pretty good, quite close to Disney, Sea World, shopping and dining, which is why we picked this location. For what it was the hotel was very over priced. Would I stay here again, yes. But that's only because due to the location pretty much everything in the area is over priced.

We had no complaints about the room in this hotel. The rooms were very nice, the housekeeping was excellent (they positioned our boys' stuffed animals throughout the room - our boys loved this!), and overall the hotel was clean. The breakfast was very good, although it is not included in the cost. For people planning on taking the shuttles, the shuttle services only run 3 times in the morning and evening (which may not be convenient for a conference at the Disney resorts) and the shuttle only goes to Epcot from which you can later take shuttles to the rest of Disney. I understand that this is standard for most hotels just outside of Disney, though. Taxis directly to any Disney attractions will cost $20+ for each trip. Combine this with the fact that this is right along a strip of hotels, but it is the furthest away from restaurants and shops. You definitely need a car to get anywhere from this hotel.

The hotel looks beautiful but the bed which I think is very imporotant was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. I had to call down to have the room cleaned it was never cleaned.

The hotel met our expectations. We were looking for a hotel that was not far from downtown Disney and this was 5-10 minutes away (driving). We had 2 Queeen beds - it was an average hotel, nothing impressive but fine for what we needed. We would consider staying there again if we were going to be in the area.

Great place to say. Good service and away from noise. I try always to stay at the Hilton Garden Inns.

The rooms are clean in general. Location is a little out of the way. Main problem was the noisy fridge. Despite complaining about it for several days, nothing was done by the staff. They promised to send someone to fix it but this never materialized. I woke up several times during night due to the noise, and had to use ear plugs. Unfortunately the stay was prepaid so I was stuck with it. would not recommend this place due to poor guest service.

The bathroom istoooo small

The bed was too hard we found on the bed where you can adjust it and it didnt work there was hair on the comforter and on the sheets, the room stunk like mold and the staff was not courteous at all. We asked for towels and had to call them 3 times in 2 hours to see where they were. We will never stay here again we will stick to the hotel we know and trust Holiday Inn!!

This Hotel has been the best place I've ever stay, starting with front desk, very courteus, and the rest of the staff very nice, wants to make you desire to stay more days, I really reomend this Hotel. Loved it!

Not in the middle of town so a little more quiet, but not too far from restaraunts and stores. Good service, nice pool area. Eating in hotel expensive.

Very good value for a hotel that is very close to Downtown Disney and the Parks. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel location was great, very close to Downtown Disney but there was a lot of traffic around and it took a while to get to places. Very close to the highway. Staff were very nice. Rooms and amenities were good. I was not aware that the hotel would hold $50 for the room, they should have been more clear about this policy at it took 4 days for them to take off the hold.

First of all I have stayed at Hilton's and Hilton Garden Inn's on many occassions and usually love the beds so much it is my hotel of choice. However this Hilton Garden Inn while very clean has the absolute hardest beds. We were given a king size room, there is no bath tub. After a long day at the amusement parks we prefer a nice hot soak. Also our bed was broken. Management switched us to a double queen as all kings only have a shower (by the way if you are tall the shower head is short and will knock you out) They use the comfort select beds we adjusted them to their softest setting and still felt like we were sleeping on plywood. After 2 nights we could not wait to leave and get back to our own beds. Both of us will need a chiropractor adjustments after this stay. We will stick to the regular Hilton and spend the extra $$

The staff really make this hotel a lovely place to visit. My husband and I visited for a quick two day stay. Free parking, free internet, breakfast buffet under $10 per person. It's hard to find an Orlando hotel where the staff is friendly and eager to please. The provide towels at the pool, the hot tub is nice. Overall, a relaxing place. The hotel is not directly across the street from Downtown Disney, but is close. The outlet mall is just a few lights away. I will definitely be staying here again. One last thing...even the cleaning staff was nice and said good morning on Christmas morning. Usually the cleaning staff is surly at best.

Very nice hotel for the price we paid. Stayed when going to Magic Kingdom, it wasn't REALLY close but it was worth the little drive. Make sure you have directions, because it's not next to the Interstate. Close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly. Clean Carpet, comfortable bed. Only thing missing was a bath tub :)

The Hilton Garden Inn, LBV, was a very pleasant and warm place to be staying. The staff was friendly and helpful with any thing we needed.

When I read the reviews to this hotel, I had to book it. It is a little off the beaten path, but the price and beauty of the hotel certainly make up for a few turns off the main highway. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We will make this our new "go-to" hotel whenever we visit Orlando!
