Great little hotel- Looked brand new!!! didn't expect a lot...was a stop over on our families roadtrip, but was fantastic...rooms were large (slept 6 with the pull out sofa) and lots of room to move...breakfast was better than your traditional continental- waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc...Great find and for the price you can't beat it!

Even though I booked and paid for the room through Hotels.com the hotel charged my debit card for the room also. When I called they were very confused about what happened and said they would have to get with the manager about it when he came in at 7:00pm. Later they called and said they would get me a refund in 3 or 4 days.

Very close to what we wanted to see. Town is not hard to get around. Rooms very clean, staff very friendly.

Comfort Inns are good for an overnight stop when you're on the road. This on in Vicksburg, Mississippi is no exception. Our room was clean and comfortable. Location is convenient to the Vicksburg National Battlefield, but the town itself has seen better days.

Very big and clean rooms, breakast very good (waffels, eggs, meat, pastries), indoor pool (small). Very quiet, wifi very good. No good restaurants in walking distance, no hotel bar. Nice little town, National Military Park very close and interesting.

Great place to stay for a few days , Room and Motel where like new ( probably is ) , are appears very safe , would stay again , also the Sofa bed was a great addition as the 3rd Bed.

Nice hotel with a great view. However, our carpet was not vacuumed.

Very convenient location if touring the battlefields. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. We only stayed one night but I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The free breakfast was wonderful. We only had one mishap and that was that the indoor pool was freezing.

Comfortable rest, convenient exercise room, no problem stay.

We have a big family and enjoyed the larger rooms.

We enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast buffet hit the spot. Would definitely stay again!

The best thing about our stay was the pool/hot tub area. We were not greeted upon arrival. The desk manager was in the middle of something. She looked up at us, and then back down at her piece of paper. She did not say, "Hi", "Be with you in a moment.", "Welcome", or anything that even indicated that she even saw us. When she got done with her highlighter and paper she just looked at us. I had to start the conversation. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by hotel staff. When we got to our room, there was trash on the back of the couch, and dust in the corners. The beds were not comfortable. We will not stay in this hotel again.

The location to surrounding local activities averaged 3miles. (downtown, museums, parks) The room and hotel itself was extremely clean and kept up often. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and was open early and late morning. The only wish I had was to have a bar/restaurant (for the price per night) on site.

My daughters and I stayed here while attending a dance competition. I can't complain about anything. We enjoyed our room, the pool & the breakfast! Very friendly staff also!

The Hotel, along with the staff, was superb. Great place to spend the night. The only negative rating is the wall insulation is thin. You can hear your roomates TV.

Large, comfortable rooms in a new hotel. Short taxi ride to downtown and next to the new outlet mall. Recommended.

Greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The hotel looks almost new, and was very comfortable. Very convenient for visting the Civil War battlefield sites, and right next to an outlet retail park.

Probably the best hotel I have visited on a recent extended cross country trip. Friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable bed, and good breakfast. Overall condition of the hotel was quite nice, I believe it is pretty new.

Our stay was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and so kind!!!! The rooms were nice and the breakfast was fantastic!!!!

loved the stay with the exception of not being able to bring my dog most dogs that travel with family are very clean and well trained but i usually travel with my dog in the cooler part of the year so that he can go with me everywhere and not get hot in the car when you go inside to shop or eat but it was too hot to bring him anyway but the rooms are very nice and would stay here again in the summer but in cooler weather would have to go where my dog could stay this place has a rating of 2 1/2 stars at the time of my stay and deserves much higher than that i stayed in another hotel with the same rating last year and it was a dump will not go back there again ( not going to say where that is but it was in this area ) and it cost more overall this was a great place to stay and would stay here again in the warm weather and would stay here in cool weather also if not for my dog

The location is so close to historical Vicksburg and very convenient. The staff was friendly and Artisha at the front desk was so helpful with directions to places in the area. We'd stay again.

The breakfast was just OK. They use a deodorant that I really didn't like the smell. It's no smoking hotel so I really don't know why they were using it.

Location was great. At times though it sounded as if the guests above us were going to fall through the ceiling. We could also hear the conversations and tv of the guest next to us and across the hall. It was fine for one night. But I wouldn't stay more than that. I would definitely stay on the top floor.

Close to little shopping mall and close to Vicksburg Military Park. Clean room and comfortable bed and pull out bed.

From the front desk staff to the housekeeping, this hotel was amazing. I loved the fact that it was pet free and smoke free. My child is a serious asthmatic and finding a hotel that he can stay in without an episode is wonderful. It is close to the historical sites. The breakfast was amazing: waffles (plain and bluberry), biscuits, gravy, three cereals, muffins, bagels, pastries, eggs, bacon, four juices, coffee, tea, yogurt, and fresh fruit.

Everything met my expectations. The workout room was well kept and clean and provided a nice view of the pool for parents to exercise while watching the kids.

Wonderful hotel located far enough off the main interstate so no highway noise, but close enough to go any direction needed. Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and saw to my needs.
