Very comfortable and clean room, free toiletries and breakfast included - great value. Large clean room and big bathroom with good shower. Location was quiet, though not really walking distance into Kennebunkport at night (no streetlights), although possibly you could in daylight! Friendly staff, green surroundings. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay very much, especially liked the fact that it was just outside of town in the beautiful wooded area so near the beach.

Although it's not a lodge, The Lodge at Turbat's Creek was really nice! Its location just outside of Kennebunkport made it quiet and peaceful. It's less than a mile form President Bush's home on Walker Point. We loved the stay. Sophie is a great hostess. The price is really good. Better than I expected.

Loved the fact that it was out of the way of all the little stores. Easy access to get anywhere we wanted to go. Very quiet. Wish we had gone there during warmer season and got to use the pool, or outdoor chairs and tables. Sophia VERY cheery and helpful at all times.

This motel was good for the money and Sophie at reception is a gem but it is a little out of Kennebunkport so a taxi or a driver needed at night for Dinner/drinks. There was a fatal accident involving contractors so we were moved because of the investigation to a grotty hotel in Kennebunkport and the whole incident was a bit disconcerting. It was handled extremely well by Sophie but the alternative accommodation was poor. In the circumstances it was bearable for one night but a much lower standard than the Lodge.

Sophie was great and made the stay very enjoyable. We will return if in the area.

the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful; the room was quite large and the bathroom quite ample, the bed was extremely comfortable; the continental breakfast was fine . I would definitely recommend this place as a comfortable, reasonable alternative to the higher priced lodgings in Kennebunkport. It's approximately 2 to 3 miles from the town.

Front desk staff was extremely cordial. She took time on what seemed to be a pretty busy day to help my girlfriend and I acquaint ourselves with the area. She provided a map and recommended several attractions and restaurants. She even let us take some menus up to our room to look at while we got settled in. Our room was pleasant--nothing fancy, but no complaints. The lodge is a few minutes from town--a little too far to walk but a very short drive. Public parking in town is only $3/hr anyway. We would definitely stay here again. The money saved by staying here versus one of the up-scale inns can go towards going out and shopping or recreational activities, and the service was highly satisfactory!

Very nice place but removed from "downtown" Kennebunkport [1.25 mile walk]. Nice clean place and Sophie was a treat.

Amazing literally 5 minutes from everythin you want to go and see. Sophie is a saint and very informative. Clean and great friendly service!

Just a wonderful stay; extremely comfortable room & great service. I'd recommend it highly.

This hotel is in a nice quiet neighborhood, yet it is an easy walk into town. Room was basic but just what we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was also basic but for the price of the room, totally adequate. Very pretty area.

The town of Kennebunkport is a must to see and explore and The Lodge is a great place to stay whilst visiting. Unfortunately we were not there long enough to enjoy the pool and rest of the surroundings.

A simple but charming hotel close to the center of Kennebunk Port. Friendly service by Sophie at the front desk, good continental breakfast, beautiful grounds and close to the nearest beach: We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Very nice hotel for your money. Pretty woodland surrounding. Close to the Ocean Drive ( a must see ) Room are spacious and clean. The hotel staffs are very friendly. Most certainly we'll return next year.

It was located at a very good spot afterall but until you are used to the geography in town, it is very difficult to find it. It took us forever to find this hotel when we first arrived in town. The street signs are not very visible and once it gets dark good luck finding anything. Although the lady at the front desk was very friendly and she suggested to call them anytime if you happen to get lost. The room had basic ammenities but very well kept and comforatble to stay. It would be nice if they had a microwave and a coffee maker in the room. I would recommend this hotel for traveler's visiting Kennebunkport, ME.

We loved our stay at this inn. We had not been to Kennebunkport before and found the lodge to be ideal for coming and going to sites within the area and beyond. What made our stay special was the cheery helpfulness of the receptionists Sherry and Sophie. All of their recommendations were superb.

Great spot, close to everything that matters. Very friendly staff.

A nice clean motel. Very friendly staff. Look, most of time in lodging you get what you pay for. I was looking for a nice little motel that was clean and not blow my budget. This is it. Its not the Ritz but it provided a comfortable atmosphere and base to explore Kennebunkport. Its close to town but further to walk than I wanted too. There's parking in town.

Lovely setting, not fancy but actually more than we expected for the price. Only regret is that we didn't specify a first fl. room. Room was very bright, clean; firm king bed & lots of pillows, fat towels; adaquate, although quite simple breakfast. Thank goodness for our GPS or I don't know if we would have found our way into village and back again. But it was very quite and peaceful sleeping.

Thank you to the staff of the lodge for a pleasant stay once again. The quiet surroundings of the lodge is great and peaceful. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and the staff very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax after a day at the beach, shopping, or in the village.

The hotel was great for the price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. My son and I stayed for 4 nights and did not want to leave. In fact, we checked to see if we could keep the room 2 more nights, but they were already booked. We brought our bikes and when the sun finally came out, we enjoyed the bike rides to Walker Point, Dock Square and the beach.

Older hotel, but well maintained and nicely appointed room. Large room with comfy bed. Continental breakfast was nice. Not within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, but we had a rental car so that was no problem. Easy to find with directions (GPS).

Super little motel, a little off the beaten track but lovely location. Our room was very clean but felt and smelled a little damp, Very friendly and helpful staff, the lady on reception told us exactly where to go to get a great meal and recommended we park at their sister motel in town.

Good, quiet location close to Kennebunkport downtown area. Very nice staff. Room was o.k., especially given the prices compared to other options. Breakfast was so-so, except for nice freshly baked blueberry muffins.

Rapport Qualité/Prix est excellent. L'accueil est chaleureux. Vraiment à recommander. Si cela ne vous dérange pas d'avoir à prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage, tout y est!

The atmosphere at the motel was very friendly. The motel has a swimming pool, but it is not directly at the beach. Nevertheless, the owner provides byciles to take a ride to the beach or explore the environment.
