Diamond Bay Resort & Spa - نها ترانج

We got a good deal through hotels.com for what we thought would be a top quality hotel. Arriving at the reception area we could already tell the grounds weren't as nice as they should be. Our room was very plain though mostly comfortable and clean. The shower however had a lot mildew where the opaque window met the tile. There was a water boiler but no tea or coffee which should of been complimentary. The best parts of the stay were an amazing large pool with a beautiful mountain back drop and a large breakfast buffet. We were the only Americans, every other guest at the hotel was Russian. The food options at the restaurants were average and due to it being off season several weren't open. The spa was nice though the hot tubs in the changing room were not in use. The massage I got was good for the price, 20 USD. The ocean along the hotel isn't safe for swimming, not sure why. The hotel is far from town but that was what we wanted. The grounds were nice but not as beautiful as you would expect of such a place. The buildings for the cheapest rooms are large and uninviting. The nicer bungalows looked good but I only saw them from the outside. Won't return. Stay at the Novotel in town for luxury.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my fiancée and the service was exceptional. We got a garden bungalow and room was very clean and the bath was so specious. Overall it was a great experience.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful locations I have ever seen; between the mountains and the ocean. It has a massive, attractive swimming pool. The bungalow we stayed in was clean and comfortable but very expensive compared to other 5 star hotels we stayed in. The hotel is out of town (about $10 by taxi) so you tend to rely on the services of the hotel a lot and there is the problem. Food quality was decidedly average for the price and the level of service was extremely poor. Its like the staff are all not getting paid enough and dont really want to be there. We had a far better, and cheaper, experience staying at the Sheraton in town

The service was exceptional, minus a couple of ill-mannered staff members. The accommodations were great. Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful. A great place for relaxation and quiet time.

Apparently this hotel markets its services mostly in Russia, like it or not. The location is very remote from the city center, each trip with a taxi costa around 12 US$. They run a shuttle which is unusable due to very bad timing for the regular guy.

Nice hotel, excellent service. It is about 20 min drive from Nha Trang, but the hotel has a shuttle bus service to the city. It is a great place to relax. Convenient prices, good breakfast, nice beach and activities. We really enjoyed our stay at Diamond Bay.

nice resort, but a bit overpriced for what you get. the new years eve gala was a bit of a dissapointment. the rooms were nice and clean. the staff spoke very little english so communication was difficult.

Hotellet är fint och välskött med bra personal och service. Här finns det ingenting att klaga på. Dock var det väldigt dyrt på restaurangerna och vill man äta någon annanstans måste man ta sig en bra bit. När vi i mars var på hotellet var det mer än 90 procent ryssar och alla texter med mera var på ryska. Personalen var också bättre på ryska än engelska. Stranden som ligger vid poolen är inte naturlig. Det finns en strand som ligger ca 1,5 km bort, dit tar man sig med hotellets shuttlebus. En riktig fin och mysig strand faktiskt. Överlag helt ok resort och man får ungefär vad man kan förvänta sig.

리조트 내에서만 머물경우는 만족스럽다! 조용하고 클리어하고 다만 저녁식사시 일부 레스토랑이 문을 닫아 선택의 폭이 작은것이 아쉬웠다 양식을 먹고 싶었지만 오픈한곳은 씨푸드 한곳뿐. 바다가재 먹고 방값보다 더 낸것같다 ㅋㅋ 음식 룸서비스의 경우 음식의 질은 훌륭하다 다만 시간이 좀 많이 걸리는것이 조금 흠이다 그외엔 조용히 책도보고 수영도 하고 바닷가에서 즐기고 휴식을 취하기에는 참 좋은것 같다! 대신 그 이상 많은건 바라지 마라! 그외엔 셔틀을 타고 시내로 나가시길.. 30분 정도 소요

나짱 시내에서 택시로 20만동 거리에 위치, 동양인 거의 찾아보기 힘듬. 러시아 사람들이 99%, 30분마다 이동하는 카트타고 갔던 해변은 너무도 쓰레기 악취와 냄새가 심함, 리조트규모에 비해 공사중인 곳이 넘무 많음. 일부 스텝들은 너무 불친절함. 60만동을 주고 먹었던 점심 부페는 완존 돈아까움.기대를 많이 해서 그런지 실망스러웠음.

가격대비 최고입니다.. 리조트 정말크구요 깔끔하고 일단 우리가 갔을땐 조용해서 맘에 들었어요. 객실도 깨끗하고 조식도 괜찮고 수영장도 크구요. 가족이랑 아이가있는분도 강력추천합니다.

水槽から魚を選んで料理してくれるレストランがあり、ホテル内の食事も大変おいしかったです。スタッフも一生懸命サービスしようとしており、笑顔に癒されました。

Stayed 4 nights during our 3 weeks trip from Hanoi to Saigon. Excellent place for just relax a couple of days. Area is very wide and well cared for. Pool is huge, facilities, food and service great. Only (very) small minus is, that they should have a small market were you can buy water, soda, chips etc. But i also understand why they don't have.. Free shuttle bus takes you to town and back. Easy and comfortable. Theres nothing special in town why you should stay there.

Verblijf was prima, alles goed geregeld, alleen kon het ophalen/brengen van vliegveld er niet vanaf, jammer. Voor kinderen is het resort ideaal , veilig en iedereen is even vriendelijk , aardig en behulpzaam. Algehele staat van resort is wat vervallen, veel stuk en accomodaties wat "ouder". Ontbijt en restaurant erg uitgebreidt en goed. We hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad , deels omdat mijn vrouw Vietmese is , erg handig ook voor de kinderen Genoemd moet worden dat 95% van de gasten Russisch is.. Zeker boeken we weer bij Hotels.com, alles prima en snel geregeld

Very nice resort with everyting you need. The pool was great and not over run so there was enough room for everyone. If you wanted to swim in the ocean you have to go by shuttlebus for 10-15 min, but they leave every 30 min so it is ok. The houses are huge and very nice and clean. Staff is nice but cleaning staff impatient so they began cleaning our room before we left. That is rude. If you don't like russians then stay away from Nha Trang. 90 % of the visitors are russans.

Природа красивая, питание скудное, пляж не очень. Но в целом по Вьетнаму не плохо, кто хочет тишины и уединения.

Pent og rolig område med to strender og fint basseng. Et sted vi gjerne vil tilbake til.

Prachtig hotel op 20 minuten van NhaTrang. Afstand maakten ons niet uit want er reed een gratis shuttlebus naar de stad. Wij kwamen hier met name om uit te rusten en lekker aan het zwembad te liggen. Erg mooi complex met supervriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamers waren erg mooi en met name de badkamer. Deze was qua grootte een kamer op zich. Gratis shuttlebus naar het vliegveld was ook super. Ontbijt was wel aardig. Heel veel keuze, maar met name warme maaltijd.Zou hier zeker weer heen gaan.

지난 2011년 9월에 나짱 다이아몬드베이 리조트에서 하룻밤을 묵었습니다. 인터넷에서 봤을 때도 굉장히 좋아보였는데 실제로 가보니 모든 시설이 무척 깔끔하고, 쾌적하며 서비스 또한 최고였습니다. 2시 까지의 late checkout이 무료였고, 공항으로 픽업까지 해주었습니다. 다이아몬드베이 전용 비치가 있어서 한적하게 해변을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 유럽인들이 사랑하는 나짱해변답게 유럽사람들이 많이 눈에 띄었습니다. 나짱 시내(신투어 까페 등)와는 거리가 좀 있어서 택시로 약 200000VND(한국돈으로 약 1만원) 정도 나오더라고요. 베트남 호치민과 나짱을 함께 있었는데 정신없는 호치민과 달리 나짱은 최고의 휴양을 누릴 수 있는 곳이었습니다. 다이아몬드베이와 함께라면요! 가족들과 함께 또 와 보고 싶은 곳입니다!

엄청 큰 리조트, 훌륭한 서비스, 저렴한 가격, 시내에서 멀지만 무료셔틀 운행, 가격 대비 추천할만한 리조트(객실료 뿐 아니라 룸서비스, BAR, SPAR 등 전부 저렴함)

If you want to relax yourself it is a perfect place. Beautifull swimming pool, two beaches and excelent service. Silence and relax. If you want to spend time in vibrant city (Nha Krang) it is free shoutle transfer. If you want drive yourself taxi cost about 8-10 $. Don't miss to visit Vinepearl (Vietnamise Disneyland) - cost 360 k VND but everything is to your disposal. I was with my wife in Diamond 5 nights (5-10 April 2011) and we were was very satsfied.

Diamond Bay & Resort was definately NO1 hotel in Vietnam. Also one of the best resort hotel in my life. The location is not close to the city, but we wanted to stay away from the city because we were tired of city noise of vietnam. This hotel was perfect... Very calm, big swimming pool, and complemantary breakfast & dinner also! Some review says the food was not good, but we enjoyed the food very much. This hotel is very huge, so there is a shuttle bus to anywhere in this resort. To swimming pool, to the beach , to the restaurant also, if you need a ride, just you can call and they will come to pick you up!!! How nice it is? The private beach is not so clear, but it was great to have relax time...we read books, talked a lot, and took a nap. Ahh, now I wanna go back to this hotel!!!!! I will be back for sure= Thanks for the perfect stay! =)
