For the size of the hotel, the indoor pool was a bit small. The selections for breakfast was great.

When booking the room, I had specified the need of a refrigerator and microwave and was assured that I had them in the room I booked. Upon arrival, I found out that the room did not include either. After showing the desk clerk my reservation papers, we were immediately upgraded to a suite that had both. The room was very nice. The hot breakfast items were a plus. Final rating: No complaints and had an enjoyable stay.

A very nice place to stay. Cleanest Hotel and very new furnishings. Lots of places to eat nearby and a neighboring movie theater but that is the only entertainment nearby. I would recommend it if you just need to stay in Van Buren close to the interstate.

I had many years since I not felt so comfortable in a hotel.I found this hotel excellent because it is very clean, comfortable and spacious

Very nice and clean Hotel. My only issue was everytime I tried to use the Hotel computer there were at least 2 employees on Facebook to the disregard of several Hotel patrons waiting.

We stay here 2 to 3 times a year. It is a nice hotel for the price. We love the location - within walking distance to the movie theater and within driving distance of several restaurants and Wal Mart (in case you forget something).

Location is fine, but new enough not to be in a 1 yr old Garmin Nuvi. The Garmin directed us to a rather run down residential neighborhood. We called the hotel and he gave us an alternate address of an older church building across the street, but the Garmin still did not locate the right path. Luckily my husband was able to find it using ** Google Maps ** and then direct our way there via phone. Once we arrived we checked in fairly seemlessly. We wanted to be on the 4th floor - hoping it would be quieter. In general it defintely was. Beware though - the elevator is SLOW! My friend and I shared a room with two Queen beds. The room was fairly comfortable, but I wished we had paid a little extra for the bigger "suite" with the couch and kitchenette area. The sound carries way too easily from the bathroom to the general / bedroom area. Perhaps the additional couch and kitchenette area would provide more room separation. Breakfast - good but not fantastic. Other reviews got my hopes up. The Cinnamon Rolls are yummy. The eggs and biscuits are Salty! The selection wasn't quite as impressive as I thought it would be. Overall good enough to get your day started. Now that we know what we get for the money - we are willing to stay there again in the future.

Excellent location - easy access!

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and our room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everything looked as though the hotel was new. The pool is open 24 hour so it was very convient. I have stayed at two hotels in Van Buren and will be booking here again!

This hotel was very impressive. The best part was the breakfast. Usually a hotel breakfast is a good 'teaser', but this was a quality meal. There was hot choices such as biscuits and gravy and french toast... plenty of coffee and a nice dining room to eat in. My room was comfy and well kept and I enjoyed the variety of cable TV channels and free wi-fi. Overall, for the price, I am very satisfied with the HI Express in Fort Smith.

Holiday Inn Express is consistently A++ and Ft Smith Van Buren Is no exception. Highly recommended for a comfortable, clean, well kept facility. Use Hotels.com and get a GREAT price.

The rooms were very spacious. The beds were comfortable. Great exercise facilities and nice indoor pool area. Conviently located - close to restaurants - Movie theater just across the parking lot Super hotel!

Great stay for the money and the breakfast was fantastic. I would definately recommend to others.
