Will stay here again! Great location and very low-key. Not super busy like every other hotel in this neighborhood! Highly recommend. No restaurant on property with crappy room service, but the area has a ton of restaurants.

Very upscale Hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Same block as Carnigie Hall, two block from Central Park, two blocks from 5th Ave, maybe 3 or 4 mins to Times Square (walking). This is a GREAT Hotel to stay in. During Hurricane Irene the Staff was Great! A Must Stay Hotel.

Nice room with breakfast. The subway is on the corner to go to soho or nolita and you can walk to theater and good restaurants. The doorman even talked an off duty taxi driver into taking us to Newark airport when there were no taxis around (it was raining). I would definitely book this hotel again.

The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The location was excellent. The room was clean and well appointed but very small and limited in drawer space should one want an extended stay. The bathroom was clean and well designed but, again, small -- and while it had an excellent shower, it lacked a bathtub which for me is desirable.. The fitness center is small. The complimentary breakfast was well rounded. I recommend this hotel.

Hotel room had a modern Japanese feel - very well designed and functional. My 8 year old son loved the room. The breakfast was good and the breakfast room lovely.

Pros: Rooms are just like what the pictures show. The location was great. It's about 2 blocks from central park and about 5 blocks to 5th Ave shopping. Staff was very attentive. Spa was great also. Cons: Parking is $48 dollars a day. This is about the same price you would pay if you went to directly to the garage yourself, but I think they should give a lower price for the hotel. There is really no street parking close to the area until 6pm. Would stay here again, but hopefully without a car.

Very comfortable bed, room; courteous staff. Yummy muffins and cookies in late morning and afternoon. We were unsure if the breakfast was free or to be paid for, as it was located on the 2nd floor.

Location is ideal, 2 blocks and 2 mins walk from central park in one direction and and a few more blocks and 5-10 mins walk to times square in the other. Tube station 1 min walk so getting further afield is very easy. The room was spotless and well presented with a good standard of quality fittings/ furniture, a lovely bathroom, no bath but excellent shower. Could do with more than one computer for internet access but then again its free wifi so if you've got a laptop or i phone... Continental breakfast was nice and well layed out. Good gym. No one tried to sell us a time share. Overall an excellent hotel, quite pricey for a weeks stay but nothing half decent in NYC is cheap.

The hotel was very nice and the staff friendly. However, the coffee pot didn't work, the Safe for personal belongings broke with our items in it and it took 3 hours for maintenance to drill it open. They said it has happened several times. It also caused up to miss an event we had planned. Housekeeping did not service our room until very late in the day just as we were getting back to the room for a shower after a long hot day walking around town so we had to wait 30 minutes for her to leave. As I stated earlier, the staff was very friendly, however, they constantly tried to pressure us into purchasing a time share at the hotel. I didn't realize when we made hotel arrangements that this place was also a timeshare. To staff: after a customer tells you that they are not interested-Leave Them alone about it!! Also, the TV did not work and maintenance had to come work on it the first night. I know tv is not really important on a vacation, but it is nice to watch the news and weather. Overall, a great place (little expensive) and a very large comfortable room with incredible shower! I would stay again but I would insist on making sure everything worked before booking a room. Be prepared to have sales people stop you and try to convince you to purchase timeshare. By the way, the doormen were the best I have ever seen. The hotel should give them a raise as they made us feel as if we were the most important people at the hotel. 5 Stars for them!!

I need to tell you that this hotel has been much cleaner, nicer and much more friendly attitude than many other hotels. The room was spacious, the bathroom has a glass wall between the room, makes it sexy. Just one daybefore, I was staying at the club level of the Hilton New York, this hotel has outperformed Hilton New York in many ways.

This is a time share building and a hotel. It was run very well. The rooms are small like most other NYC hotels, but brand new. The bed takes up most of the room, but there is a desk area, coffee maker, and free internet, etc. The pillow-top bed and bedding was very comfortable. The glass-enclosed shower was very large and separated the bedroom from the rest of the bathroom. The only issue was that the bathroom lacked some privacy, due to the ability to see through the shower into the rest of the bathroom area. Also, when you turned on the bathroom light, you lighted the whole bedroom room area. Unfortunately, the flat screen TV was very difficult to operate, even for someone in the technology area. Neither of these issues were enough to counter the positive aspects of our stay. There are time-share reps there who are eager for you to attend one of their tours. We decided to pass and they politely moved on. The area of NYC is great. It is walking distance to Central Park (2-3 blocks), Time Square (10 blocks), Broadway shows (10-12 blocks), Museum of Modern Art (6-7 blocks), many terrific restaurants, etc. My wife and I are seasoned travelers, both for business and leisure. We would definitely stay there again.

New hotel, great location to central park and midtown areas. nice staff, very clean, modern and bright rooms. perfect for a few days in the city.

Nova York é uma cidade cara mas o custo benfício do West 57th é excelente. Quartos enormes, café da manhã ótimo, localização fantástica. Super recomendo!

Muy buen hotel, excelente trato

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Rückseite das sehr ruhig lag. Frühstück war nicht überwältigend doch alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Leider haben die Amerikaner keine Brot-Kultur. Doch hätten wir in den umliegenden restaurants frühstücken müssen, wäre dies nicht wirklich gut gewesen wenn man die Angebote betrachtet hat. Das Hotel liegt an ausgezeichneter Lage. Die U-Bahn ligt gleich in der Nähe und auch sonst ist es sehr zu empfehlen!

Erst 3 Jähriges Hotel mit viel Stil eingerichtet. Der Frühstücksraum dürfte grösser sein. Sehr zu empfehlen......

Все замечательно, кроме: 1. при заселении пришлось поменять номер из-за сильного запаха хлора в первом предложенном номере 2. в номере мало мест для размещения вещей, которые не висят на вешалке. 3. под окнами с раннего утра велись шумные строительные работы

部屋の広さはNYCのホテルとしては平均的でした。 ただ、ラウンジが狭く、連日で朝食時に混雑して空席が無い状態であった点については改善が望まれます。　その分、ホテル自体の規模が小さくロービーやエレベータが混雑するというような事態なかったため、NYCの大型ホテルに見られるような不便はないと思います。　

L'hôtel est très bien situé à quelques pas de central park et à environ 15 minutes à pied de Time Square et 25 minutes de Macey's. Les chambres sont plus grande que je ne le pensais pour NY. Très bonne salle de bain. Le seul point gris était le petit déjeuner que l'on aurait préféré un peu plus varié. Mais très bon hôtel de manière générale

De uma maneira geral é bom, falta espelho no quarto, e a recepção é proxima demais, passando do limite da gentileza e aconchego para intrusão.

Fiquei por 9 dias e recomendo. Hotel novo, muito bem localizado, com instalações modernas e tudo em ótima condição. Único porém foi a "arquitetura" do banheiro. Não havia uma porta convencional, mas uma porta de correr que realmente não isolava o banheiro. A parede que separava o quarto da área do chuveiro era de vidro jateado, o que impedia que você tomasse banho sem iluminar o quarto enquanto minha esposa dormia. Há espaço suficiente para uma instalação mais convencional, então acho que poderia ser melhor. Leve inconveniente, mas também não foi o fim do mundo. Em todos os demais aspectos o hotel é altamente recomendável, extremamente limpo e bem cuidado, com staff muito atencioso. Café da manhã e internet cortesia realmente ajudam muito a organizar a vida em NYC.

Sehr gutes zentral gelegenes Hotel man ist sehr schnell zu Fuss oder per U-Bahn an allen sehenswerten Orten der Stadt. In 5 min im Central Park in 15 min am Time Square.

Ett superfräscht hotel, härliga rum dock inte så stora som vanligt är i USA men vem behöver det.. Modern stram design rakt igenom, speciellt duschen. Bra frukost speciellt för att vara "continental". Lobbyn var inte stor och imponerande, vilket däremot servicen från personalen var. Mycket hjälpsamma. Det enda som saknades var en liten bar för ett glas vin eller öl efter en dags promenerande i New York. Ligger nära till det mesta två kvarter till Broadway och lika många till 5th Av. Återvänder mer än gärna hit. Kan inte bo bättre om man inte vill ha det glassigt i Art Deco stil. Kristina o Torbjörn

Al di la della sorpresa iniziale, il congelamento della somma pari al soggiorno, gia' anticipata, il soggiorno in hotel e' stato ottimo. Tutto il personale, soprattutto le concierge, sono state di grande aiuto. Camera non tanto grande ma pulita e funzionale. Colazione ottima a parte la location un pochino piccola. Lo consiglio.

Hotel très propre, car très récent. Et très bien situé. Parquet dans les chambres, ce qui est très agréable et bcp plus hygiénique. Grandes baies vitrées qui rendent les chambres très claires. Très grand buffet de petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre. Très bon rapport qualité prix par rapport à d'autres hôtels dans le même coin. A recommander.
