It was like staying in a little apartment. I really liked how the pool was open until midnight.

I was thrilled with the quality of the room (especially for the super low price)! When I first booked the room, I expected something low-end to middle range because of the price of the booking and the distance of the hotel from Niagara Falls; however I was very wrong. The room was GORGEOUS, big, had it's own kitchen, refrigerator (full-size), oven, dish washer, living room, separate bedroom, and an extremely nice bathroom. The staff was wonderful, accommodating, and kind. This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had and I would strongly recommend that people stay here if they're in the Buffalo, NY area!! Thanks to the staff for a great stay and for making me feel at home in a new place!!

The staff really get to know you and cater to your preferences. For example, they know that my five year old likes sprinkles on his waffles whenever we stay there, so when they see him in the breakfast area, they run back to get his sprinkles from the kitchen! The free dinners (including beer/wine) on Tuesday-Thursday nights are amazing as well. Unlimited soda and coffee all day is a real plus also.

We stayed with our one-year old in the 'studio suite'. Having a full kitchen is always a plus, but the hallway noise was a bit much for our child. They also have limited cribs, so be careful to have a backup plan if they're out. Fortunately for us, they were willing to borrow one from the hotel across the parking lot. Overall, a decent stay in a fine neighborhood. About what you expect.

It was very good, but the continental breakfast was horrible. Other than that our stay was great.

Very clean and comfortable! Nice staff!

The room was nice except it backed up to a noisy highway. This is a pet friendly hotel and I failed to ask that question. There was a hugh dog in the lobby. I do not stay in hotels that allow pets because of what the pets do when in a strange place when the owners are not watching. There was a used wash cloth behind the bathroom door and lots of dust in the room. They offered a lite free dinner at night that was a nice touch plus cookies in addition to a nice breakfast. The hotel seems to cater to business men and traveling work crews. We were upgraded to a two bedroom, two bath suite with three TV's. The staff was friendly.

My wife and I enjoyed a two-night stay to shop and explore the Buffalo area. We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite which we did not really need but it was nice to have all the space. The breakfast had a good variety of healthy items and the pool and laundry facilities were extras which made the stay even more enjoyble. I would highly recommend this hotel for one night or longer stays.

We couldn't have asked for anything better. Not only was the place easy to find and convenient to all of the attractions that we wanted to see, the entire facility was clean and well maintained. The employees were exceptional. They were helpful and friendly in every way possible. They took the extra time to remember who we were. The extra perks that were offered made this a fantastic place to stay. The daily breakfast was extremely convenient as we were travelling as a family of 6. Not everyone was ready in the morning at the same time so breakfast was not only convenient, it was GOOD!!. If someone missed breakfast, they had to-go bags available for those on the run. The big surprise was that dinner was included 3 nights during the week. What a great idea. The dining area was cozy, neat and clean. And...when we came in at night, there were treats (i.e. cookies, rice krispie treats) at the front desk. Laundry facilities were convenient. Loved the outdoor picnic area. The only draw back was that the movie room was closed while we were there for some type of technical difficulty but that was only a minor inconvenience. Loved, loved, loved this place and looking into staying with this company again on future trips.

Didn't even think about football when we decided to go to Buffalo for back to school shopping. Turns out that almost everything was booked. The Staybridge suite actually had a suite for almost half the cost of a room, so we went for that. Nice place, decent breakfast and no login required to use the WiFi.

I only have excellent compliments about this hotel. Only 20 mins from Niagara Falls and all the exciting venues. Shopping center with Kmart, supermarket, subways, china buffet all near by. Brand new hotel with a home away from home feel. Brand new rooms. We had the one bedroom suite with full kitchen just like home, all the pots/plates/utensils you need. Granite tops, living room with sofa bed and tv, bedroom has privacy doors, two queen beds with another tv, central air, spacious bathroom, closet, drawers, its like your very own apartment. Customer service was excellent no matter what time you needed them. Free breakfast buffet, 3 times a week you also get a free dinner. Indoor Pool, Jakuzzi, Patio, 2 gas bbq's, gym, washer/dryers. A very clean atmosphere. One lady that does the breakfast bar in the morning goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best breakfast experience. We stayed one week but I wanted to move in instead. Staybridge really went above and beyond with this hotel. Thank You. You will get my repeat business and recommentions.

The staff was fantastic, so helpfull, and polite. The home made chocolat chip cookies on the counter didn't hurt either. The suite was well equipped and clean and quiet.

Don't arrive early to check in, they will NOT allow you to check in before 3. Normally Hotels state that they don't have rooms ready, but they let you know how long and call you once done. They were very rude and said come back after 3. Each day I was missing wash clothes or towels and had to call to get them. Other than that, the room itself was very comfortable and the breakfast was nice. So overall, it is a good place to stay, but they need to getter better staff and better service.

Wonderful! Traveled with 6 week old. Room was perfect for keeping him comfortable & keeping bottles clean.

Staybridge has become our favorite chain of hotels and this one lives up to our expectations too. No better place to stay with 2 teenage daughters

The suite itself (2 bedrooms) was very nice. The rest was adequate. Breakfast was basic. Housekeeping was OK, but inconsistent (left a towel here and there). All the suite rooms were on the highway side of the hotel so there was constant background noise. We'd stay here again because it met our needs -- suite & kitchen are really nice for long-stays and overall clean. But in terms of services and niceties, don't expect too much.

Check in was 3pm we showed up at 4:30 and our room wasn't ready. Had to wait 15 mins with 3 tired kids, then we had to change rooms to a ready room. The pillows were very small and the toilet ran all night. To many things wrong for the price we paid.

I was surprisingly pleased with my stay at this hotel. The room we were in was very nice, spacious and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in the future. The hotel is pet friendly, but we didn't experience any issues.

This hotel was exceptionally clean, very nice staff, pool was clean. Had a 2 bedroom suite was just like a small apartment. Complimentary goody bag upon entering our suite. Kitchen fully equipped. I thought this room was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a good variety, including hot foods. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We travel a lot for dance competitions & this is the best place we have ever stayed. The rooms are wonderful, spacious, comfortable, with all of the comforts of home. Pool hours were great. Laundry facility for free. Theater room. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Friendly, accommodating & helpful staff. Very clean! We were sorry the weekend was over. We wanted to stay! Highly, highly recommend! Will definitely seek out again. Thank you!

Wonderful stay, great staff, great room very clean ...they thought of everything for your use in the room. I would stay here over and over .....GREAT JOB GUYS

During our stay I was very satisfied with the service provided in the hotel. All our interactions with the staf were friendly and professional. The hot breakfast was a nice treat, the rooms were comfortable and our family enjoyed the pool. The staff won me over, however, when they took the time and initiative to contact us after finding my mother's cell phone and medication in the room after we checked out. Their response to that situation showed an extraordinary willingness to provide excellent customer service. We will definitely be staying here again during future visits to the West Seneca/Buffalo area.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. They had hot breakfast every morning included. The room was one of the nicest we've stayed in and we travel quite a bit. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and stayed open until midnight. There is plenty close by if you want to get a quick bite and the city of Buffalo is just a short drive away.

My family--wife and four adult children--fit comfortably in a two bedroom suite. With the living room space and full kitchen it was an excellent place to stay over Christmas while visiting relatives. The breakfast was included in the price and was pretty good. I would certainly stay there again.

Welcoming, polite, professional staff.

We have stayed here multiple times and the hotel is always very clean and comfortable. The walls are well insulated so the noise level is quite low. The morning breakfast has a nice assortment of hot and cold items. It is nice that there is always fresh coffee available.

This was my first time returning to West Seneca after selling my parents' house a month ago. My parents' house was also my childhood home. I stayed there when visiting family and friends for the past 20 years. Because of the emotions I had that were tied to the sale of my childhood home, this could have been a very negative experience. I am pleased to say it was not a negative experience at all. As a matter of fact, it was a very positive experience, and the reason for that was because the Staybridge Suites Hotel was so awesome. I used the pool, the exercise equipment and the jacuzzi while I was there, and that made me feel a bit like I was on vacation. I used the complimentary laundry machines so I could pack light and had no dirty laundry to unpack when I got back home. The staff was very professional and friendly. The suite was spacious, and had all the comforts of home. I liked the complimentary breakfast and how late it was served. It gave me time to work out before eating breakfast. Every time I go to visit my family in West Seneca, I will definitely stay at Staybridge Suites Hotel!!!! I loved it.

We've stayed here before and it will be our go-to place whenever we're in Buffalo. Comfortable rooms, close to the highway, good selection at breakfast, gym, pool, the works. I have suggested this location to a number of friends...and ran into one of them while we were there!

THIS HOTEL WAS GREAT STAFF WERE EXCELLENT ROOM WAS EXCELLENT COMFORTABLE CLEAN WE WERE SO SORRY THERE WAS NO ROOM FOR US TO STAY TWO MORE NIGHTS WE ARRIVED EARLY AND THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GET US INTO OUR ROOM EARLY

Hotel was very clean, front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had arrived before check-in and they were very friendly and advised of precisely when our room should be ready. The room itself was very comfortable. The full kitchen complete with dishes & utensils was a nice surprise! We were within 20 minutes of Ralph Wilson Stadium and there were also some decent eating establishments close by. Would definitely stay again!
