Ramada Encore Inverness City Centre - إينفيرنيس

Can't fault the Ramada Encore at this price it was a fantastic bargain!

Hotel was great, very close to the shops. I would recommend having a look on a map of where the car park is.

Another good stay at this hotel. Apart from getting a twin room and not a double that i booked it was problem free. Parking is at the Rose St multi story, if you are staying on a saturday night dont pay for parking as the barriers are normaly left open on sunday.

Very Comfortable, easy to get to and staff where very friendly.

Ideally located in town centre, clean with friendly service, only things I would criticise are the lack of Internet access from room, the quality of the bed which felt cheap and creeped loudly on slightest movement and the outside noise from a local club until early hours. The food was good the staff friendly it was a good stay despite my lack of sleep on either night

I was here on my own for a quick getaway for 1 night and my stay was perfectly comfortable. Perfect location, great room and fantastic service. I would definitely stay again! Could not be happier!!

the basic stay was excellent. However the meal I booked on Burns night, although decicious was lacking in atmosphere as the advertised live music failed to show up.

2nd stay at this hotel without any problems, good food and plenty of it .Clean modern hotel. Will stay again no worries.

This is a nice hotel for the location and price. It's very near the bus station which was important for us. It was within walking distance of the River Ness, restaurants other shops.

This hotel does for me what it says on the tin. It was very clean, staff were nice and for me in the perfect location. If it had a gym etc it would be 5 *. Got round that by going outside for my run. Would stay here again.

Although the hotel doesn't look much from outside, it has a smart and modern interior. Rooms were comfortable with modern bathrooms. Only criticism is there is no wardrobe space, only 5 or 6 coat hangers on a bracket just inside the bedroom door. It would not be suitable for a stay longer than a couple of nights. I would definitely use this hotel again though for a short stay.

Booked this hotel for one night before returning home to london. The room was comfortable and warm. No bath but a wet room which was a surprise. Centrally located. The only downside to the room is that although there is somewhere to hang trousers,coats and shirts there was nowhere to put anything else which means that if you are staying for more than one night most stuff would have to stay in the case. Although i suspect that other rooms would be available for more than overnight stayers. Bar prices were reasonable but not much choice of draft beers. Even so would stay again

While I enjoyed my stay, I don't think it was clear enough at the point of booking that breakfast wasn't included. Having stayed in several hotels this summer, I found that the booking was on a B&B basis. In the event, I had breakfast on my first morning and it was excellent. It seemed a shame that it wasn't included in the original price.

The room was fine for a short business stay. The only issue was that there was no dresser to store clothes - just a hook to hang shirts. Otherwise it was in a great spot to walk to restaraunts and for general site seeing.

Had to unload hire car on busy main street as this is the only access to this hotel- no car park or unloading area.hotel is close to the station- but also within nightclub area. Felt unhappy walking to this hotel from station late at night. Poss ok in daytime, low quality facilities in roomSreadful pillow and uncomfortable beds. bathroom had areas of nasty damage to the walls

Ideal central location with nice clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. The hotel looks a bit jaded from the outside but the interior certainly doesn't reflect that. Good value for money.

Hotel is located very close to both the bus station and trains tation (less than 5 minute walk). Room was very clean, somewhat on the spartan side but good enough for a one night stay. Breakfast was a little expensive for the value.

It was a nice stay. The quality of the hotel was very good and satisfied.

Good location to train station and city center but the hotel was very noisy and it was hard to get a good night's sleep.

excellent clean effiicent hotel nice bar restaurant staff very friendly & helpful but would have liked more clothes storage in our room might seem petty but my wife deemed it important all in all though a very nice two days stay

Clean, comfortable hotel in the centre of Inverness. It is a short walk from the railway station and shops and restaurants are nearby. Members of staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. Good value for money. This was my second stay.

There are nicer hotels to stay available at the same price. The Best Western for example. The hotel is let down by the cheapness of the fixtures and fittings in the rooms - it looked like it has been kitted out from the office section of MFI with really cheap bedside lamps and desks and a office style chair on castors. There was even a cheap laminate floor. Really not very fun to stay in, but perfectly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is in a very good location, very central. No parking at hotel, but we parked at the station car park for about 4 pounds for 24 hours. The car park is just across the street. Room was very clean and modern the bed is not the comfiest, but very happy for the price we paid. Will probably go back if in inverness again.

Lovely hotel clean and ideal situation will definately use again.

The Ramada Encore in Inverness is a central hotel. It is close to shops and restaurants and beautiful walks along the riverside. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the railway station. Members of staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and despite the fact that it overlooked the street, it was quiet. Good value for money.

We stayed for two nights and had nothing to complain, just that the door was open at our arrival but since we hadn't been to the room yet that wasn't too bd, just surprising. The hotel was clean and the personnel friendly. The rooms had a bit of a sterile atmosphere but nothing bad, really. Somehow I thought I had booked breakfast as well; as it turned out I didn't and we found that breakfast was rather expensive so we went outside to get ours. All in all stay was very okay.

Very satisfactory choice. Rooms comfortable and location central. Staff exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Only criticism is that neighbourhood is a bit scruffy. Clearly this isn't the fault of the hotel!

I try to think of a criticism when writing reviews ("Great!" isn't helpful) to give someone considering a hotel a flavor of the service but it's very hard to think of one for this hotel. The location is fantastic (on a nice street, <5 minutes walk from main shopping and castle), the service was excellent (man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful), the room was, although on the small side, very comfortable and attractive (great bedding!). Additionally, we had breakfast here and the food, although not TOP of the line, was fine with plenty of choice. I suppose if I had one warning if would that I was woken up in the middle of the night by two drunks talking in the street near our open window. I wouldn't really call this a criticism as complaining about a great city location coming with city noises is the height of inanity. Just a warning that there are a couple of bars around, so if you're on a low floor, maybe close your window before going to bed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We found the hotel comfortable and our room was very quiet........it suited our needs......a lack of storage for clothes was a small problem area.....just the one day we had no cleaner in our room so had to ask for clean towels and some coffee which we never got but to their credit they were really busy when I spoke to them so I think it slipped their mind. All in all we will be back.

the ramada encore inverness is in an excellent location, very short walking distance to bus and train stations,shopping centres and restaurants.The hotel itself is very good value given its central location and the views from rooms 4th floor and upwards are stunning..esp if you are in rooms ending in 01. All staff very welcoming...if staying in inverness this is definitely the one!
