It was a nice stay. The quality of the hotel was very good and satisfied.

Good location to train station and city center but the hotel was very noisy and it was hard to get a good night's sleep.

excellent clean effiicent hotel nice bar restaurant staff very friendly & helpful but would have liked more clothes storage in our room might seem petty but my wife deemed it important all in all though a very nice two days stay

Clean, comfortable hotel in the centre of Inverness. It is a short walk from the railway station and shops and restaurants are nearby. Members of staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. Good value for money. This was my second stay.

There are nicer hotels to stay available at the same price. The Best Western for example. The hotel is let down by the cheapness of the fixtures and fittings in the rooms - it looked like it has been kitted out from the office section of MFI with really cheap bedside lamps and desks and a office style chair on castors. There was even a cheap laminate floor. Really not very fun to stay in, but perfectly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is in a very good location, very central. No parking at hotel, but we parked at the station car park for about 4 pounds for 24 hours. The car park is just across the street. Room was very clean and modern the bed is not the comfiest, but very happy for the price we paid. Will probably go back if in inverness again.

Lovely hotel clean and ideal situation will definately use again.

The Ramada Encore in Inverness is a central hotel. It is close to shops and restaurants and beautiful walks along the riverside. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the railway station. Members of staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and despite the fact that it overlooked the street, it was quiet. Good value for money.

We stayed for two nights and had nothing to complain, just that the door was open at our arrival but since we hadn't been to the room yet that wasn't too bd, just surprising. The hotel was clean and the personnel friendly. The rooms had a bit of a sterile atmosphere but nothing bad, really. Somehow I thought I had booked breakfast as well; as it turned out I didn't and we found that breakfast was rather expensive so we went outside to get ours. All in all stay was very okay.

Very satisfactory choice. Rooms comfortable and location central. Staff exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Only criticism is that neighbourhood is a bit scruffy. Clearly this isn't the fault of the hotel!

I try to think of a criticism when writing reviews ("Great!" isn't helpful) to give someone considering a hotel a flavor of the service but it's very hard to think of one for this hotel. The location is fantastic (on a nice street, <5 minutes walk from main shopping and castle), the service was excellent (man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful), the room was, although on the small side, very comfortable and attractive (great bedding!). Additionally, we had breakfast here and the food, although not TOP of the line, was fine with plenty of choice. I suppose if I had one warning if would that I was woken up in the middle of the night by two drunks talking in the street near our open window. I wouldn't really call this a criticism as complaining about a great city location coming with city noises is the height of inanity. Just a warning that there are a couple of bars around, so if you're on a low floor, maybe close your window before going to bed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We found the hotel comfortable and our room was very quiet........it suited our needs......a lack of storage for clothes was a small problem area.....just the one day we had no cleaner in our room so had to ask for clean towels and some coffee which we never got but to their credit they were really busy when I spoke to them so I think it slipped their mind. All in all we will be back.

the ramada encore inverness is in an excellent location, very short walking distance to bus and train stations,shopping centres and restaurants.The hotel itself is very good value given its central location and the views from rooms 4th floor and upwards are stunning..esp if you are in rooms ending in 01. All staff very welcoming...if staying in inverness this is definitely the one!

The hotel that my wife and i stayed at was in the centre of Inverness very close to the Bus Station and the Railway station along with all local amenities. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, our room was spacious, clean and tidy and i would recommend this hotel to friends and family. My wife and I would certainly revisit this hotel on our next visit to Inverness.

Completely satisfied. Although lack of free in room wifi is a bit disappointing. Buy apparently there's free internet in the lobby. Good value for money anyway.

must use ideal for city centre and all amenites in and out of inverness

Very satisfied and very central for shops and eating out Definitely would use the hotel again, we were with my sister and brother-in-law and they agree it was very nice and comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location. We planned to do some hiking on the Great Glen trail and along the Caledonian Canal and the location was perfect. Limited hanging space and no place to keep your luggage which was fine for us becasue we travelled light. No in room safe either.

Very central, close shopping centre and just a short walk to the river. Very clean and comfortable.

The Encore is apparently a new line of Ramada hotels offering a value/budget experience. It's clever: instead of building a regular hotel room with cheap quality goods, they build a small, fairly bare hotel room that's pretty good quality. Don't expect luxe touches, but it's a decent choice if you're expecting to be out and about most of the day anyway. The staff at this particular hotel was VERY helpful. They did laundry for us on Saturday even though the instructions said Monday-Friday only. A nice touch.

Excellent Hotel staff great and food very good

Everything about this Hotel was excellent from the staff to the food in the Restaurant

Location of the hotel was great. Right at the train station, and other businesses. Very modern. The only thing bad I have to say..the beds were very uncomfortable. But all in all..Nice experience.

Specifically requested twin beds, but ended up with double + pull-out sofa. As OAP's with hip problems this gave one of us a very uncomfortable night. Why advertise that twin beds where available, and confirm that request? We have had this problem before and it needs to be looked at by the industry.

Hotel is centrally located although no car parking available. Had to park in a local multi storey. Hotel is minimalistic. One rather flat pillow supplied per guest. Response to request for an additional pillow each was that there were no spare pillows in hotel.

Dette hotellet var både det billigste og mest sentrale alternativet vi fant i Inverness. Hotellet er relativt nytt og det ligger omtrent så sentralt du kan være i Inverness med shopping, jernbane, parkering, koselige puber og kule konsertsteder innenfor 1-2 kvartaler. Kan absolutt anbefales ved besøk til Inverness og Highlands.

La struttura è molto bella e moderna, forse un po' troppo per il contesto. Le camere sono ampie e molto pulite, dotate di tutti i servizi e i supporti tecnologici adatti forse più a un businessman che a una coppia di turisti. La posizione è ottimale in pieno centro,a un passo dalla stazione dei treni, delle corriere e vicina a un ampio parcheggio.Tutto questo ne fa un comodo punto d'appoggio.Il personale è molto cortese.

El hotel es moderno y limpio, el baño está bien equipado. La única pega es que no tiene armario, sólo una barra con cuatro perchas contadas, y no caben más, así que hay q dejar la ropa en la maleta, pq tampoco había cajones. el resto estupendo, pantalla plana y grande, camas amplias y cómodas.

Escolhido pela conveniente localização.
