Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Miami Airport South - ميامي

We missed a flight and had to miss one night of 2 that we booked with this hotel. Alex (night duty) from Fairfield Inn was not only empathetic but he offered to cancel my reservation long after the cancellation window. That definitely boosted us up on a night of chaos at the airport. The hotel itself is very modern and the color palate throughout has a refreshing feel to it(something one looks for on a vacation). Quality breakfast in the morning and great beds. Highly recommended for a quick getaway.

This hotel was magnificent. The staff was excellent from the front desk to the shuttle driver. The hotel was very clean and the furniture/decor was updated with modern pieces. I will be staying here on my next visit. I was expressed. The location has great restuarants within walking distant or should I say a hop, skip and jump away. Loved it, loved it, loved it.

Clean, comfortable, free Internet and breakfast. A very nice hotel to stay in for a night en route to our final destination. Super convenient.

We stayed the night of March 8th, checked in around 11:30 pm and left at 3:30 am to catch a flight. The front desk was dismissive and disinterested. We had had a horrible day of travel which included 4 airports and we were delayed a full day on our trip. At that point a friendly welcome would've have been nice! They were not welcoming and it seemed an effort for them to answer our questions, such as securing a taxi for our return to the airport and where would could get a bite to eat. Overall the hotel was nice and clean but very disappointed with the front desk staff. With so many other hotels in the area, for that reason I would not recommend to any other travelers.

The rate was extremely high. The hotel staff was not friendly, unhappy to make change at the front desk. The breakfast was the worse ever. We had to tell the two employees that were standing talking that the eggs and sausage had run out, They brought back cold or frozen refills. The cereal was stale, the hot water for oatmeal was cold, Unedible :(

The hotel clerks were exceptional and our room was very clean.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and unobtrusive. The breakfast which was included in the rate was quite adequate - cereals, eggs, fruit, yogurt, juices, toast, bagels, waffles, coffee, etc. However, on a few occasions the items that should have been hot were just warm. The location is excellent with quick access to major expressways and large malls. Parking at the hotel was an extra charge each night but that was standard for all of the hotels we checked in this area.

Not a bad place to stay if going to Miami especially if you need to stay near airport. Large outdoor Hot Tub was under renovation. Price was reasonable, under $200 US. Better than paying $350.00 per night like the Hampton Inn Miami (Bricknell) was asking, where I stayed last year. Hamton Inn was an average hotel and wayyyyy over priced!

Feel safe and close to airport. Good for overnight stay.

The room suffered in cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. The service could have been friendlier and more effortless. Food stations in the breakfast area were awkwardly placed around the room, need smoother flow to finding beverages vs. food items.

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport with no problems. The hotel was close enough to the hotel with little air traffic noise. All in all we were very satisfied with our short stay between flights.

Very beautiful hotel, spacious and very clean rooms and bathrooms. Decoration and colors are vey nice too. The choices for breakfast were limited, but overall the hotel is really nice and deserves to be classified as more than two and a half stars

Great, clean, hotel. I'd definitely stay there again next time I'm going to Miami.

Our stay was fairly brief but we were very pleased with our she shuttle service from the airport was quick and convenient and the front desk staff helped us find local restaurants to walk to in the area. The area is the best but my husband and I felt safe walking around at night to grab a bite. The hotel itself is lovely.

The airport shuttle arrived promptly after I called for a pick-up. The hotel felt new and clean. I am sensitive to mold and usually avoid rooms with carpet but this carpet was clean. Breakfast was better than I expected. Wireless connection was relatively fast. I'll return!

We booked this hotel the same day of our stay. It was a business trip. Check-in was simple. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. Our view was over the pool area. Breakfast was delightful. The hostess was friendly and cheerful. All food was displayed nicely and very fresh. Hot waffles were a bonus. Easy proximity to airport and major roads. Interesting Cuban restaurants within walking distance. Would stay there again. Wiil start looking for Fairfield Inns nationwide as we travel.

The hotel is located just a short five minute drive from the airport. A free shuttle is available and came shortly after we called the hotel. We stayed at the hotel the night before a cruise. The hotel seems quite new and the rooms are very spacious. Free wi-fi is available in the hotel as is a free breakfast. The breakfast is simple but it does the trick. Just be warned that it is extremely crowded in the mornings. You have to wait awhile to get a taxi to the cruise port as taxis are hard to come by on cruise days. I'm wondering if it would have been better to just take the shuttle back to the airport and take a taxi from there. Overall, happy with the hotel.

I stayed 1 night before taking a flight out the next morning. I enjoyed the convenience of the free airport shuttle.

This hotel close to the airport and a local shopping area. The staff are polite courteous and helpful and most are fluent speaking English as Spanish is the host language. The shuttle service is equally accommodating for a 5mile radius pick up & drop off service for those who do not have a car. The buses are very good and you can get to coconut walk or downtown Miami very easy if your in no rush!!! This enables you to see Miami as a local. The yellow taxis are reasonable when in a group and especially with all the shopping from dolphin mall outlet otherwise for a more sceanic route you can opt for the hotels €10 round trip to and from dolphin mall. Breakfast is self service and managed well by the breakfast staff. The laundry facilities are very good an added bonus..... We are going back next year

All was ok, but i think the parking would be included in the price room.

we only stay over for one night but very close from the airport and large rooms, so it was okay

Overall a very nice hotel. The room was extremely comfortable. This a good hotel for those who need to be close to the airport.

The service was out of this world, smiles, attention, always there for you. the sharp and outstanding breakfast , many places to eat around the hotel. Just out of the airport or to.

Our room was clean, comfortable, the desk staff helpful and the breakfast room lovely and very complete. Our only complaint was the strong smell of some sort of cleaning fluid or deodorant in our room when we first checked in which made the first impression of the room bad. This seemed to disipate as we were out of the room for a time or it was not as noticeable when we returned.

I was told u provide a free shuttlewithin a 5 mile area. This was not true and we incurred extra costs for taxi to the port and other areas.

Excellent hotel close to the airport. Unfortunately they could not bring an extra bed to the room and as a family of 4 with two kids refusing to share one bed this caused some issues.

2 adults with 3 children staying overnight. Very nice hotel. Breakfast might be better.

The hotel and service was very good. All employess very kind and very accomodating. However our 2 queen room with fridge felt very cramped for my family. I felt there was very little room to move around between beds and furniture. Next time I'll get a suite. Another issue was during our 3 day stay, the free breakfast was very sparse. I have stayed in several different types of Marriotts, Fairfield is always our favorite because of the large variety of breakfast items, including a waffle maker that my kids love. For some reason we did not have much to choose from, they did not even have the waffle maker out until our final day. Overall, our stay was good, because the excellent courtesy and caring of the staff. The people make all the difference!

I had a day free before my flight. After inquiring at the front desk about a Miami city tour, the desk clerk organized the most amazing impromptu 3 hour tour. It was one of the most enjoyable days I have ever spent in an unfamiliar city and made me want to come back soon.

Wonderfull airport hotel, the room was extremely clean and in general hotel personnel Was gentle and ready to help me. For my next trips to Miami I will def stay at the Fairfield
