I was told u provide a free shuttlewithin a 5 mile area. This was not true and we incurred extra costs for taxi to the port and other areas.

Excellent hotel close to the airport. Unfortunately they could not bring an extra bed to the room and as a family of 4 with two kids refusing to share one bed this caused some issues.

2 adults with 3 children staying overnight. Very nice hotel. Breakfast might be better.

The hotel and service was very good. All employess very kind and very accomodating. However our 2 queen room with fridge felt very cramped for my family. I felt there was very little room to move around between beds and furniture. Next time I'll get a suite. Another issue was during our 3 day stay, the free breakfast was very sparse. I have stayed in several different types of Marriotts, Fairfield is always our favorite because of the large variety of breakfast items, including a waffle maker that my kids love. For some reason we did not have much to choose from, they did not even have the waffle maker out until our final day. Overall, our stay was good, because the excellent courtesy and caring of the staff. The people make all the difference!

I had a day free before my flight. After inquiring at the front desk about a Miami city tour, the desk clerk organized the most amazing impromptu 3 hour tour. It was one of the most enjoyable days I have ever spent in an unfamiliar city and made me want to come back soon.

Wonderfull airport hotel, the room was extremely clean and in general hotel personnel Was gentle and ready to help me. For my next trips to Miami I will def stay at the Fairfield

We found this hotel to be very conveniently located near the airport and provided extra free services; e.g. shuttle service, breakfast, wifi... Clean and neat for individuals that don't need the frills and amenities of a luxury hotel.

The location was fine for what I came for. There were several flights that went over in the later hours of the night. that was a little disturbing. Also, no bar or restaurant in house. Walked to the big Marriott next door for a night cap. Also, I asked for a 5 am wake-up call, that never came. Otherwise, the accomodations were sufficient for my needs.

It is close to the airport, ugly neighborhood,dificulty to find a package delivered at the hotel, at first I ve been told that had no more packages but after 2 2 phonecalls and then I have insisted personnally, then found the package

Fairfield Inn is down the street from the airport. The staff was super nice and even upgraded me to a suite! My room was clean, very nice, and spacious. Security is constantly patrolling so I felt safe. They sell snacks and drinks next to the check-in desk. I'd stay here again!

Pleasant stay. Polite staff, Well decorated clean room and common areas. Great breakfast with staff to clean and maintain. Parking safe, well lit. Restaurants nearby. Close to airport. Would not hesitate to return

Room was small for 5 people and we expecred 2 beds, not one foldout and one bed. Breakfast was all cold items, not too great either.

This hotel is good to stay at if you are traveling via the airport. But this hotel is not conventient to get around. the surrounding neighborhood is not good at all. I do not recommend walking anywhere. They offered a shuttle to a close KMart plaza. The plaza was very rundown with not alot to offer. Then I called the shuttle service to pick us up and they forgot. We waited for 45 minutes. Also, do not order from their recommended Cuban restaurant. It is not good at all. I will more than likely not stay here again even though the hotel is clean and in great shape.

Close to the airport and free shuttle service. The king sized bed was amazingly comfortable. Clean space. Would stay here again.

I had a to change my flight and the hotel made all the precheck arrangements. Only 5 mins from the airport was fantastic and the shuttle service arrived promptly. The room was magnificent . GREAT JOB GUYS!!!! I will definitely be back!!!

We chose this hotel as a 'suite' hotel with a 'separate seating area, showing pictures with a pullout couch. Our family of 6, came in at 1:30 am, exhausted to find we only had 2 queen beds to share and no apologies from the staff. Will not be returning to this hotel and will hesitate to stay at Fairfield Inn due to the horrible service!

Overall, this was a good hotel for what we were looking for. We had to catch a flight the next day, so that was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only concern was the neighborhood, which was a little rough.

There is a $10 per day parking fee. I don't recall seeing this mentioned in the Hotels.com write up.

Fabulous hotel! Super clean! All new! Great breakfast. Enjoyed our stay. Close to University of Miami that we were visiting. Highly recommend this hotel!

Clean, comfortable hotel not far from the airport. I would suggest this hotel for pre/post vacation travel (airport/cruise layover). There is a good Cuban restaurant within walking distance. Airport shuttle leaves every thirty minutes in the morning.

This hotel is operated by a Marriott franchise and is situated next door to the Marriott campus. It was refurbished within the past year. No swimming pool. Except for a few machines and in-room coffee the only food available is the buffet breakfast. Restaurants are available within a short walk,.including those on the Marriott campus itself.

Shuttle was prompt with pickup, check in a breeze, clean, comfortable, would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The room was confortable and the complimentary breakfast was good. The staff was extremelly friendly and helpful. Transportation from the airport works well but only on request and this can be difficult if you don't have a cell phone (mostly the case if you come from another country). Transportatin from the hotel to the airport works very well. Very helpful driver. The only negative points are: The room had an unpleasant smell and was not well cleaned (the garbage was not removed).

Not an "elegant" hotel. It has been built to do a basic job and it does it extremely well. The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed and quiet, despite being very close to the airport. The beds are excellent - best night's sleep I had in ages. There are all the facilities you really need like complimentary breakfast, free Internet, fitness suite, covered parking (costs extra), plus some you don't need but which make it more pleasant, like the outdoor spa pool. The worst thing from my point of view was the coffee, but that's me being picky.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Poor pool/whirpool, non working jets and lukewarm water. $10 per night parking. Nice clean room, good lcd tv. Fridge in room but no microwave.

The hotel is very mdern and nice unfortunatley the surrounding areas are not great we went for a concert in the area so it was perfect good service nice staff and beautiful room

I was very please with our stay at the Fairfield in Miami. The decor was very unique and soothing. It was convenient and clean. The parking is well protected and the staff was more than professional. Next time we go to Miami we will use the Fairfield again. Thanks Fairfield!!!!!!

Bien dans l ensemble Dom age qu il n y a pas de navette. pour aller et venir de l aeroport En dehors du matin et le quarter manqué un peu de securite

Eksellent hotel, jeg følte mig sikker og hotellet har ligeledes rigtig gode parkeringsforhold. Stort udvalg i kontinental morgenmad. Jeg og min familie kommer der gerne igen. Et lille minus" jeg oplevede" en unødvendig ventetid ved indtjekning - receptionen OK men burde bemandes med 1 yderligere person.

スタッフが明るくて良い．問題は一つも感じられない．まわりにはレストランが一件，中を見たが，非常に賑わっていた．私は，この１週間肉を食べ過ぎたので，隣にあるガソリンスタンドの小さな店で，パンとチップ，ビール，水を買って，晩飯にしてしまった．

Ja viajei varias vezes e com certeza esse foi um dos melhores hoteis que fiquei: qualidade e preco bom. Apartamentos limpos, banheiro impecavel e o melhor as roupas de camas sao limpas e cheirosas (algo dificil de se encontrar). Alem de toda a qualidade e limpeza, vale ressaltar que a localizacao e excelente, proximo as saidas para os principais shoppings de Miami e principalmente, proximo as principais redes de fast foods e restaurantes, como: Burger King, Ihop, Mc Donalds, Wendys, KFC e Dominos. Muito bom!! Eu recomendo!!!

Bom hotel. Próximo ao aeroporto. Excelente limpeza e qualidade dos quartos e demais instalações. Cordialidade no atendimento dos funcionários. Recomendado para quem quer estadia perto do aeroporto, porém longe do centro de Miami, bem como das praias. Preço bom considerando-se o custoxbenefício. Café da manhã bom para os padrões americanos (que não me agradam pela pobreza em frutas e frios)

Hotel très sympa à notre arrivée à l aéroport, accueil très agréable, chambre impeccable, navette le matin à l heure sans problème pour aller louer notre voiture à l àeroport. À 5mns de l aéroport de Miami. Petit déjeuner agréable, suffisamment de choix, très bonne adresse pour Miami et surtout bien place par rapport à l aéroport, très bon rapport qualité prix

Ich kann das Fairfield Inn & Suites by Mariott empfehlen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Praktisch auch ein Kühlschrank und Kaffeekocher. Super Betten. Das Frühstück war vielfältig. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Die Umgebung ist nicht schön, aber verkehrstechnisch (sprich: Auto-technisch) günstig. Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte etwas freundlicher sein, aber das ist auch schon mein einziger Kritikpunkt.
