كان العاملون في غاية التعاون والمجاملة. فقد سمحوا لنا بتسجيل إجراءات الوصول مبكرًا، لأننا كنا قد وصلنا بعد عناء رحلة سفر طويلة. وكان تناول الكباب على العشاء تجربة مثيرة.

We were looking for a reasonably priced comfortable hotel for a short break and this one fitted the bill perfectly. The location is not the greatest but with cheap taxis it worked out much less than staying in a better placed hotel. We stayed in a suite and it was well worth the extra money. There was some confusion as to whether breakfast was included in our deal but the hotel gave it us anyway. I think we actually won on that one as I'm sure it was an extra we excluded when booking. The breakfast choice was excellent by the way. All the staff we dealt with were both helpful and friendly.

the hotel was nice as was my room, the only problem is getting taxis or cars to actual locations. I had some trouble with requesting taxis but the request was never finalized. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and I enjoyed my stay.

Awful pillows!!! I could not sleep for three nights, and had to buy a new one in a supermarket.Service is ok, but people at the front desk do not speak a very good English. Breakfast is quite expensive but of good quality. Location is not very good, as in a desert neighbourhood, but taxi fares are so low you can afford a cab to get anywhere.

The hotel was alright but i still find it very difficult to understand why at this day and age hotels cant provide wi-fi in guest rooms? The hotel provides free wifi in the lobby with little space to accommodate guest who want to use the internet. Another annoyance was with customer service in the hotel and in Dubai in general. It is something they need to learn because its very evident that country has no idea what it means. Imagine ordering food, your told it will be ready in 25 mins and you get it 3 hours later?

For what it cost to stay, it was not worth the price. If I wanted to use internet, I had to go to the lobby to use the hotel wireless. If I wanted to use internet in my room, I had to pay an hourly rate. I parked my car out front during the holiday period, however, at 9am the next day, the holiday was declared over and I was given a parking ticket. The hotel refused to pay for it. During registration for check in, they did not tell us of the underground parking. There was only one person at the check-in counter who helped whom ever butted in line and made foreign guests wait up to 30 minutes while locals budged in front or interrupted. Not a pleasant experience and a hotel that was not willing to help make the guest feel welcome or comfortable. A big disappointment to experience in Dubai.

Don't go. Reception very unprofessional, service very bad. Location is almost deira and not jumairah. Far from Dubai marina, mall of the emirates .....

We are a family of 5 and we resided in Mecure Gold Hotel from 24-30 August 2012. The hotel is generally very good in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The rooms are great. Importantly the staff are very friendly and fantastic. It is very good for those with young children. The hotel is close to Dubai mall and other shopping malls plus a beach. The taxi fare to all these places is affordable. The free shuttle to some of the shopping malls/beach is very helpful too. We loved our stay and will visit again soon.

Good hotel, clean, friendly and good value for money. Only a little bit off city center, but close to Port Rashid and the cruise ships. IMPORTANT INFO: This hotel has changed name to MERCURE GOLD HOTEL.

I just spent 2 weeks at this hotel. The service is just OK (I had to wait over a half hour for towels), but the price is very good. The location isn't great, but it is convenient enough (not too far from beaches, but a long way from Media City). This seems to be a very popular hotel with Indian and Russian tour groups. Overall, a good hotel for Dubai.

Close to alot of sights very cheap travel to mall.

it was a very clean and comfy room. the buffet was very good. nice bar. pool on roof is quiet and an excellent spa on the 7th floor. my only complaint is the slow internet access. it took a few hours to down load two albums from i tunes. i hope the hotel takes this serious because. i looked for possible alternatives for my next stay. because of this. for the amount i pay for 24hours service(100dhs) and class of hotel. the manager should arrange another provider or data package.

It is very good location and has moderate facilities, the breakfast, lunch and dinner was ok and all staff were very helpful.

Hotel had good facilities - 2 bars and restaurant on site. Rooms were very good with complimentary Internet for 24hrs. Swimming pool on roof was rather small but ok for a very quick morning dip. Beware you must have original passport to check in. We had problems as our passports were in for visa renewal and they reluctantly accepted photocopies. These must be in colour!!!! One of our party had black and white and they would not accept it - he had to get a scanned cope from home sent to them. I think this may be the same all over Dubai and is government law.

I had to change my room after 2 hours of stay due to some planned maintenance. Why I was giving this room if it was planned for maintenance. it's ironic.

My wife and I with our 6 yr. old son and 2 yrs. old daughter stayed at this hotel. It is a clean and decent hotel. Good for families. Facilities are nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Dear Sir, This is my second stay at the hotel through your respected web site. I have paid almost same amount last month for the same room category including breakfast. This time of the month they have told me that it is not included, with no written justification from your website (hotels.com) that breakfast was excluded. They kept on telling me that the management will contact you soon. Nobody contacted me and nobody showed up.

Definately worth staying in if your with young kids. stayed in many hotels and for the price you can't beat this. very friendly staff and good atmosphere. will be booking again when visiting dubai in the future. excellent buffet lunch with large varieties and fresh produce. location is also excellent, close to beaches and restaurants, couldn't ask for more. keep it up swiss-bel.

We had a very relaxing stay and felt like we were at home. The staff were very helpful and good with advise on local travel. Location was just right withareas of interests within affordable taxi rides. Room quality was 4*plus and room service to complimate.

House keeping service poor Hotel seems to be short of bath towels

Very clean hotel with nice rooftop swimming pool, which was on the small size, but for the price it is really good value. Nice bar and spa, very helpful bellboy and they gave me a complimentary chocolate cake for my birthday which was a nice suprise! The only problem with the hotel is its location, its not very central but it is within walking distance to the beach and they provide free shuttle buses to the main shopping malls.

Très bon hotel, accueil impeccable , l'accès depuis et vers l'aéroport est très facile et peu coûteux en taxi. Piscine de taille moyenne mais très utile avec la chaleur

Vi bliver tjekket ind på hvad de siger er et ikke-ryger værelse. Efter brok til de ansatte besøger deres manager vores værelse og er helt enig med os i at der er blevet røget MEGET på dette værelse. Da alle ikke-ryger værelser imidlertidigt er udlejet bliver vi spist af med en gang morgenmad og skal vente med at bytte om til dagen efter. Det nye værelse har problemer med det varme vand og deres håndklæder er trevlet... dette hotel kan IKKE anbefales!!

Located slightly outside the key areas, the hotel is nice, clean and fulfills its duty for a layover or a longer stay. Easy access to taxis which will take you anywhere. A 10 minute ride is about 10-15 DHS. For us, unfortunately, we were put in the smoking floor although requesting a non-smooing room. It wasn't a problem though for a two day layover but could would preferred a non-smoking room for a longer stay. The staff offered to set us up with twin size beds and combine them though. Staff is friendly and forthcoming. To some extent perhaps not well syncronized. Checking out showed Mmni-bar usage although it was untouched. Probably due to water bottles which were brought in from the outside shops. Average rating / class could be 2,5-3.0 on a 5-scale. (Personal view).

チェックアウトして、フライト時間が深夜なので、夕方にスパのシャワーだけ使わせて欲しいと、お願いをしたら、部屋の追加料金を払えと言われました。他のホテルを利用した際は、チェックアウトしてもフライト時間までプールもスパも自由に使っても良いと言われましたので、融通が利かないと思いました。

Allmänt bra hotell. Wi-Fi är nu tillgängligt också för android telefoner igen. Hotellrum och service riktig bra.
