It is a really Good and cheap hotel! Location is not really Central but the Metro is very close. The area was nice and quiet. Lovely little Shops and bakeries around. The hotel was really nice and clean. Bed was confortable! The stuff was very friendly. And the price was reaally really good for a studio room! 50 pounds /night :) I would recommend it to anyone!

Fabulous for the price. Basic but meets all needs. Great shower and always plenty of hot water, balcony massive and very helpful reception. Lovely neighbourhood. Will recommend to anyone and everyone! Very sad to leave.

Clean rooms and nice staff. Expensive taxis to Paris town center. It takes 20 mins to walk to the Porte de Versailles EXPO-center.

Overall it is a good value for the price. It is clean and functional, however the rooms are tight. The main purpose of the trip was business. The metro is about 15min walk. It is easy to get to the périphérique.

I stayed at "Séjours et Affaires Paris Malakoff" with my girlfriend. While it might not be the best situated hotel, the room, surrounding area and value of money made the stay very satiesfying. The room itself was very nice, new and fresh, had a little kitchen and the bed was very comfy. I like that the area didnt feel touristy, instead it felt like an area were the locals live. Very cozy, lots of shops, a great market, bars, cinema etc. At the same time the area felt very safe, even nighttime. I would recommend it to anyone!

The Hotel is bit far from the centre. But rest of the things are fine. Close to Metro. Cleaning was good. No smelly. Kitchen was there. As per price value the hotel is good. Kapil from India

Clean and tidy hotel with polite staff. Only minus point is the distance between metro (about 10 minutes walk). Overall a good experience. Recommended for people who is travelling light!

My son and I stayed here for 4 nights in November 2010. I thought the hotel was a bargain. I would say it’s located in a residential area and includes a stove, microwave and refrigerator. We liked we could keep breakfast food and snacks cold or warm a late snack. The room is very small and has a sofa bed. We spent little time in the room so really not such an issue. It is pretty close to the Metro and plenty of places to eat and shop during normal hours. I would stay here again. More detail should you want to stay here…… We flew over from London and found this hotel is at the complete opposite side of the city from Charles de Gaulle Airport. It is almost at the end of Line 13 but easy to get to never-the-less. We arrived late to the area on a Thursday evening. While there were limited stores open at this hour we found a café to eat a late hot meal and an open market near the hotel. We arrived to a late night check in machine similar to a cash machine. Use your last name if you book on Hotels.com for this machine. It will dispense a key card and door code. Some doors open easy others enter the code and pull at the same time. Just keep at it you will get in. This was a new experience for us. There is no one available after hours to help with check in. It is safe as you have to use a code to open 4 doors before you even get to your room. Should you look up the location on Google maps it is INCORRECT!! This was our biggest problem getting to the hotel. From the Metro station Malakoff Plateau de Vanves cross the street and head down Rue Eugene Varlin. This curves into Rue Beranger. Along this street you will see a square where the Friday (when we were there…not every day) outdoor and indoor markets take place. Continue to Rue Salvador Allende and turn right and walk to Boulevard Gabriel Peri. There is a nice friendly local market open late on the corner. To the right across the street and 30-40 yards down you should see the hotel. The street numbers are a mess and each

Reasonably priced hotel near the centre of Paris. Excellent facilities.

Great place to stay - in walking distance of the metro, on the bus-routes and in a nice environment. Arrived quite late and the after hours check-in was a breeze. Would gladly stay there again should I need short-term lettings for a short holiday!

a bare minimum hotel.. sub-par in most respects but good in terms of motivating one to get out and see paris. good for business travel, I imagine. very close to the 14th district and alesia tube station. immediate area is fairly sparse.. taxi's are often hard to hail. front desk was friendly and helpful initially; until we asked for more clean towels which never showed up. apparently, they only replenish towels and toiletries once a week!!! totally unacceptable. "cleaning lady" was rude as well when I attempted to get fresh coffee from the cafeteria that never actually seemed to be open. all and all, just basic.. not great at all.

This is not a hotel. It's more like an apt for tourists but it has free wi-fi service, fully furnished kitchen, plates, etc. The receptionist closed the desk at night but we had no problem at all. The rooms are nice and quite. The only problem we had was the location of this hotel. Paris has a great metro system so we used metro all the time during the visit, but it takes about 15-20 min walking to the station from the hotel. Yet, once you get in, every tourist place is nearby. This hotel is in residential area so I don't think it's that dangerous to walk around at night but it is still pretty far. About 10 min away from the hotel, there's a bus stop as well but using the metro is the smart idea.

This place is wonderful, amazing security, rooms are spacious. Bed is better than home. Very clean room and you can check in as late as you want. The furniture is fancy and is great for two guests. I liked the fridge and stove that were available, also silverware and cupboard, closet. The sign for the hotel is a bit hard to see but well worth your visit, be sure to get the phone number for this place so that you can get the exact location before arrival, that was a hassle.

Very well designed rooms with practical facililities especially when accompanied by children. Ealely accessible and provided us with a very comfortable stay. Sejours et Affaires has definitely become our hotel of choice when visiting France

Hôtel plaisant, calme, propre. Point négatif le jour du départ pas de petits déjeuner, la personne qui s'en occupait n'était pas réveillé et cela ne regardait pas la réception et nous avons reçu aucune excuses de leur part. Amabilité un peu moyen du personnel.

Nous sommes arrivés à l'accueil et l'hotesse nous a donné les clés de notre chamabre. Surprise en ouvrant la porte, la poubelle était débordante de déchets et bouteilles de whisky, les coussins, draps et couvertures étaient par terre, en fait personne n'était passé remettre la chambre en état. Mon mari descend à l'accueil et on lui donne une autre chambre, autre surprise en ouvrant la porte, la chambre n'avait pas été faite non plus. Mon mari redescend pour la 3ème fois, et on lui donne une autre chmabre qui cette fois-ci était la bonne. A noter cependant que l'hotesse s'est prise un peu de haut. Je pense que dans cette situation, elle aurait mieux fait d'être très déçue pour nous et un peu plus aimable.

Hôtel très propre,bien placé et au calme. Coin cuisine très satisfaisant. À recommander

dormir dans un canapé convertible pour ce prix n'est pas très agréable!!!!

A part l'accès au parking plutôt compliqué tout est parfait,

Очень хороший отель, расположен недалеко от метро, от центра несколько остановок. Номер был удобный, новый, с небольшой кухней (плитка, микроволновка, мойка, посуда, холодильник). Отличный персонал, в общем даже при всем желание придраться не к чему.

Vi var meget positivt overrasket. Nyt og lækkert. Dejlige værelser og sødt personale.

La chambre, décorée agréablement, était très propre à mon arrivé. La salle de bain également. La chambre, donnant sur la cours intérieure, était très calme. La connection wifi fonctionne sans problème.

Ik ben zeer positief over dit hotel en het is dan ook aan iedereen aan te raden! De kamers zijn erg groot en comfortabel. De kitchenette was erg leuk en hier hebben wij dan ook veel gebruik van gemaakt. Je kunt er een voltallige maaltijd op koken zodat je niet iedere dag uit eten hoeft. Wij hadden aan de voorkant van onze kamer een klein balkon en aan de achterzijde een groot balkon. Erg lekker om s' morgens op te ontbijten! Ook de service was erg goed! Kortom een aanrader!

Who wants to save money and a practical place, the hotel satisfies the expectation. There are near by a little supermarket, pizzarias, laundry... all in the same street and they close late. Metro is around 10 min walk and it seemed very safe those days when I and my fiance walked after 11PM to the hotel. Employees generaly were nice. Just be aware: -that there is no air conditioning in the rooms even in the summer, checkin start only 15h -you will have only two hours for breakfast. -the hotel is not that close to Eiffle Tower as the ad says. Depending on the metro and considering you have to walk, you can take 45min. But usually the metro in France is good and have a good frequency. Problem the hotel should have had air conditioning. I´ve been in the Summer and I was told the air conditioning could not be turn on.

Pas très cher et à 20 mn de Montparnasse! chambre studio avec kitchenette bien pratique quand on reste plusieurs jours, par contre l'espace hyper réduit pour passer entre la table et le lit n'est pas des plus commode...

Það sem er kostur við hótel er að vera fjar frá stórborg og ca 7 min ganga til metró. Er með eign eldhúsaðstaða og það er svona sveitalegur í nútíman. Fint en langt ganga til ódýrmataverslun búð svo best að versla smábúðum sem er rétt hjá og dýrara. Svefnsófi er plásfrékk að maður hefur litið pláss að ganga um en hreinlæti er fint og blokkin er skemmtileg. En sáttur við það að vera stuttu tíman en mun ekki vera þar langtíman.

Overall was ok, no night reception was a problem in one ocassion. The room was relatively small but clean. Daily maintenance was not included in the price. Overall quite good value for money compared to most 2*-3* paris hotels.

Juste un bruit de ventilation sinon RAS

O quarto é pequeno, porem confortavel. Aconselhamos transformar a cama em sofa quando nao estiver em uso para que a movimentaçao no quarto fique mais facil( o que é facílimo de fazer). As recepcionistas são educadas, atenciosas e falam inglês. O único item que deve ser imediatamente corrigido pela direçao do hotel é o problema da água quente no chuveiro. Em determinados horários simplesmente não tem, o que é muito desagradável, principalmente se o clima está frio.

På trods af at der ikke er bliver gjort rent på værelserne, og at det var svært at tjekke ind, så var det et okay hotel til pengene. Det var billigt, nemt at finde, og lå tæt på metro.

El hotel esta muy bueno, exelente atención, la habitación muy bonita, la cocina muy equipada, el bano muy limpio y agua caliente, sabanas, toallas, almohadas, calefacción y aire acondicionado, todo ok, muy cerca del metro y hubicado en buena zona, demasiado seguro, puertas con cerraduras electronicas en entradas principales. No hablan espanol, solo ingles y frances, buena atención por parte de recepción, si volveria con mucho gusto, les pongo un diez.

Aunque esta un poco retirado del centro, es facil llegar en metro y un taxi desde Champs de Mars sale como en 15 euros. Aunque pequeñas, las habitaciones son comodas y el baño tambien, la pequeña cocinita esta muy bien equipada. El área donde esta el hotel es muy limpia y parece muy segura. Tambien pasan buses cerca del hotel que te conectan con el metro y los trenes que te llevan al aeropuerto.

Tämä oli ensimmäinen kerta kun emme saaneet siirrettyä myöhemmäksi uloskirjautumista. Kello kymmenen aamulla on hivenen liian aikainen uloskirjautumisaika varsinkin silloin kun lento lähtee vasta seitsemältä illalta. Avaimmemme lakkasi toimimasta jo ennen kymmentä. Vessamme lakkasi myös vetämästä lähtö aamuna. Huoneemme lattiaa ei oltu pesty vähään aikaan. Emme ole ikinä olleet niin epäsiistissä huoneessa. Sohva oli nähnyt parhaat päivänsä. Huoneessamme ei ollut lainkaan sänkyä. Mielestäni levitettävä vuodesohva ei ihan ole sama asia kuin oikea sänky. Huone oli todella pieni ja ahdas. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Fint hotel og flinkt personale. Det var fedt med det lille the-køkken så man selv kan lave mad hvis man har lyst til det. Mht. beliggenhed er der max 10 min gågang til metroen hvis man går gennem centrum af Malakoff, der egentlig også er en lille hyggelige by med både flere supermarkeder, cafér og restauranter end man umiddelbart tror...

resulto una buena opcion ya que tiene cocina y refrigerador, lo que abarata mucho la estadia en paris. el hotel esta en buenas condiciones, es bastante moderno y funcional, aunque la pieza no era muy grande (con el sofa cama abierto no hay casi nada de espacio para moverse). el metro no esta muy cerca pero es caminable con una maleta con ruedas. el barrio es muy agradable y tranquilo. muy cerca hay una estacion del sistema de bicicletas de paris, lo cual es quiza la mejor manera de recorrer la ciudad.

Vi havde lidt svært ved at finde det, da receptionen er under en anden bygning end selve hotellet, personalet talte flot engelsk, var friske og veloplagte, værelserne var super flotte og alt var som det skulle være, rent køkken og bad, friske lagen og skabspladsen var lige tilpas, der er mulighed for at rulle et gitter for vinduet så man kan sove trygt med helt åbent vindue, det eneste vi kunne have manglet var aircondition ... :)

La propreté n'était pas optimale. Dommage que le ménage ne soit que hebdomadaire, il faut payer si on veut un ménage intermédiaire. Il manque un nécessaire de nettoyage pour la cuisine ( éponge et produit vaiselle ), le nettoyage étant notre charge. Le tarif est raisonnable, le quartier est sympa et l'hôtel est situé au calme.

positive: - moderate price - large room - internet negative - noisy ventilation

Hotel globalement satisfaisant. Malheureusement, beaucoup de vis-à-vis nuit au confort d'une chambre par ailleurs très agréable.
