We enjoyed our stay! It needs more work done the painting in the rooms need to be finished proper! The walls are thin and I could hear everything that was going on in the adjoining rooms and outside !! Our room was dark had to turn all the lights on to see!! The pillows were flat and not good quality ! Would I stay there again??? Only in a pinch!

Great location to Whiskey Row and major highway. The owner of the hotel has a great heart, wants his guest to be comfortable. Going thru Hotels.com we got our room for $45.00 a night. Very glad about the price. It would not have been worth anymore. The hotel has a lot of potential but needs a lot of work. Our bed and bathroom were clean. I do not think I will return to this hotel.

Staff was very pleasant/friendly and helpful. Very few amenities in room. Quiet surroundings which was nice.

No ice, bath tub did not work. People next door started fighting had to call the Police. Substandard breakfast. Dirty towel behind bathroom door. No coffee pot.

Was the least satisfactory hotel on our trip. No clock, no hair dryer, peeling walls, dim lights, minimal breakfast. The manager of the hotel was very nice and as helpful as possible however.

The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful. We had an appointment at a local hospital and he was extremely helpful in giving directions and was very kind. Even though the room was adequate I would return just because the front desk help was so nice.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. Checked in and the staff was just so incredibly friendly. Learned that downtown was just a mile away. The check in clerk offered to call us a cab. We walked, and it was a short, easy stroll. Before heading out, we went up to our room. It wasn't fancy, but it was clean and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised. The next morning, we went to the continental breakfast, which consisted of toast, danish, coffee and juice. Again, the staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Prescott!!!

Hot water came out of both hot and cold taps. Had to take a bath because no mechanism for making water come out of the shower. No coffee maker (which has been standard in all other USA hotels and motels) nor kettle, but there was a microwave oven in the hotel room in which we heated water in polystyrene cups from reception. Otherwise comfortable clean room for an overnight stay.

Good for our one night stay. Poor lighting made it difficult to read.

Room was roomy and clean, granite counter tops, shower had nice luxury curtain. Room needs a coffee maker, because continental breakfast isn't until 7am. I get up much earlier than that. Breakfast is nothing, toast and a sweet danish....... If they add the coffee makers in the room, i would stay here again.

I was not expecting too much for the price. The room was decorated nicely however the shower/bath has not been replaced and wasted water. I was grossed out when I went to take a shower and the soap from the previous occupant was still in the shower! In the morning (8:00 am) there was no one at the office so no coffee! Not a happy camper! No critters crawling and convenient location for our needs.

The hotel was clean but wish the pool was open. the hotel could be in a more wide open space. It was very close to the intersection. very comfortable.

it was a fine place for the price...near where we wanted to be....man at front desk very helpfull

Noisy, rude neighbors. Not the hotel's fault, but...

The motel was conveniently located for our visit to Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Dewey AZ. The condition of the motel was not good. Long gone are the days when this motel was in good condition. I will say that everything worked in the room, check in was easy, breakfast was only so so with rolls being offered, coffee, and orange juice. Bread was set out for toasting but only butter was offered - no jams/jellies. The swimming pool was in deplorable (closed) condition. The roof was in dire need of new shingles. The whole place needs to close down, bite the bullet and fix it up. If it was not for the time of year where most every motel/hotel was booked this motel would certainly not be on any ones list of places to stay.

Hotel was a good place to stop and sleep, pool was out of service. Its HOT in AZ and no pool!

The motel had a recent remodel, although the bathtub, etc. was still old. The room was clean and the manager, Kevin, was excellent. An extremely nice gentleman and very concerned with us being comfortable and having everything we needed. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Plumbing exposed in bathroom; wondered what would crawl out. Also a hole behind the bathroom door. Worn out furniture and general unclean appearance. Old curtains and light bulbs dim....trying to save money? Door had large space between door and door frame.......wondered what could crawl in there. NO BIBLE!!!! Old TV with blurry like picture. My first thought was, "this is a dive". I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

stay was fine. room was updated except the airconditiner. it did not get cold

room was clean and updated. Air conditioning was lacking in the cold tho. beds comfortable

Looked like they were in the process of remodeling some of the rooms, pool was not working empty and dirty. Would not recommend.

Place need some serious updates and a better cleaning

We were in the area for appointments at the VAMC and it was just down the road. We have stayed in a number of hotels in Prescott and this by far was the best experience. The staff was wonderfully awesome!!! We checked in very late and left very early but the front desk was pleasant none the less. The only reson for the 3 in condition and maintanence was because they are in the middle of renovstions and they just had not gotten to our room. We have decided this will be our hotel of choice when we travel to Prescott

The room had several problems - one of them being the noise level of the surrounding rooms with people up all night partying, coughing and very loud. The walls seemed paper thin. Paint was peeling and cracked, amenities were slim. I would not stay here again.

This hotel looks like a shambly shack from the outside.The carport entry is almost falling down and the pool looks like it hasn't been open in years, with piles of rubbish being stored around it. The inside of the room has been modernized, which was nice, the refrigerator was a bonus! Also, there weren't enough towels or wash cloths in the room. Great location though and cheap cabs to Whiskey Row!

We stayed at this hotel overnight. We traveled from Tucson to Prescott to see a band play. It was nice, clean and the staff was friendly. If you are a light sleeper, you may have problems staying asleep as the walls are pretty thin, so to speak, and we could hear alot of activity going on all night and early in the morning. Going to bring my ear plugs next time.

Overall the bed was the only good thing about this place, comfortable. There was no iron/board in the room as noted as part of the amenities. not enough outlets, had to use my laptop near the bed instead of sitting at the desk. Heater/Cooler was not automatic, had to keep gettin up to turn it on and off. the price i paid, was not worth it. I did get a better deal up the road with full breakfast next time i come to stay in Prescott w/ adjoining mexican restaurant that had great food.

I enjoyed the hotel service and its location was very convenient because the event (wedding) was really close to the hotel. Thanks so much!

Good location.....rooms run down...you get what you pay for.

The hotel looks like it had a bad refresh job done and was poorly painted. I was very leary of the pillows and linens as they were very used. There were not even phones in the rooms. The pool was destroyed and drained. For a one night stay I survived but no way would I stay more than that. Sorry Econo Lodge but I didn't get my moneys worth today.

While I understand this is an Econolodge, and inexpensive accommodation, there are a few things I expect as basics that are sorely lacking here. When I first arrived, I was approached in the parking lot by a stammering man in a trench coat, who revealed himself quite readily to be "hotel-hopping-homeless". He came here to dry out, he says, but that isn't working... Sooo, the neighbors here can leave something to be desired. In the room, there is a fridge that doesn't work, a television that works on certain channels, and the voices of people in each adjacent room coming through the walls. In addition, even with every light on the room is very dark, which begs the question of cleanliness. This place is cheap, and you get what you pay for.

I booked 2 rooms for myself and my construction crew. Needless to say, we are not picky "guys". I was embarrassed to have them stay there and will never bring them back there. The place was a dive. First thing I saw when I walked in was a beer bottle on the counter. Now you tell me how well they clean the rooms?

This motel, is under reniovation: No Pool, No Hot tub , Our Air Conditioner was not working right: off/on/off/on all throughout the night., had to open window then close window, I had to go looking for extra toliet paper. The " complimentary breakfast"" was oj coffee and danish or toast. Bath-tub didnt work either, shower did thou. We will not be returning.

No better or worse than any of the other mid range hotels.
