Everything was clean and beautiful. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms are a great size.

We were there for the Christmas holiday. The stay was good.They need to let the residents know when they are going to let the cleaning staff leave early so you can have the option of having your room cleaned and receiving fresh towels and linens. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed the staff and especially te Manager he was a true delight. My family lives in Kilgore so i make many trips and will be staying here again.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. I could not hear any noise from the other rooms. Parking could be better. I will stay here again.

I've never had a bad stay at a Hampton Inn. This was no exception. I stayed at another Hilton Hhonors hotel in Dallas the next night, more expensive and supposedly more luxurious, and the room was just plain shabby. I like me some Hamptons.

I've stayed in the same Hampton Inn 3 times. And every time I arrived the rooms were not ready. The showers were not cleaned very well. They were too slick from a previous customers stay. Thank goodness I brought my own spray cleaner. Being a customer I should never have to worry about these things in a Hotel room that make you feel GROSS when you are tired from a long travel. The morning breakfast was well prepared, very nice and the employee was very attentive.

We were on a disastrous family vacation and decided to check into this glorious hotel after spending two nights in a cabin with no air conditioning or hot water- it was an absolute God send that we were able to check into such a nice place on such short notice despite the baloon racing events that were going on. The staff were even kind enough to let us check in super early. We had our infant daughter with us, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating to us and, more importantly, to her. We would stay at this beautiful hotel again in a heartbeat! Our only complaint is that there was no bathtub in the bathroom, but the hot shower totally made up for it!

Very clean and comfortable room. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. It was nice to have a breakfast buffet on site too.

This hotel appears to be brand new. It is a very nice hotel. Our room was comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast bar is exactly what I have come to expect from the Hamption Inn chain - delicious variety and pleases everyone in my family including a bottom-less pit teenage boy and picky daughter. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

When I went to check in I had trouble with the check-in process and the lady at the front desk had no clue as to what happened or how to go about checking me in. I have a Texas address, booked the room through hotels.com, and paid with a Visa. She showed me in the system with a Washington address, booked the room through expedia.com, and paid with a Mastercard. I gave her my printout from hotels.com with the confirmation number and it did not match the confirmation number she had in her system. She was not willing to give me my room key until she got it figured out even though the system showed the room as paid. I then she suggested she call her manager to try to figure out what happened. Ultimately, this manager told her to give us the keys to our room and that he would come in and look at it later. Even upson checkout, I still don't understand what happened....she tried to explain it to me, but it didn't really make sense. I will also share that after I got our room keys a man had come up to the front desk to report that his room had not been tended to by room service since they left it at 9:00am that morning. She said that the room service people were already gone for the day and offered to move him to a different room. I didn't stick around to see his reaction to this news, but I would have been upset by the offer for sure. Moving rooms would be a definite inconvenience. Then, on the day of check-out, I called down to the front desk and the same lady was there. I asked her if it would be possible to have a late check-out of 1:00pm at the latest. I explained to her that my husband was not currently there to pick us up yet and would it be okay if we stayed in the room until he got there. She said no. This was on a Sunday in Kilgore with very few rooms taken on New Year's Day. I have NEVER been told no for a late check-out. She flat out said that if we stayed in the room past 12:00pm, she would have to charge me for another night. I could not believe her lack of

Once we fpund this place we realized that if it had been marked on the east bound side of I20 we would have not had trouble finding it. We took the first exit for Kilgore as instructed by our GPS and ended up who knows where until we decided to just turn around and follow our instincts.

Overall good experience - the staff was helpful, the breakfast adequate and the facilities seem like new. This hotel is a little nicer than what you might typically expect from a Hampton Inn. We will stay there again.

When we arrived the lady that checks you out was no where to be found and finally showed up, she didn't apologise for my wait, then put us I'n a Room with broken lamp then after we moved our stuff down stairs , she put us I'n room right across from our original room after we carried our stuff downstairs, then this room had p ants I'n it and I just dealt with it, my husband got questioned by the older gentlemen the next day I'n the pool asking if we were guest there, we also hot locked out of the laundry room and had to get I'n to get our clothes, the breakfast pizza was awful and the hostess didn't even communicate, I wouldn't stay here again

Newer hotel and very clean. Front desk clerk was new and didn't activate my key, so I had to pack all my stuff back up and go back in the front to have her do her job right. All this on a 110 degree day. Other than that, very friendly staff, clean room (although I thought I smashed what I thought was a cockroach climbing on the wall) and adequate breakfast. I would stay here again.

We were pleased over-all with our 2 day stay. We appreciated the full breakfast each morning. The beds were comfortable. Only complaint: I notified the front desk 3 times that the room door squeaked terribly, enough to disturb other guests. It never got fixed while we were there.

MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED AT THE HAMPTON INN IN KILGORE LAST WEEK AND WAS VERY PLEASED - VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS AND VERY CLEAN. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

I was working in Kilgore and Longview and found Hampton Inn Kilgore at a great rate. Top-notch hotel at a great price. Staff was very courteous. Fresh hot breakfast was a plus. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area or need a place near IH-20.

Everything you would expect from a Hampton Inn. Clean and well taken care of. Staff was friendly and and professional. Not the easiest to spot from the road. My GPS could not find it even with the address.

Exceptional service, very clean and comfortable rooms, and a very nice breakfast. Would have been nice to have a restaurant nearby but it didn't change my level of satisfaction with the hotel.

Very convenient location to Longview. Very quiet even though there was a large group of young softball players in the rooms above. The rooms had been renovated and the dining room was the nicest I have been in. Excellent hot breakfast and plenty of seating to eat it.

We had a softball tournament here so wasn't in much during the day but evening and night the whole time.. We really enjoyed it! The pool was small but clean and the staff was super friendly. Will surely stay at this location again if I am in this area again!

I booked with a discounted rate through Hotels.com and was really pleased with this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the room was quite large with a huge bathroom. Everything was neat and clean, and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful, and there was a variety of items to choose from. It was a little hard to find because it's on Business 259 and not the main 259 road, though that isn't mentioned in the address. Overall, though - great hotel!

The hotel was great, breakfast was fine, staff was great, but my wife went to take a bath and there was no tub. There was not a tub in the hotel. This is the only complaint I had about this hotel.

This hotel is comfortable, clean, quiet and welcoming. We always feel like we're coming home when we check in to a Hampton Inn!

New hotel and excellent service. Breakfast had a great selection and staff had bags to go for those on the run. Recommendations made by the staff for area eatting were right on target! Friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommend it if you are in the area.

Great place to stay,,wish I could have taken the comfortable BED WITH me. Clean, staff was great, & I will stay again,,,, ;o)

I was really happy with the courtesy of the attendent when I arrived she was soooo nice. Thanks Hampton.
