We had a fantastic weekend away! Had dinner at North restaurant which was also fabulous.

We LOVED the hotel..and the price was perfect. Is was really clean and the room was decorated beautifully. There was a hockey tournament that weekend so it got a little noisy at night but, other than that it's a very nice, respectable hotel. It felt like we were at our own private condo with all the amenities.

We really enjoyed ourselves, and it was great to relax, and be right next door to our ultimate destination, the Muskoka Boat & Heritage Centre. It was also Winter Carnival weekend in Gravenhurst, so the staff were busy, but they were very friendly and helpful, and their service was great. We've already booked dates for a summer stay.

My husband and I stayed there for valentines night and we had a very enjoyable stay. The room was lovely we will stay again.Thank you

I ENDJOYED MY STAY THERE. THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND PLEASANT. I COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER STAY. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE BREAKFAST WAS HOT AND DELICIOUS. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK.

We come back here at least once a year. Fantastic room and excellent service. The only downfall I can say is that the coffee is terrible. Other than that, a great getaway.

We loved it and felt rested after our stay. Great pool and whirlpool too.

Staff go out of their way to make guests feel special. Terrific amenities and great (included) breakfast. Evening "snacks" are a nice touch. Well appointed rooms and fantastic view.Great spot.

We had a plan to stay just one night, but hotel facilities was perfect like a good breakfast (not only continental style but everythings included) and indoor swimming pool, free internet, excellent room arrangements with kitchen facilities.. many etc. So we decided to stay another night. Location was very desirable, easy to find, good sign showed up.

The place was great, clean, etc. However there were 2 issues not accounted for in the questionnaire: 1 - online picture of suite showed a full oven so I planned accordingly but only got a microwave - was told a suite with a full oven was not available but this was after the booking. I think this could have been dealt with better. 2 - hottub water was not hot, and jets were too weak - was disappointed in this as I was really looking forward to spending time in the tub.

Very surprised by the rooms, size, amenities and style. View was amazing and the neighborhood was great. We were there after the summer season and would like to come back and visit in the summer. Thanks for helping make my 60th birthday weekend extra good.

We enjoyed our time, staff all very friendly, terrific pool and hot tub. Loved looking out the window to see the Lake and the Sequin docked.

Stay was Amazing. Great on site staff. Close to restaurants and wonderful gym & pool. Would not hesitate to book again or recommend. Only disappointment. Misleading info on website that we booked with. Our rate & description indicated a better view. We had to pay more for an upgrade. Frustration

The hotel suite met and exceeded my expectations regarding the suite size, amenities, food, staff hospitality, location, etc etc. I have stayed at much more expensive hotels, but none that I preferred to this one.

great place to stay and enjoy the city

Access to hotel for check-in was difficult on Sunday due to proximity of public boat launch. Wonderful room with complete kitchen. Pretty view from private balcony. Excellent breakfast included in cost of room. Found the hotel to be overly air-conditioned: A couple of degrees warmer would have been more comfortable.

Not my first stay...not my last... Staff are friendly and helpful...

We had a very relaxing experience. It is a very quiet hotel which suited our needs. The property was well kept and the other guests were respectful of each others right to privacy, i,e, no noise or children running in the hallways or loud TV or music. The location of the hotel was immediatey to amenities.It was a great stay one that I would suggest if you need peace and quiet.

This was our first trip to the Muskokas and we loved it! Our room was LARGE. We stayed in a King studio. The balcony was a nice touch at the end of the day as it had two large Muskoka chairs to lounge in. The hotel was clean and the staff was very professional and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great as were the complimentary newspapers. The kitchenette was lovely (granite and stainless!!), although I think we will try and get one with an oven next time. We also enjoyed the whirlpool which had nice, strong jets to soothe aching cyclists' muscles. We also enjoyed the very clean pool! We will definitely be back again to the Residence Inn.

one bedroom with a full kitchen is great. had a. chance to rent a sea-doo at the marina for two hours and enjoyed the lake. muskoka beach is a great swimming area lots of shallow area and good for toddlers. lots of seating for morning breakfast and lots of variety. very warm and clean indoor pool.

Pros: Good breakfast, spacious rooms, close to marina & dock (if you want to rent a boat or sea doos), full kitchen, friendly staff. Cons: Rooms could be cleaned better, pull out sofa bed wasn't comfortable

What a fantastic find - mostly the staff are FANTASTIC!! They truly care about the people who are staying in the hotel. They help in every way. Also, the breakfast buffet is brilliant.

Pleasantly surprised... the room was larger than expected and equipped with all amenities including full size fridge, hot surface elements, dishwasher, micorwave, etc. The free breakfast was super with a variety of selections. Would definitely stay again, probably for an extra day or two, we enjoyed it so much. The staff were terrific.

We were delighted to be able to stay here. Wouldn't have known it was available if not for this website. The service was excellent and the food way better than expected. We were very fortunate.

Pros - nice location with lake view - kitchenette with fridge, stove is great! - free wifi in room - hot breakfast included - nice outside patio - great indoor heated pool and gym Cons - bed mattress to soft - no detergent and oven (in our quee's studio) in the kitchen - outdoor bbq grill is kinda gross

Stayed here for the second time and enjoyed it even more. The breakfast that is included is AMAZING, the rooms are very stylish, clean, well maintained and have lots of space. My kids were comfortable and slept well. The view from the balconies is breathtaking. This entire area and the hotel are phenomenal. Can't wait to return.

We had a great stay here for 2 nights to enjoy a night a Peters Players. Staff friendly and accomadating. Wanted to upgrade prior to going and even though we did not book thru the hotel they made it happen. Thank you. Breakfast was great both mornings. Would stat here again without any hesitation. Hopefully in better weather. Great pool and hot tub!!!
